我国人多地少，土地资源的开发已接近极限，化肥、农药的施用成为提高土地产出水平的重要途径，加之化肥、农药使用量大的蔬菜生产发展速度快，使得我国已成为世界上使用化肥、农药数量最大的国家。但是，化肥利用率低、流失率高，不仅导致农田土壤污染，还通过农田径流造成了对水体的污染。目前，我国已有许多地区面源污染占污染负荷比例超过工业污染。另外，农药只有约1/3能被作物吸收利用，大部分进入了水体、土壤及农产品中，使全国大批耕地遭受了不同程度的污染，并直接威胁到人群健康。

农村环境问题，不仅是农村和农民的问题，农村环境的污染将导致整个生态环境进一步恶化，它制约经济发展，危害群众健康，影响社会和谐稳定。各级政府要从全局和战略高度，来认识和对待农村环境保护问题，把它置于更加突出的位置，要把解决突出的农村环境问题作为新农村建设的重要内容和改善民生的重要抓手，切实抓紧抓好。要防止城市和工业污染向农村和欠发达地区转移，把农村环境保护列入乡镇考核范围。

2、认真规划农村环境基础设施建设

切实做好村镇建设和环境保护规划，统筹规划农村的环境基础设施建设和污染防治工作。在固体废弃物特别是生活垃圾处置方面，合理规划，分类指导，建立垃圾处置设施；在生活污水处理方面，要结合村镇实际，科学规划环境设施，采用分散治理和集中治理相结合的方式进行；在畜禽养殖污染治理方面，将镇(村)环境建设规划与农业产业规划结合起来，控制和集中处理畜禽养殖业污染；调整优化农业产业结构，大力发展绿色食品和绿色产业，降低农药和化肥的使用量，有效防止农业污染，大力发展农村循环经济。

在白城市每户人家差不多一年就能用100多个方便袋。白城市要是只有100多户人家，大约每年都要使用一万个方便袋。大家想想咱们白城市光有100户人家吗?在学校上课时，我每天都要随身带一种水果。可是水果的外包装是一种塑料做的小食品袋这种方便袋对环境的污染十分严重。并且我们一般只会一次性使用它。用过的袋子就进了废品收购站。但大部分却被弃入了我们的大自然当中。

我希望人们少用一些方便袋改用一些布袋，减少一些白色污染，请大家爱护我们的家园，救救生存的地球母亲吧!

地球，是每一个人的母亲；地球，是人类的栖息之所；地球，是每个生命的摇篮。和蔼可亲的地球，在今天，就像生命垂危的老人，即将奄奄一息…

“哗—哗…”一声急促的流水声从我耳边响起，用水人不知踪影。现在科技越来越发达，马路上有种类繁多的汽车，但是，人们却不知，汽车的废气里主要是“二氧化碳”，“二氧化碳”对我们的身体健康有很大的影响，会使我们生病。树木的滥砍滥伐，做成一次性筷子，一次性纸杯等等，就会让我们的大自然变成荒漠。工厂里排出的废水里有可能含有毒化学物质，以及重金属超标，我们一不小心喝到这样的水，就有可能得不治之症，让世界少去一个生命而惋惜。

我建议：在有水的地方贴上一则标语，提醒人们：“节约用水，别让最后一滴水变成人类后悔的眼泪。”污水的排放，要通过污水处理达标。在室外，尽量不要开车，减少尾气排放。我们要尽量保护每一棵树木、每一寸花草，多植树造林，可以预防沙尘暴、洪水、泥石流、酸雨等灾难，还可以吸收二氧化碳，净化空气。

让我们行动起来，保护环境，从大家做起，从身边做起，从自己做起。保护环境，人人有责！不要让地球的环境再次受到破坏了！

Low-carbon life means a kind of lifestyle in which people do their best to reduce energy consumption and carbon dioxide emissions.

Then，how can we live a lowcarbon life?Firstly，we should recognize that the lowcarbon life is not only a kind of lifestyle but also a life attitude.Each of us is responsible for the greenhouse gases in our daily actions.To combat climate change we have to take the combined efforts of everyone on the planet.Secondly，we should develop good habits in our daily life.Paper cups are made from cutting forests.We should try not to use them because trees can absorb carbon dioxide and reduce greenhouse gases.Similarly，lights should be turned off when they are not used，which will greatly reduce electricity consumption.

