8、上课声音洪亮，多讲普通话。

感悟：自己是外乡人，普通话有时讲的不标准，带有很重的地方口音。本来一进新学校，我自己格外注意这个问题，不想还是出问题。还是要加强普通话训练，“说”是教师的重要基本功之一！

9、多写正楷字，一笔一画的写！

感悟：本来自认为自己的字写得不错，周围同事也是这么说的，可在学生面前却行不通了。究其原因是，自己的字连笔多，有时字多或者一急，就显得潦草。这真是一个不应该出现的意见。

10、课堂上多训练朗读。

感悟：与自己的想法不谋而合。在教学中我一贯主张读中感、读中悟，甚至仿照韩军的名文写了《没有朗读，语文教学找不到回家的路》一文，表达自己的观点。可能问题出在自己的朗读水平不高，对学生朗读指导不到位上。

11、多举行如书法、朗诵等形式的竞赛。

感悟：以赛代练，以赛代学，在丰富多彩的活动中学习语文，是大家的一致追求。我在今后要多动脑筋，丰富他们的学习与生活！上次的“这就是我”语文实践活动，以“赛”的形式，鼓励学生全程参与，气氛热烈，学生的热情十分高涨！

12、多用多媒体和扩音器。

感悟：现代化的东西大家都喜欢！

13、平时测验要写作文，可以训练学生作文的速度，提高写作水平！

感悟：有两次单元检测，我考虑到时间的关系，就不要求他们作文，没有想到他们自动请缨。我的感觉是：喜从天降，何乐而不为！写作是语文教学的重点和难点，次数训练是基础，所谓量变导致质变嘛。学生都懂这个道理！

14、抓好预习，利用多种机会养成学生自学的习惯。

感悟：教学的最高境界就是：教是为了不教。好的学习习惯会让他们受益终生！“地球人都知道”！

15、不准对学生瞪眼睛，不准大声批评学生，不准打断学生的发言，不准拐弯批评学生。

感悟：学生是聪明和敏感的，我们每个老师都要当心呀！

Last March, my mother told my father and me that my grandfather would come in April. We were very happy because my grandfather was an interesting old man and he had not visited us since he went to Hong Kong. On April 1 my father and I bought a lot of food from the supermarket and bought a big bunch of flowers home. Then we did some cleaning at home. At night when we were waiting for my grandfather, the bell rang and in came my mother. She smiled to us and said "April fools"!

When I was a little girl,my mother usually tell me that I must be a good person.But how to be a good person?I cannot understand at that time.Howerver ,as I grow up every day,I become to know it.

In my opinion,to be a good person,frist of all,should be polite.If you behave polite,others want to make friends with you.Then ,you should be kind and warm-hearted,for these are the source of good person.When you give a hand to people ,they would feel you are really a good person,and you also can feel happy.

However,a good person has many good characters and abilities,so I cannot list them all out.Gerenally speaking ,as long as you do good to others ,you are a good person.

My Low-carbon Life

The environmental pollution is worse and worse today. Many trees are cut

down, and water and air are polluted. As a student I try to have a low-carbon

life to save energy and reduce pollution.

Firstly, I often walk to school. It can reduce air pollution. Secondly, I

always turn off the lights and fans when leaving the classroom. Thirdly, I

always make full use of paper and other school things and never waste water.

I wish more students to join me and make the earth more and more

beautiful.

Mr Qin is our history teacher. He has a wonderful name Qin Han. He is over fifty now, and he is in good health. He likes history. He is not only interested in Chinese history, but also the history of the world. He likes reading, and goes to the book shop every Saturday. He often tells us something interesting in the history, such as the Great Wall, the World War II and so on. We are all happy to have his classes. As is known to all, food is a priority for the common people. Recently, however, reports about food problems have often been seen in the newspapers, showing that people have always been concerned about what they eat every day. The reason for this problem is that some of the food producers are too fond of making money, leading to the result that they use whatever will make the food look good or taste better without considering the bad consequences. This is not normal because people just cannot live without eating anything.

So we should take all the measures necessary to forbid the food producers to make food that is not safe enough. Laws should be strengthened and the government should have more control over these producers. Only when people are no longer worried about whether their food is safe or not can they enjoy a better life.

众所周知,食物是百姓的当务之急。然而,最近报道食品问题经常出现在报纸上,表明人一直关心他们每天吃什么。这个问题的原因是,一些食品生产商太喜欢赚钱,导致结果,他们使用任何会让食物看起来不错或味道更好而不考虑坏的后果。这是不正常的,因为人们生活中不能没有吃任何东西。

所以我们应该采取一切必要的措施,禁止食品生产商做的食物还不够安全。应加强法律和政府应该有更多的控制这些生产商。只有当人们不再担心是否他们的食品是安全的可以享受更好的生活。
