one of my happiest experiences is celebrating christmas in college.

since im in college, chances are high that there are other foreign students who have no family to celebrate with. So i gathered my friends, classmates and other Christmas-celebrators together and enjoyed the day. i also invited my local friends to join us. It is a great way to share your culture with each other. we hanged beautiful Christmas ornaments from dorm windows. we picked up some large poster board and markers at the bookstore and made signs that read, for example, “Just Say Merry Christmas!” we also taped one sign to dorm windows facing out for everyone to see. as for the celebration at night, everybody showed their talent. some were good at singing. some preferred to dance. i shared my jokes with foreign friends. the effect was good that it aroused a big laugh. but the more interesting thing i found was that some of my classmates didnt give their responses, for they didnt understand it at all.

this is an really unforgetable christmas to me. we all had a big fun on that day.

The thankful great universe provides the environment of existence for us and give us sunlight， air， water and everything in keeping with we existence of space， bring storm to let us accept to toughen for us， bring to us mysterious let us look for.

The thankful parents give us the life， make us feel the merriment of the human life， feel the genuine feeling of the human life， feel the comity of the human life， feel happiness of the human life， also feel hardships and pain and sufferings of the human life！

The thankful teacher works with diligence and without fatigue everyday of teach， give us knowledge ability， put on the wing which flies toward the ideal for us.

The thankful classmate and friend grows up road of， let I no longer standing alone in the itinerary of life； The with gratitude is frustrated and let us become in a time the failure stronger.

there was a kindly nobleman whose wife had died of an illness leaving the nobleman and his three daughters in despair. after losing all his money in useless and bad inventions the family had to move into a peasants cottage, where the daughters did their own cooking, sewing and cleaning.

when it came time for the daughters to marry, the father became even more depressed as his daughters could not marry without dowries, money and property given to the new husbands family.

one night after the daughters had washed out their clothing they hung their stockings over the fireplace to dry. that night saint nicholas, knowing the despair of the father, stopped by the noblemans house. looking in the window saint nicholas saw that the family had gone to bed. he also noticed the daughters stockings. inspiration struck saint nicholas and he took three small bags of gold from his pouch and threw them one by one down the chimney and they landed in the stockings.

My favorite subject is English,because it is a useful and interesting language.With the 2010 World Expo drawing near, English is certain to be very useful then,as it can help us communicate with foreign guests.Now,in order to improve my English level,I read English 30 for minutes every day.. Also,at school, the teacher will help us to learn new words and explain the English text,and I always listen to my teacher carefully .Whats more, I often do adequent amounts of English exercises to improve my grammar.As the saying goes: no pains, no gains. I believe if I keep working hard both at school and at home,I will have a good commmand of English when the Expo arrive.

Today, Mr. Chen said he would take us to play a game. Whats the game on earth? Im looking forward to it. Everyone was staring at the teacher.

The teacher picked up a piece of chalk, drew a straight line on the blackboard, drew a semicircle on it, and drew two circles, which made up the simplest crustacean car. The teacher had to be blindfolded in our eyes so that we could draw a same car. I think: isnt it just a carapace of the same size? Its not hard at all!

The game began, and the students were eager to try. I was the first to play. The teacher wrapped my eyes in scarves and gave me a piece of chalk to push me to the blackboard. First I drew a straight line to show the body, and I drew a semicircle to show the roof, and then I drew two circles. After the painting, I heard the students laughing. Whats up? What did I draw? I hurried to unlock the scarf. I saw that the tires I had painted were very small. I did not touch the roof, and the two tires were tightly together, like two balloons. I was also laughed at by my "masterpiece".

Another classmate play, the teacher cast a scarf to him, gave him a piece of chalk, the students with vigorous strides toward the blackboard, waved his hand and finished, he immediately untied the scarf, painting their own cars like three potatoes together, immediately burst into laughter.

明天是圣诞节。

从今天上午开始，学生都陶醉在节日的气氛中，纷纷买彩纸把苹果、橙子、柚子等包起来送给老师和同伴，彼此互相祝福平安夜快乐、圣诞节开心！

老师担心学生乱花钱，对学生说：“圣诞节快乐就好，别激动，也别乱花钱买平安果了，一个要几元钱呢。”

学生回答：“过节的，要激动！否则怎么过节呢!”

看着学生可爱的表情，忍不住笑了。学生毕竟是孩子，只要是节日，就是他们快乐的时刻、激情万分的时候。

教室里、办公室里堆着圣诞果。是谁发明的用彩纸把苹果包起来就美其名曰：“圣诞果”。其实，不过是我们平时吃的苹果而已。但包起来后，在同学之间互送的过程中多了一份喜庆和祝福，才具有节日的意味。

不知从什么时候起，中国人喜欢过洋节日，如果不过好像是落伍跟不上时代，思想和行动不时尚、不新潮了。是不是物质丰富了，给自己的消费找个恰当的理由，还有平日生活太过于单调，不管是外国的节日还是自己的节日都要过，才显得生活有浪花、有激情呢？

在我们庆祝圣诞节的时候，我也曾想国人能否把我们中国的节日，比如春节、元宵节、中秋节、重阳节等普及到国外，让洋人们也感受一下我们节日的风俗和节日文化？

不管怎么说，有了节日气氛，人们会欣喜、会激动、会感慨。因此，能让节日过得更有意义才是我们教育工作者教给为学生做的事。

于是，老师们把学生送的平安果分给同学们吃，把包装的彩纸发给学生做纸花，贴在教室里，美化我们每天学习的环境。

如果有充足的东西吃，学生们是不会稀罕的。甚至家长要孩子吃水果，孩子也懒得吃。但在75人的一个教室里，老师把平安果切开，一块块分给同学们吃的时候，那一份甜蜜、一份温暖、一份快乐、一份幸福映在学生脸上，也洋溢在教室的各个角落。教室里弥漫着幸福的气氛，同学们你让我推，都想让同伴们多吃，这份友情最难得、最珍贵！

然后，学生拿着彩纸做纸花，有的学生叠成牡丹、玫瑰、蝴蝶，有学生做成扇形，还有剪成了“喜”、“福”等字，也有学生做成飞机、元宝、纸船等。一个个作品在学生们之间展览，就连同学们的脸上也笑开了花。

最后，学生在日记本上写上自己的感受，把送平安果、吃平安果、叠纸花做纸花的过程写在日记本上，记录自己的亲身体验，让情感得到升华，是一件有意义的事！
