Having asked for a leave from the teacher, I left the boring class and went to home with my favorite novel tucked under my arm. Father was at work, brother was at school, mother wouldnt be back from her small store until evening. I felt very happy thinking that I would have the entire house to myself. I bounded up steps, burst into the room but was shocked by whatever I saw. Mother was sitting in the sofa, sobbing with her shoulder twitching. I had never seen mother crying before. My favourite teacher is my English teacher Ms Hu . Her English name is Sally . She is a beautiful lady. She is very humorous. But sometimes she is very strict with us. She can speak English , But she can also speak Japnese very well. So all classmates love and respect her very much. After class she often helps us learn patiently.  I like my English teacher , because I think she is the best teacher in the world.

“ABCDEFG……”自从我开始学英语起，我就特别厌烦英语，每当听到跟英语有关的字母或者是单词，就心想：“我是一名中国人，我为什么要学英语？英语好有什么用？我不一定会出国外，而且中国是我的家！”爱国之心是中国人必须拥有的品质精神，那时候，我总是觉得，我爱国，我不学英语！

可是，就是因为我从小有这样的心理，加上学校一个星期才两节英语课，我的英语只能勉强及格。自从转学后，我意识到了一些学英语的重要性，但是我并没有完全领悟，为什么中国人要学英语？我的语文和数学成绩在班上也算是优秀的，但是因为每次英语只有60到70分，庆幸的时候也就是80分左右，但是同学们的成绩，四分之一都是80分以上，虽然人数很少，就因为这样，我的英语成绩远远落后于一些同学，每次总分加起来，我顶多也是个第二名，这让我特别恼火，我没有去好好学习英语，而是更加厌烦英语，对于英语，只能用一个字形容——烦！

我尊敬老师，但是唯独不尊敬英语老师。这学期，新来了一名英语老师，我无所谓，心想：“教英语都不是中国人，都一样，一种人，我何必去理他。”我这种态度似乎被老师一眼就看出开了，老师从容地说：“同学们，说实话，你们喜不喜欢英语呢？”同学们哑口无言，“实话要实说，我知道你们都讨厌英语，成绩都是勉强提上来的，但只是以前你们死打死背单词，没掌握好方法。而且你们都有叛逆心理。”老师稍停了一会儿，说道：“也许你们以为学英语是觉得对不起国家、对不起父母，但是你们错了，你们知道吗？以前的英国统治了世界，即便是现在，连美国也比不上英国，如果你们想让中国的孩子不再学习英语，不是在这里叛逆，而是好好学习！要知道英语是主课，会加到总分里面，英语不好的同学，即便你语文数学再好，总分也是稍逊一筹……”

英语老师给我们讲了很多很多，基本上遇见某个同学不认真听讲、或者是不做作业，都会讲一些故事或者是道理，而我们就像听故事那样津津有味，这给我们很大的启示，我们也渐渐不厌烦英语了。

咦？这是什么？电饭煲吗？才不是呢！这是英语老师给我们带来的录音机~英语老师说：“你们不是一出生就会写字的，而是靠语言和交流才会说话写字的，英语也是一样，课前十分钟我让你们听一会儿磁带，但是，必须要安静，而且要去思考，我相信你们的成绩会挺高的，以为只要会说，渐渐的就会写。”老师还告诉我们：“听力占试卷很多分，所以要学好听力。而且，要把学习当作一种乐趣，而不是负担……”

英语老师从来不让我们默写单词，而是让我们背单词，一天背三到十个单词，我们觉得很轻松、也很快乐。老师要求我们快，还讲解了学好英语用速、效、雅三个要素(尊敬的老师对不起，我忘记了。)还讲解了这些代表什么，等等，很多很多，我们不知不觉喜欢上了英语。

英语老师很灵敏。一次出黑板报，由于一直没有画好灯笼，我就在英语课时不时地往黑板报看，可是我每次都是在老师转身写英语的时候才偷偷看的。“凌优！”英语老师突然的一声把我吓呆了，“你是不是再看后面还没有画好的灯笼？我宽恕了你好多次了……”我听着，脸羞红羞红的，不敢再回头看黑板报……

还有一次，我由于英语练习没错，老师就点名批评我，其实也不是批评，而是说读书不是为了父母和老师等道理。我很伤心，其实我不必去伤心，那只是英语而已，学不学好无所谓啊！但是我为什么这么伤心呢？

自从那几次教训起，我也不知道为什么，每当到英语课，我就异常的认真，动都不敢动一下，坐姿端正，读单词或句子的声音也是最大的，我也不知道为什么，也许是因为害怕英语老师，也许是因为为了弥补以前的过错。