In a word，small actions above can make a big difference.

我们生长在一个幸福美丽的星球——地球，这里环境优美，风景如画。

随着时代的发展，我们的生活条件有了很大的改善，但同时我们周围的环境也遭到了严重的破坏，我们的家园——地球，正面临着污染危机。

老人们常说，以前没有这么多垃圾，以前的天很蓝，星星也很亮。可现在走在大街上，望望两边的垃圾桶，它们每天都饥肠辘辘，而它们的身边到处都是“食物”。抬头再看看天空吧，它总是死气沉沉的，城市的上空很难看到蓝天，太阳总是躲在灰蒙蒙云层后面。

在我们的生活中也会发现不和谐的音符。每天去学校的路上，我都会发现路人在乱扔垃圾；在校园内，有的同学也会把垃圾随手丢弃，有糖果的包装纸、纸片、果皮等，他们总是在冲我们肆无忌惮的笑。

难道我们就应该这样对待我们赖以生存的环境吗？不，保护环境，应从我做起，从身边的小事做起！我们应该多植树，不破坏树木；少用塑料袋，尽量用环保袋代替塑料袋；拒绝噪音污染，不随手扔垃圾；不随地吐痰，垃圾应该分类安置；废弃的电池不要随意乱扔；不要践踏草坪，不随便摘花等。

天空是鸟儿的家，而美丽的校园就是我们每一个学生的家，所以我们应该爱护它，美丽的环境需要大家努力，文明的习惯靠大家一点一滴养成。老师经常教育我们说，我们要保护环境，爱护校园，因为校园是我家。每一个同学，每一个路人都应该弯下腰来，把自己周围的垃圾捡起来，让校园变得既干净、又整洁。扔下的是垃圾，捡起的是文明。

我们要从自己做起，从小做起，携起手来，共同保护环境，保护我们的家园。让我们留下碧水、森林、蓝天，为了美好的明天共同努力吧！

Nowadays, the environmental protection is becoming one of the most important issues in the world. Being one of the members of our society, what shall we do to protect the environment

First, stop using plastic bags, boxes and bottles. Stores should be required to use the bags, boxes and bottles which are made from paper. Secondly, more and more trees and flowers should be planted to keep our surrounding clean. People must be required to plant plants around their houses and work places.

Finally, we must control the pollution by law, according to which, polluted water and air exhausted from factories should be forbidden.

These are some of the measures that we can take to protect our environment and they are not hard tasks for us. Remember, the earth is the only planet we could live at present.

Now in some places of our country, a number of people have been cutting down the trees in the forests because they need wood and more farmland. The areas of forests are getting smaller and smaller. Some scientists say that there will be no vast forests in 20 or 30 years. It is really a terrible thing. Where the forests disappear, dust storms will occur occasionally. The weather will get hot and dry. The whole earth will become a big desert. A lot of plants and animals will disappear.Crops will not grow anywhere. Life will be difficult for everyone. The human beings will be punished for their forest-destroying activities.

Therefore, we should realize the importance of taking care of our forests. We should do our best to protect our living environment and keep our mountains green,the water clean, and the sky blue.

我妈妈是一个很讲卫生的人，她特别讨厌脏，有一次，我妈妈见小区的垃圾桶太脏，就打电话给房东，让房东去了。我妈妈看见一个人从汽车上扔下垃圾，就骂他个不停，我妈就是一个特别爱干净的人。

有一次，我去上课外班，来的很早，到了教室，一片狼藉。我看不下去，就开始动手了，拿了工具就开始，也不知道为什么，越干越起劲。这是谁这么可恶，在教室都这么不讲卫生，何况在外面，也许会随地吐痰、乱扔垃圾、乱扔电池。想想就气，中国人为什么不可以像外国人一样，保护大自然，保护环境呢？

我希望人们在往后的日子里，保护环境、节电、节水、低碳，让我们在健康的环境下生活，超越外国人的素质，让我们的素质更上一层楼，让我们的地球更美丽，让别国人不再小看我们。

我们应该多种树，少乱砍树木，多绿化，少建工厂，不要光动嘴皮子，赶快行动起来吧！

As we all know, pollution is harmful to living beings. There are many

different types of pollutions in this world. For instance, water pollution, air

pollution, noise pollution and so on. Water pollution cause many kinds of

disease that have negative effects on human beings, sometimes the diseases will

take people’s life away. Dirty air will increase the rate of getting lung

cancer. While the noise pollution will cause insomnia. People’s health condition

will be damaged.

