可是，我们还是输了。夕阳斜射，我们的身影孤单而又惆怅，搓着红红的手掌，挪着小步子，战败归去。“同学们！”李老师叫住了我们，小碎步戛然而止，又是那种眼神，没有失望，没有伤心，”我就是想让你们知道，我们是一个集体。活血我们不擅长体育，但是，我们是一个团队，一个很好的团队！“理科老师不善言辞，却用短短的几句话，抚平了我们忿忿不平的心。

这就是我眼中的好老师，在思想上给我们启示与指引。

一个好老师，是学习的领路人，是生活的开拓者，更是灵魂的指挥家。

[我眼中的好老师初三作文

我们的新英语老师是一个既风趣又“凶残”的一个人，可以说是一个彻彻底底的“两面派”。她——便是我们的倪老师。

记得在暑假最后几天，一个天大的坏消息将我惊得心底冷冰冰的，不禁让我倒吸一口凉气——我们的英语老师换了。而让我更生无可恋的则是我们的新英语老师可是以“凶狠残暴”闻名校园的。

在没正式见面之前，我便对这位老师有所耳闻，几乎所有家长都说倪老师是位很好的老师，是位教导有方的老师，更是位十分严厉的老师。

上课的第一天，我有幸见到了她。当她刚跨进门的时候，我一眼就看到了那一头不算长的头发被束在后脑勺，那眼睛是炯炯有神，像一颗明珠一样闪烁着光芒，她脸上的每一个表情都写满了她的喜怒哀乐，随时可以吸引每一位同学的目光，活跃班级的气氛，引领每一个人的情绪。眨眼间，她的身形像疾风一样闪到讲台前，整个人看上去十分精明干练。

开口几句话就让我们笑开了颜——“classbegin！”一句英文在教室里回响，那声音果真是如雷贯耳，吓得我们一个个呆若木鸡。反应过来时，想起立却又不敢起立，“难道我走错班啦？”“这是八班吧？”说完便笑了起来，银铃般的笑声让我们也情不自禁地跟着傻笑，也有小部分同学小心翼翼地轻声回答：“嗯。”“是八班。”不得不说倪老师的气场真是强大！

报名字的时候，老师用洪亮地声音喊着我的名字，我马上起立，高喊一声“到！”老师瞅瞅我，忽然问了一句“你热不？”我不轻不响地回答：“不热。”老师问我的原因是因为炎炎夏日我却还披一件春季的校服外套，我妈也让我脱，可我却死活不脱，因为我真的不热。说完老师就开始调侃我：“如果中暑了我可以帮你扭痧。”说着还做起了扭痧的动作，还真是惟妙惟肖，手指一勾，那两根有劲的大拇指和食指便是狠狠一掐空气，脸上依然挂着笑容。我的后背却冒着冷汗，因为我曾经尝过这种滋味，简直痛不欲生。我只能苦笑着，心里想着：“这老师忒‘狠’了点吧？”

之后，老师拿出了一样“致命武器”——一根结实的教棒。当我一眼看见那家伙时，瞬间身形一抖，脸上的表情越来越不自然。她还让我们猜这根棒子叫什么名字，不一会，我的脑中便是灵光一闪，蹦出三个大字——杀威棒！心里想着：“这名字怕是再合适不过了。”可惜人算不如天算，原来她真正的名字叫“哈利。波特”，那可是一根承载着无数学子们的恐惧、害怕的教棒，那教棒上早已染上无形的杀气，是刹那能让我们闻风丧胆的魔鬼！我的心瞬间跌落地狱，绝望的心情笼罩在心头，面部不自然地抽搐着。

终于“叮”地一声，下课铃声响起，可我们却丝毫不敢挪动半分，直到老师从教室门口出去。走得远远的时候，才一把摊在椅子上，长舒一口气，心里的大石头才终于落下。

我们的老师能轻而易举地将我们的心情瞬间切换，像是在荡秋千，一会儿高，一会儿低，还真是位既幽默又“凶残”的老师，真不知道是幸运呢？还是不幸呢？

My Chinese teacher has a yellow curly hair, is on the high side, under the curved eyebrows with a pair of big eyes and a cherry small mouth. She now has more than forty years old, but still looks young and beautiful. At ordinary times, dressed in a simple, generous, always say: "nature is beauty". She treats others kindly, care and love us very much, she also liked to look at the world classics, rich teaching experience.

