海南省海南中学高三（二）班班长吴贻达说，他和同学都喜欢使用网络语言，比如“神马”“浮云”“给力”等都是时下流行的网络词语，在作文中使用这些词语不仅不会影响语言表达，而且形象生动，还可以增加新鲜感。而诸如“童鞋”（同学）、“油墨”（幽默）、“稀饭”（喜欢）、“鸭梨”（压力）等表达，诙谐有趣。

海南省海南中学高一语文组组长李纪镜认为，网络语言进入中小学生作文，和孩子们从小接触网络有关系。与“手写时代”不同，现在学生的文字表达呈现“键盘化”和“拼音化”的特点。

网民“蝴蝶小筑”说，中学生思维活跃，叛逆心强，喜欢猎奇探险、趋新求异，正因为如此，网络语言的新奇、混乱、怪异、不受规范约束的特点才会对他们产生潜移默化的影响。

教育部语言文字应用管理司司长王登峰表示，网络语言因实时聊天、及时互动的需求而产生，强调的是及时性、互动性和简洁性，往往呈现简约、快捷、诙谐幽默等特点，但相对浅显，缺乏系统和雕琢。这种求快、求新、求异的特点与当下人们的感受比较合拍，所以流行得较快。

不过，网络语言“入侵”中小学生作文，更多人表达的是担心。一些网民忧虑地说，写作文的初衷是为了提高学生对文字的驾驭能力，在作文中使用不符合语言规范的网络语言，不利于学生学习规范用语。而互联网上流行的一些粗俗网络表达，更形成了“语言公害”，已经影响到很多年轻人的汉语言表达能力。

王登峰说，网络语言的核心特点是“以书面形式呈现的快速口语”，很多情况下既不注重语法，对遣词造句也缺乏精心考虑，一味地追求简便、快捷。中小学生正处于语言文字的学习阶段，语言规范知识和应用能力尚不稳固，辨别能力差，如果平时经常使用这样的语言，随意省略、随意用错别字等，难免会对正确、规范的语言学习和使用造成影响，并养成不良的语言习惯，影响他们语言表达能力的正常发展和提高。

记者在采访中了解到，网络语言给中小学生带来的影响已然显现。海南省华侨中学学生吴湘雨是初三年级的优秀学生，她说，过多使用网络词汇让自己变得“词穷”了，语言表达很单一。

海南大学文学院古代文学教授仲冬梅在教学过程中发现，受网络语言的影响，2007年以后入学的大学生汉语表达能力明显比前几届差很多，文字表达不规范、不完整，病句、错句、歧义的现象层出不穷，经常张冠李戴、错字连篇。

“最好让网络语言‘留’在网络里，离开网络后还是尽快‘转换频道’为好。”王登峰认为，如果一些网络特性太强的语言、甚至所谓的“火星文”过多进入中小学生作文，或者进入新闻报道、公文等公共服务领域，势必造成信息交流和沟通的问题，也会对汉语的规范使用产生直接的影响。

“如果不对中小学生热衷网络语言的现象加以引导，长期下去，汉语的规范用法有可能渐渐地被遗忘，这是很可怕的事。”海口市第九小学副校长吴少兰担忧地说。

王登峰表示，汉语言文字有着几千年的历史，一直处在不断发展和变化之中，尤其是词汇。某种意义上看，网络词汇也是语言的创新和发展，有些生动、贴切的新词汇，如“给力”“浮云”等，符合汉语言的表达规范，它也可能逐渐进入到汉语的基本词汇中。

I think it is not all bad for millde school student to search the Internet.Some students play games on line.I dont agree it at all.It has nothing to do with their study.And it will make them lose the interests of learning.But also it is very nessary for us to search the Internet.In the modern world,using computer and the Internet is an important skill.We can use it to find some information that we need and communicate with our friends,teachers and parents.Sending e-mail and check out some international news are useful for us as well.

Teenagers especially like to use cellphone, they can’t live without cellphone. Take my brother for example. He carries cellphone all the time, no matter what he does. When we are talking to him, he just lows down his head and says yes, I don’t think he is listening to us. When he is walking on the street, he still keeps his eyes on the screen. My brother is a typical cellphone user, I feel pity for him because he misses so many beautiful moment.

网络用语之所以流行，是因为它们形象创新、诙谐简洁，具有高度的概括能力和表达效果，它们大都结合实际，从生活中演变转化而来。而且这些网络用语没有明确的语法规定和意思，所以在不同的情况下，所表达的意思也不同，具有相当大的变通性。

也许有些人会说：这些词有“枯藤老树昏鸦，小桥流水人家”概括吗？有“醉里挑灯看剑，梦里吹角连营”的深刻吗？有“灯将灭，人睡些，照离愁半窗残月”的意境吗？这些词只些无聊的人们胡编乱造出来的罢了。

是，网络语言没有唐诗的概括，没有宋词元曲的风雅意境。而且有些随意的构句，会使青少年写作时产生错误，对养成良好的语言文字学习习惯具有一定的影响。词义的不确定性有时也会造成对话者之间的误会和矛盾。这些都是网络语言的负面影响。

然而，对于网络语言，不可否认的是，它为我们的传统语言注入了新的活力。因此我们应该客观地去看待它，在心中架起一杆秤。网络语言无穷无尽，但其中只有规范的、经典的话语能永久保留下来，而那些没有意义的则会自然而然地在“约定俗成”中被忘却，被历史掩埋，这是社会发展的必然现象。

当然，我们的语言文化只有在创新中，才能不断进步。

Those who favor that the Internet has many advantages give their reasons as follows. In the first place, the Internet brings us great convenience and efficiency.In the second place, we can make friends with people from all parts of the world. Furthermore, the Internet accelerates the flow of information and spreads education to all corners of the globe.

However, For one thing, it can easily lead to psychological problems.For another, there is a sharp rise in the number of cyber crimes.

For my part, I completely agree with the latter view that the Internet has more disadvantages than advantages.
