这篇短文是一位老师的真实的感受，主要内容是：一位老师（也就是作者本人）今天非常的郁闷。这是为什么呢？原来是因为她今天上了一节公开课，一切都按照她的计划进行着，快要结束的时候，一位同学李冒儿发表了他的真实想法：课文上说黄鼠狼吃田鼠和玉米虫，是有益动物，但他却觉得黄鼠狼偷人类的鸡吃，是有害动物。老师非常生气，这当然是不在她的安排之中。她带着郁闷的心情去到幼儿园接孩子，碰见了儿子的老师，儿子的老师一见到她就说，她今天也上公开课，讲的是《小猫病了》这一课，主要讲了小猫生病了，它的好朋友都来看它，于是小猫的病好了。可她的儿子却站起来：小猫病了，为什么不送医院呢？弄得老师无法上课。但那位老师（作者）却觉得儿子的想法是对的，突然明白了一个道理：孩子们应该要说真话，敢于说真话，而且弄虚作假的公开课是没有一点儿意义的。

读了这篇课文，我觉得，不迷信书本和老师的学生还是有的，但大部分的学生都是一味地接受老师传授的知识，从不持有质疑的态度。同时，整齐划一，压制创新的教育方式也是随处可见的。这压制了孩子的想象力，应该给予以定的空间让他们充分发挥。

很多同学应该都有同感，许多老师上公开课之前，都准备很充分了，指定让某一个同学回答，指定某一个答案……这样的公开课是弄虚作假，毫无意义的。

我在这里大声呼吁，我们要说真话！

这些天都在下着细雨，班主任被学校调去出差了，由上课老师代理班主任，我知道班主任在说出差的时候还是挂念着我们。

班主任已经去出差一天了，不知道他怎么样了呢？好想跟他说我好想您啊！在看班主任QQ空间心情，一切一切都是在担心我们这些天他不在会怎么样呢？会不会上课都乱成了一窝蜂。我也是这样觉得的，一开始的时候他说出差的时候我的心乐开了花。可是现在开始有点想念他来巡班的样子了。

在第二天上英体育课时，因为班主任不在，我们都在自习，我们都有很乖，没有让他担心，我们没有吵闹，只是在认认真真的在学习，或许我们每个人的心里都不想让老师担心吧！因为每个人都在想老师，只是没有说出来罢了！您为我们的好，我们都记在心里面。您常常说我们长大了，该懂事会自理了。我相信我跟班级里的每一个同学都会像您期待的那样懂事，以后我们会有出息的。

一头乌黑的头发，大眼睛，高鼻梁，中等的身材，衣着朴素而又整洁，脸上总是带着笑容——她，就是我们班的新英语老师徐老师。

虽然徐老师才教我们一个星期，但就像是和我们久别相逢的老朋友一样，对我们和蔼可亲，一下子就激起了同学们对英语学习的兴趣。

徐老师上课的方法很特别，她教我们用拼读法，很快就学会了几个新的英语单词。上课时，徐老师还会讲一两个笑话，把原本枯燥无味的课程上得生动有趣。原来那几个总是不听课的同学都听得津津有味，别的同学就更不用说了。

徐老师不仅上课很有趣，而且对我们非常负责。每天，徐老师都会让我们默写英语单词和句子。如果没有默写正确，她还会鼓励我们，再让我们重默。

下课了，徐老师经常留在教室里和同学们说说笑笑，似乎忘了她是老师，我们是学生。

漂亮又可亲，有趣又负责，这就是我们的英语老师——徐老师。