英语带给我的那些烦恼都被清风带走了，每当英语课听到那些磁带里发出的录音时，我总是想：“总有一天，我们不用学英语，而是那些外国的小孩学好中国的语言。而在迎接那天到来的之前，为了老师对我们的期望，也为了自己，学好英语！“

英语老师，我真的很想感谢您！但是，每当我看您的时候，刚刚来的勇气却又沉了下去，或许您已经把我列入学生中的黑名单了，可您还是我心目中的好老师！

我也不知道为什么，我爱上了英语，每当同学们说一个词、一句话的时候，我就会想，这些言语用英语来说是怎样的呢？学英语可以让自己更自信！我爱英语，IloveEnglish！

或许是因为老师对我的批评，或许是因为老师的教学方法，或许是因为老师给我们讲的道理。但是，无论是怎样，这都是来自于我的英语老师，他不仅仅传授于我、于我们知识，还有许许多多对我们人生很大帮助的启示。

英语是我曾经最讨厌的东西，但是我把他们搞混了，我讨厌英语而不是老师。而现在却因为我的英语老师喜欢上了英语。英语和老师两者皆不同，一个是……，还有ing也是……哎呀！又这样了！英语你完全进入我的世界了！

My teacher gave me an assignment "experience life" last week. I had been thinking how to finish it because I had never done any thing by myself before.

Mother was out today. It was a good chance to complete the assignment. Seeing the barrel was empty, I decided to fetch water from the well.

I took the empty barrel and went towards the well outside the yard. It snowed yesterday, so the alley was very slippery. A layer of thickice was frozen on the platform of the well. I was frightened by the sight, but I gathered my courage to walk towards it.

The alley was so slippery that I walked with difficultly. Suddenly, I slipped and fell down, water in the barrel totally poured down on the ground. I stepped on the platform carefully. After standing steadily and squatting down slowly, I hooked the barrel at the end of the rope and put the rope down slowly. I made an effort to drag the barrel up after it was filled with water. I was very careful because it was easy to slip and fall. Then, I carried the barrel of water and returned to my house. My figners were frozen stiff. I realized my effort was in vain. I hated myself.

I failed to finish the assignment but I did experience life through a trifle which seemed easy but difficult to do well. Such was my first experience of life.

I like to make friends, I can share my happiness and sorrow with friends.

Friends are very important part of our lives, without them, I will be very

lonely. I learn it when I was very small. It was Friday, I went to school to

join the English contest, before I went into the classroom, I found I did not

bring the admission card, I felt so worried, without admission card, I could not

walk into the classroom. My friend Li looked at me and asked me what happened, I

told him the truth, then he asked me to stay here and he rushed to our

classroom. Ten minutes later, he came back with my admission card. I was so

thankful, friends are very important.

Remember the day when I first came to the college. Being a boy of 17, I was longing for a new life as a college student; but, at the same time, I had no idea what college life would be like.

That morning when the bus carried me to the gate of the college. I was so excited that my heart was beating very fast as if it would leap out of my mouth. From now on, I would be a student of this college. After registration, we were led by an instructor to the dormitory, where, for the first time, we were going to live without parents but roommates. I was so clumsy that I did not know how to make the bed and fix the mosquito net.

In the afternoon, I took a walk around the campus together with my roommates. To think of studying in such a beautiful place made me feel quite proud of myself. As we were walking along, talking and laughing, a voice came into our ears, "Oh, look at these freshmen!" It was our middle-school-students looking that gave us away. We continued our tour of the college, inspecting every building and every garden until the sun began to set.

我平时对英语学习还可以，但是上课不爱举手回答问题，也不怎么主动联系同学，更不要说老师了。没多久郎老师对我这个课代表不太满意了。她看我的眼神明显有些不屑，最后把我叫到办公室严肃的训斥了一顿，“你到底想不想当课代表？不想当我就换别人当。”我小声地说“想当”。郎老师越说越生气，越说越嗓门大。我的头越来越低。事后同学们都在传郎老师把我的课代表撤了，换成别的同学了。我听后很是伤心难过，回到家把自己关在屋子里哭了。妈妈走进来关心的问我怎么了？我扑到妈妈怀里大哭，一边哭一边说我的英语课代表被老师撤了。妈妈问明原因后，问我：“你想当课代表吗？”“想。”妈妈问我：“你知道课代表的工作是什么？自己是哪里不好？要想当好课代表应该怎么做？”我想了想意识到自己的不足和以后应该怎么做了，我给妈妈说了说。后来妈妈给郎老师打了电话聊了聊我的情况，郎老师非常乐意地表示给我一次锻炼的机会。我重新做起了我的课代表。现在我尽最大的努力积极的做好课代表的工作。感谢郎老师仁慈包容我。