我的语文老师有着一头黄黄的卷发，个子偏高，弯弯的眉毛下面有一双水灵灵的大眼睛和一张樱桃小嘴。她现在已经四十多岁了，可依然显得年轻美丽。平时穿着朴素、大方，总说：“自然就是美”。她待人和蔼可亲，非常关心、爱护我们，她还特别喜欢看世界名著，教学经验丰富。

有一次，老师感冒了，觉得头重脚轻，我们都对老师说：“您还是回家休息吧，身体才是最重要的。”可老师却说：“你们的心意我领了，但是上课是人民教师的职责，不能耽误大家的学习，别担心，我没事的。”教室里顿时鸦雀无声，就这样老师小声地给我们讲课，同学们专心地听讲，认真做笔记，老师看着我们，欣慰地笑了。

不知不觉炎热的夏天来临了，教室里一片喧闹声，大伙都抱怨天气太热，阳光太刺眼了，虽然有两台电扇解热，可阳光却让我们无法睁开双眼。这些话都被关心我们的老师听见了。一下班老师就直接去了打窗帘的商店，解决了这一难题。同学们感到了妈妈般的温暖，都暗下决心要以优异的成绩报答老师。

这就是关心我们、爱护我们的老师，我们要真诚地向老师道一声：“谢谢您”。

My favourite teacher is my English teacher Ms Hu . Her English name is Sally . She is a beautiful lady. She is very humorous. But sometimes she is very strict with us. She can speak English , But she can also speak Japnese very well. So all classmates love and respect her very much. After class she often helps us learn patiently.  I like my English teacher , because I think she is the best teacher in the world.

我最喜欢的老师是我的英语老师胡女士。她的英文名字是Sally。她是一个漂亮的女士。她很幽默。但有时她对我们要求很严格。她会说英语，但她说日语也说得很好。因此所有同学都非常爱重她。课后她经常很耐心地帮助我们学习。我喜欢我的英语老师，因为我认为她是世界上最好的老师。

鄙人有一爱好，那就是让以教英语为乐趣的人没有乐趣。只不过，升入初中后，我好几次想下手，但阴谋终究没有得逞……

我没有得逞是有原因的。

杨老师是我现在的英语老师

首先，杨老师虽然做事风轻云淡的，但真还是有两把刷子的，她是有杀手锏的。其实，我这种玉树临风，帅气潇洒的学生是向来不怕老师的杀手锏的，可是天不怕地不怕，就怕——请家长！好吧，我承认，在学校我是称霸，在家里我是称熊。而杨老师的杀手锏正戳我肋骨，使得我不敢动摇

其次，杨老师太漂亮。在这里我不得不“批评”你两句，你说你长这么漂亮干什么啊，本来我心中的女神一直是我崇敬的数学老师，可你，却一次次的夺我眼球，使得数学老师在我心中女神的地位动摇不定。唉，老师，你太漂亮了，伤我的心啊！（实话：让我颜面何存）

最后，杨老师太幽默。唉，老师，我承认你教学有方，但是，你这样的教学，让我这种想捣蛋的孩子怎么办？你总爱在课堂上跟我们开玩笑，总要逗得我们嘴都笑歪了，你才会严肃的说：“没跟你们开玩笑，今天完不了任务，就请你们家长来喝茶”。老师，你总是把我们唬得一愣一愣的，其实，你会舍得向家长告我们的状吗？老师，我们可是同伙啊！

老师，其实我们是爱您的，像我这种爱捣蛋的学生，第一次这样无声无息的接受了您无意的挑战。老师，我相信，您肯定会让我在您的课上捣蛋，因为我知道，只要我有张满分的卷子和一个充满知识的头脑，您就满意了。
