过端午节，是中国人二千多年来的传统习惯，由于地域广大，民族众多，加上许多故事传说，于是不仅产生了众多相异的节名，而且各地也有着不尽相同的习俗。其内容主要有：女儿回娘家，挂钟馗像，迎鬼船、躲午，帖午叶符，悬挂菖蒲、艾草，游百病，佩香囊，备牲醴,赛龙舟，比武，击球，荡秋千，给小孩涂雄黄，饮用雄黄酒、菖蒲酒，吃五毒饼、咸蛋、粽子和时令鲜果等，除了有迷信色彩的活动渐已消失外，其余至今流传中国各地及邻近诸国。有些活动，如赛龙舟等，已得到新的发展，突破了时间、地域界线，成为了国际性的体育赛事。

关于端午节的由来，说法甚多，诸如：纪念屈原说;纪念伍子胥说 ;纪念曹娥说;起于三代夏至节说;恶月恶日驱避说，吴月民族图腾祭说等等。以上各说，各本其源。据学者闻一多先生的《端午考》和《端午的历史教育》列举的百余条古籍记载及专家考古考证，端午的起源，是中国古代南方吴越民族举行图腾祭的节日，比屈原更早。但千百年来，屈原的爱国精神和感人诗辞，已广泛深入人心，故人们“惜而哀之，世论其辞，以相传焉”，因此，纪念屈原之说，影响最广最深，占据主流地位。在民俗文化领域，中国民众把端午节的龙舟竞渡和吃粽子等，都与纪念屈原联系在一起。

时至今日，端午节仍是中国人民中一个十分盛行的隆重节日

My eating habits are pretty good. I eat a lot of vegetables. I eat fruit and drink milk every day. I drink a cup of water 15 minutes before each meal and eat much vegetables and fruit. Of course, I love junk food, too, and I eat it once a week. And I sleep nine hours every day.

The better we get into good eating habits, the happier our life becomes

My Chinese teacher has a yellow curly hair, is on the high side, under the curved eyebrows with a pair of big eyes and a cherry small mouth. She now has more than forty years old, but still looks young and beautiful. At ordinary times, dressed in a simple, generous, always say: "nature is beauty". 我的语文老师有着一头黄黄的卷发，个子偏高，弯弯的眉毛下面有一双水灵灵的大眼睛和一张樱桃小嘴。她现在已经四十多岁了，可依然显得年轻美丽。平时穿着朴素、大方，总说：“自然就是美”。她待人和蔼可亲，非常关心、爱护我们，她还特别喜欢看世界名著，教学经验丰富。

有一次，老师感冒了，觉得头重脚轻，我们都对老师说：“您还是回家休息吧，身体才是最重要的。”可老师却说：“你们的心意我领了，但是上课是人民教师的职责，不能耽误大家的学习，别担心，我没事的。”教室里顿时鸦雀无声，就这样老师小声地给我们讲课，同学们专心地听讲，认真做笔记，老师看着我们，欣慰地笑了。

不知不觉炎热的夏天来临了，教室里一片喧闹声，大伙都抱怨天气太热，阳光太刺眼了，虽然有两台电扇解热，可阳光却让我们无法睁开双眼。这些话都被关心我们的老师听见了。一下班老师就直接去了打窗帘的商店，解决了这一难题。同学们感到了妈妈般的温暖，都暗下决心要以优异的成绩报答老师。

这就是关心我们、爱护我们的老师，我们要真诚地向老师道一声：“谢谢您”。

李老师，您辛苦了！

记得那年，您教我们数学，我的基础差，还想考个好成绩。所以，每天下午我都去办公室找您辅导。

当我第一次拿着书走进办公室时，我第一眼看到的是您的微笑。我拘谨地走到您面前，您笑着问我：“有什么事吗？”“老师，我想请您帮我讲几道数学题。”我慢慢地说。您二话没说，提起笔就开始给我讲。在此之前，我还以为您会像以前那样指责我，但这次您却没有，而是带着微笑给我讲完那一道道简单的数学题。

不久，我们就学会了广播体操。可同学们的动作都不到位，您就在校园里手把手的教我们，一遍又一遍给我们指导，我们练累了，也烦了，看着您还如此耐心，我想：难道老师不累吗？难道老师不想休息吗？我就在心里默默祈祷：同学们，认真练，可别让老师失望啊。

接着，每天下午第八节下课，您都要陪着多学二十分钟。您每天能坚持陪着我们学习，而我们做到“认真”二字了吗？能对得起您对我们的一片苦心吗？

是啊，忘不了清晨您带领着我们早读，忘不了在军训时操场上的风吹日晒，忘不了您诲人不倦的专注神情，也忘不了您灯下认真备课的身影。您每天认真备好每一堂课，有时要钻研很多资料，您仔细批改作业，有事直至深夜。别人有八小时的工作制，而您的工作又何止八小时！别人有两天的双休日，您又何曾有过真正的周末！

每当我们考完试，您都不分是白天还是黑夜，是双休还是上课，帮我们分析试卷。您的奉献是无私的，所以无法用“工作”来衡量，您的工作是无限延长的，所以无法用“时间”来衡量！假如要问世上谁最辛苦，我要说是您，我敬爱的老师！

过去，您给我很多帮助。记得那次在我最伤心的时候，您找我谈话。您说：“不要想太多，如果有什么想法不好班主任说，可以像和我沟通一样，给她写信……”听了这些话后，那时的我感动的流下了眼泪。心想：虽然您不是我们的班主任，但还是一如既往的关心我，呵护我，我该怎样回报您呢？只有两个字：努力！

是啊，老师如此平凡，做出的事却令人如此感动。此时的我只想高声呼喊：老师，您辛苦了！老师，虽然我们已经分别了，可您的一言一行却令我磨齿难忘，我依然要说：老师，您为我们付出的实在太多太多了。老师，您辛苦了！

您在我最困难的时候帮助我，却不为自己着想。当我得到您的帮助时，我感觉就像走进母亲的怀抱那样温暖。此时，我真想叫您一声：妈妈。

是啊，老师的一生都很平凡，但您却用自己平凡的一生做出了不平凡的事。您永远是我心里最明亮的太阳，永远是我最好的避风港湾。