郎老师不仅严厉而且很搞笑的。

记得一次课堂上学习turnleft，turnright，gostraight，郎老师让我站到讲台上。开始郎老师说得很慢，我很放松，按老师的指令进行，可后来越来越快，我感觉我整个人都要成为一个陀螺了，在地面上不停地旋转，真晕啊！我终于晕头转向了，全班同学和老师都哈哈大笑起来，我最后也在晕晕的大笑中回到了现实。这节课的内容我们全班同学都记住了，终身不会忘记了。

我喜爱严厉和搞笑的郎老师！

一说起老师，大家都会想到“春蚕到死丝方尽，蜡炬成灰泪始干”这句诗。是的，老师像春蚕一样，默默的贡献，默默的支持我们，鼓励我们。直到现在为止，教过我的老师已经数不胜数，他们都对我有所教导和启发。但最使我从学习生涯中领悟最早的老师只有一位。

她，有一双明亮而有几分严肃的眼睛，高挺的鼻梁，笑起来眼睛能眯成一条线。脸上的皱纹也跟着若隐若现；身材嘛！不苗条也不匀称，胖胖的，走起路来却显得很轻。她，为人慈祥，和蔼可亲，做事从不马虎，对待学生想对待自己的孩子一样关心，爱护，她从不忘记自己是教师这个职业，一直相对这份职业要求更高，做得更好。

那时的我，调皮捣蛋。不好好学习，整个班级里的学生都叫我“捣蛋王”别看我上五年级的时候是个女生，可打架斗殴我样样拿手，班级的老师拿我没辙，可自从换了一个新班主任，我遇上她，我的人生就好像一切都在改变。

记得那时的上午，我早早的来到班级，发现教室里空无一人，心里隐隐约约的感到自豪感。坐在自己的位子上，因为无人而感到空闲就望着天空发呆。不巧，班上的同学来了，是一位女孩，她叫苏红，跟我是“死对头”我自认为是运气不好，居然让我和她就两个人在班级里独处。

宁静的教室瞬间消失，面临来的是令人窒息的气氛。她就坐在我前面，我一抬头就能和与她的后脑勺相望，讨厌！她也看见我了，我想她跟我也同样的心情吧，也许会埋怨老天今天的运气不好吧！

只见她小心翼翼地走到座位，像是我要吃了她一样，坐到位子上又虎视眈眈地看着我，我感到莫名其妙，就问她：“怎么了？”“怎么了！你偷了我的铅笔刨！”她一脸的气愤，气的脸火红火红的，都能烧开水一样。我一听，也来火了，愤愤地说：“你别血口喷人。

我没偷你的铅笔刨，你别冤枉人！”她一听。更火了，直接开始骂人，我也不是好欺负的，和她对骂。教室里的人断断续续的都来到了班级。看着我和她吵的不可开交，都纷纷好奇起来看着热闹。班长也来调解，不过没用，最后只好请来了班主任。

当班主任来时，我们这两人才戛然而止，不再吵架，班主任问：“怎么回事？”那个苏红就理直气壮的说我偷她的铅笔刨，当时只有我一个人在教室，所以想都不想就认为是我偷的。可我没有偷，当时的我虽然是天不怕地不怕的小皮头，但我还没有到偷东西的程度，我也理直气壮的反述，相信老师会相信我！

可奇迹发生了，老师相信了我，并保证不是我拿的，我自己也不敢相信这是老师说的，因为在教室里，我整天捣蛋，尤其在她的课上，我照捣不误，可为什么？这使我十分迷茫，老师仿佛看透我的心思，忙解释道：“因为那个铅笔刨在我那，昨天我看见它被扔在地上

就把它捡了起来，恰好那天已经放学了，我想先放在我那，明天哪个同学没有了再还给他，所以我可以保证晶晶没有拿。”听到班主任的解释后，班级里加在我身上的轻蔑眼光顿时不见，我很感激老师，同时，我也为以前所做的事感到愧疚。

对，自从那以后，我就改过自新，再也不捣蛋了，连妈妈也感到我前后的变化而吃惊，不过别人并不知道为什么如此改变，有的只是老师和我知晓内情。

老师是伟大的，老师总是默默无闻的鼓励和帮助我们，老师也是我们的良师益友。那位给我最早启发的老师，她叫刘海燕。

Our new English teacher of this term is called Miss Li who is about 25 years old.She is very thin and about average height.She has a pair of big eyes which will narrowed into lines when she smiles though.
