时间过得飞快，我的英语水平也日渐提高，突然有一天，老师带着一位陌生的英语老师来了，我们都感到好奇，课堂上，老师一边上课，一边在为旁边的那位女老师讲课堂流程，我原本以为这位老师是实习的，向我们的英语老师讨讨经验，以后好去别的地方上课，总之轮不上教我们。

说什么不好，也偏偏说上头了，我怎么也没想到，这竟是老师和我们在一起的最后一堂课了。

回到家，老师给我打来电话颤颤巍巍地说“helen”，老师下星期就要转到南溪去了。就由今天我带来的这位老师教你们，你放心，这位老师的教学能力也很好……”老师的话像一个晴天霹雳打在我的头上。我的脑子“嗡”地一下，愣住了，一片茫然。过了半天才反应过来。我心里想着：为什么呀？我和严老师接触才两年，就要分开，这真是为什么呀？我的眼泪像断线的珠子流了出来，我怎么也接受不了事实。

事实就是这样，调侃老师也是学习中必有的事，这也意味着老师的教学能力提高了，也为此感到高兴，想到又有更多像我一样的学生能和严老师交朋友，同时又接触了一位新来的老师，俗话说“一百个老师有一百个老师的教法。”我也渐渐接受了事实。

有些分离是悲伤的，有些分离是幸福的，但又一想起老师往日对我的好，心里又感到酸酸的。

陈老师是我兴趣班教英语的老师，她个子矮矮的，身材偏瘦，最令人注目的是他那双充满智慧的眼睛，我可喜欢陈老师了。

她语言幽默、严谨细致、平易近人。上课时，常常逗的我哈哈大笑，课间休息时，他会一丝不苟的和我们谈论今天学到的有趣的知识。放学前，他会认真的布置作业，我也会认真的完成。我每次都可以在半小时以内把作业做完。放学后，当我们一一离开教室的时候，他会微笑的和我们说“goodbye”（再见）。

记得有一次，我们讲到蜡笔的制造过程。陈老师一会儿，学起机器的轰鸣声；一会儿，表演蜡笔怎么从一堆石蜡变成一支支蜡笔；一会儿，在白板上画出机器的样子。此时，他两眼放光，眉毛跟着手走，真可谓是眉飞色舞、神采飞扬。

讲着讲着，他从蜡笔的制作，说到了蜡笔的起源。从蜡笔的起源又讲到了沃尔玛的起源，从沃尔玛的起源讲到了家乐福的起源，从家乐福的起源又讲到了百事可乐的起源……又从家乐福和沃尔玛是怎么争夺地域优势讲到它们是怎样的水火不容的全球争霸。他还为此语气坚定的下了一句豪言般的总结：“我敢肯定，在昆明如果在一个地方有家乐福，那么在它的附近不出一平方公里至少会有一家沃尔玛。”又从肯德基和麦当劳是怎样用各种产品来吸引客户，结果却因为太贵而没有把他吸引住。然后讲到他们在美国是快餐而在中国是一种享受逍遥时光的另类下午茶。

我喜欢我这个知识渊博、风趣幽默的陈老师。我相信在未来的某一天，他将带领我走入英文的殿堂。

1、我们要学会不轻易生气，并且宽容地对待孩子们“可爱的缺点”。

2、脑里接受的信息量越多，思索的路子也就越宽。

3、要教我们的孩子学会感激，因为不懂得感激的人都在监狱里。

4、信心来自自己的实力和潜力，信心来自自己的努力和毅力。无论你的起点如何，仍有潜力可挖，无论你的实力如何，仍有提升空间。无论你失败多少次，只要努力就有进步；无论你受挫多少回，只要付出就有收获。信心点燃希望，希望依托信心。

5、教师的一双眼睛看不住孩子们几十双眼睛，但是，教师的一颗心可以栓住几十颗孩子的心。

6、一种观点的形成只囿于个人经验，是有局限性的，因此博览十分重要。

7、教师应该是语言的巨人，更要是行动的巨人。

8、淡泊些，再淡泊些，便会没有烦恼。对于日常生活中的功利是非取一种恬然处之的态度，将有助于你在思维的王国自由驰骋。做老师的，您也许在物质上捉襟见肘，但是您可以在思想上大手大脚。

9、和孩子们交流时，要与他们保持同等的高度。

10、放弃一个孩子，就等于向社会投放一颗定时。放弃一个孩子，就等于给家庭制造一个悲剧！

11、批评、惩罚是一种负面强化，我们应该慎用。

12、你在学习，不能说明你不是落伍者，你在学什么，才是衡量你是否落伍的标志。

13、请给问倒自己的学生鼓掌。

14、不要把孩子犯错看得太严重，有时他（她）这样做只是为了引起你的注意。

15、走，跋涉，攀越，一路走来，已经习惯用沉默来处理我的伤感。

16、人心是虚空的，给他爱，他便美好。给他恨，他便丑恶。孩子的心灵多是美好的，因为他在爱的氛围中。

17、理想是一种美好的愿景，理想是前进的动力。没有理想，就没有动力。理想必须与努力相结合，没有努力的理想就是空想或幻想。理想与成功之间的距离就是努力，只有愿意付出努力的人，才有希望让自己的美梦成真。

18、飘得太高不好，还是剪一段地平线，作我们的起跑线吧。

19、如果我们的孩子说大人话办大人事，那么我们的教育是失败的。

20、如果一个孩子把他仅有的一颗糖放在你的手心里，请不要拒绝他，因为在孩子的眼中，这颗糖是他全部的财富，就像一个百万富翁的全部财产！你能有这么好的运气得到别人的全部财富吗？我们该回报他什么呢？

21、我们平凡却依然快乐着，因为我们知道，生命毕竟会有甜蜜的瞬间出现。

22、和孩子们交流，您不妨：身体低一点，声音小一点，距离近一点，道理浅一点。
