做名好教师，由学习名师开始，向成长名师之巅峰不断攀登，这个道路幸福而漫长，让我们一起上下而求索吧。

做了教师之后，我才发现常言说的"医者父母心",该为"师者父母心".师者如医者，医者医人心之疾病;师者医人心之困惑。在两年多的从教生涯中，我和孩子们一起谱写了生命的箴曲!

多少个不眠之夜，为自己的成长与收获而欣喜，也为偶然的消沉与落寞而神伤!因此，我体会到了为人师者的伟大与艰辛，体会到了良好教育的重要性。俗话说 "十年树木，百年树人",可见要教育好学生，传授知识固然重要，但更重要的是使他们在学习的同时能养成优秀的品质，培养健全的人格。常言"医者父母心",为人师者"千教万教，教人求真",又何尝不是父母之心，而教育的过程就是发现问题并解决问题的过程，因此能否发现学生的的问题并提出适当的解决办法，则成为"塑造灵魂工程"的当务之急。

先谈心理素质问题。

现在越来越多的家庭都是独生子女，所以孩子面临的问题也越来越多。他们中间有的被祖辈、父辈娇惯得毫无生活能力，并且养成了自私、冷漠的性格，无法与人和谐相处;也有的由于缺少同龄伙伴而变得性格孤僻，不能与人正常沟通;还有的因为挫折教育的缺失而脆弱得不堪一击。但现实世界中巨大的学习压力，再加上自身的种种问题，这些曾经热情而又明亮的眼睛却在多姿多彩的生活中逐渐暗淡和冷漠了下去。在压力面前，他们做了许多不明智的选择，以此作为自己逃避的应急出口。例如，有的学生把美好青春埋没在日复一日的游戏里;有的却把自己的大好前程自以为是地挥洒在与老师的对抗中;而有的却又过早地沾染上了"看破红尘"的迟暮之气，每天都在辗转怨叹中消极度日;更有甚者竟然选择辍学的方式，以为从此可以"解放自己、解放心灵",殊不知，这样错上加错，不但于事无补，反而深深伤害了周围关切者的心。我曾教过一个学生，进校时成绩处于班上的中上等，在班级管理上也是班主任的得力助手，可是因为一次犯错被撤出班干之职后，没有思考自己过错，反倒因为埋怨老师而自暴自弃甚至开始和一些后进生去上网，终于因为迷恋网络游戏而导致学习成绩日复一日地下降。老师苦口婆心的规劝听不进去，眼神中满含怨气，一上课便萎靡不振地趴在桌上。我一直都没有放弃他，晓之以理，动之以情地劝说，我多么希望自己的努力可以让他的双眼再现追求的光芒，然而他很少说话，我的努力也见效甚微。这名学生幡然醒悟之时，对我说："老师，其实我早就知道自己错了，可是落下的功课已经太多，我觉得再也补不上来了，于是继续浪费光阴，到现在就真的太晚了。征文;"四有"教师2篇征文;"四有"教师2篇。"听了，让人不禁唏嘘。这样的例子我们在教学工作中经常碰到。

根究其里，不难发现，上述问题的产生主要是由于当事学生患上了较为严重的心理疾病，才导致了他们消极地面对一切，甚至无法正常学习和生活。面对这样时有发生的情况，笔者认为我们应该在注重知识教育的同时注重对学生的心理健康辅导，使其在遇到困难、挫折时能正确的面对并解决问题，拥有良好的心态。同时，积极寻求家庭与学校教育力量的整合，由心灵的拯救和良好环境的创设入手，给孩子们一片湛蓝的天空。

再谈道德素质问题。

中国是礼仪之邦，中国人自古以来就以人性化、道德化的文明著称于世。毋庸置疑，道德教育是中国传统教育的重中之重。处在和谐社会的新时期，为人师者更应该在传授知识的同时，发扬优良传统，利用各种渠道对学生进行道德教育。笔者个人以为，不仅要在课内通过各种感性化的教学手段(例如多媒体等)教导学生养成尊师敬长，团结同学，乐于助人等良好的道德品质和行为习惯，更要在日常生活中言传身教。至圣先师孔子说过："其身正，不令而行;其身不正，虽令不从。" 前苏联教育家马卡连科也说过："首先是教师品格的陶冶，行为的教育，然后才是专门知识和技能的训练。"从上述中外大教育家的真知灼见中可知，作为"春蚕"、作为"蜡炬",作为人类灵魂的工程师，我们更应严格规范自己的言行举止，为学生做出良好的表率，"学高为师、身正为范",只有身体力行，才能打动学生、教育学生。

I used to be a problem student. I was always late for school, listened to music and ate snacks in class. What’s worse, I hardly ever finished my homework on time.Luckily, with the help of my teachers and classmates, things changed a lot. Now I behave well and study hard. I can almost finish my homework well with the help of my classmates. What’s more, I get on well with others and always help others. I have learned a lot over these three years, but I know I could hardly succeed without the people who helped and supported me—my teachers, my parents and my classmates.

I won’t forget the days I have spent in my junior high school. I’m looking forward to new experiences in senior high school. Although the life in high school is hard ，I have confidence to do better in the future.

during these days in your class, i have learned much from you and it is very helpful to me. firstly, you let me know what is the west thinking pattern—straight thinking pattern. and, i think, it is very important to understand the west’s thoughts. as you know, this can help me with my examination and interaction with foreigners. secondly, i have got enough confidence in speaking in english from your class and it took me a long time to gain this confidence. now, i always express my ideas in english as possible as i can. it’s great to do that. the last not the least, i find that learning english is not an boring thing as before and i’m interested in studying english which was just a necessary task to pass examinations. reading, listening or speaking all become interesting and i really enjoy it.

I am a middle school student. I am active. I like going out to play.

Recently, I am fond of skating. I want a pair of skating shoes, but my mother doesn’t allow, because she worries about me to be hurt in playing.