In my humble opinion, people should take measures to control the pollution.

Recently, not only the government, but also individual has taken part in the

action of protecting the environment. This is a good sign. Rivers are being

cleaned, air is purified, and the people come to realize that the importance of

protecting the environment.

However, this is not enough, the problems are still exist. Not all of them

have been solved. Some factories are still pouring dirty water into the rivers

or give off the toxic gas into the sky. We should know that protecting the

environment needs everybody’s effort.

环境是人类生存的一大重要条件，好的环境培育出好的人才，如果环境遭到严重的破坏，这么人类的生存跟人类的健康又该怎么办呢？保护环境，人人有责啊！

新的一天又开始了，妈妈急匆匆地买来早餐又急匆匆地催我赶快吃掉。吃完早餐我把包装纸随手丢在家门口，跨进家门时我下意识地愣了一会儿：就这么把垃圾扔在地上，不行，这样不是破坏环境吗，毕竟保护环境从小事做起，可是为了方便还是……不是，想象一下如果全中国，不，全世界都像我这样乱扔垃圾这么会是什么样的情景啊！赶快转过身，垃圾还没被风刮走。正当我弯下腰拿起袋子时妈妈也吃完了早餐，她刚要把垃圾随手一扔，我就把她拦住了：“不要乱丢垃圾，这是破坏环境的行为！”

“哎呦，哎呦，我的孩子懂得怎么保护环境了，妈妈啊真是欣慰了！”说着，她把手上的垃圾准确地丢进了垃圾桶，又高兴地抚摸着我的头，“今天我们家一定要好好庆祝一下。”

保护环境，人人有责，只要每个人都献出自己的爱心，每天弯腰几次，地球就会变得更加干净，整洁。

木头强是一个无业游民，最近听说房价上涨，就把自己所有的积蓄都买了房子，准备卖出去大赚一笔，可人算不如天算，他没有赚到钱，现在穷得只剩下那栋房子了。

一天，木头强出门遛弯时，看见一张广告：“想赚大钱吗？想过好日子吗？快来加入‘伐木强’伐木公司吧！不仅工资高，提成高，还有年终奖哦！快快来报名吧！电话：1597XXXXXXX。”木头强一看，两眼放金光，立即拨打了电话。没几天，木头强就通过了面试，开始工作。

他来到家附近的一片森林里，突然员工对讲机中传出了老板的声音：“小木呀，今天砍一百棵树没问题吧？”“没问题，砍两百棵也没问题！”“加油干！”对讲结束后，木头强扛着大斧，找到了一棵百年古树，闻了闻，“香！”又摸了摸、敲了敲，“好树！”“木头强点了根雪茄”，大口大口地吸了起来，抽完后，他站起身来，朝掌心吐了一口唾沐，耸了耸肩，抡起大斧，砍在了古树身上，古树痛苦地惨叫起来，它的血液飞溅出来，溅到地上，溅到木头强身上。“这古树能一棵顶十棵！”木头强笑嘻嘻地说。从树上飘落下无数的叶子，在木头强眼里，那是一张又一张“毛爷爷”。

大树的惨叫招来了啄木鸟，听见大树痛苦的呻吟，心如刀绞，它仿佛看见了原来郁郁葱葱的森林变成了光秃秃的沙漠。它想阻止木头强！啄木鸟眼睛一亮，迅速地飞到木头强身上。木头强只想着：砍大树赚大钱，完全不关心停在身上的啄木鸟。啄木鸟大声指责道：“你把树砍光了，我们小动物去哪里居住啊？”“你们去哪不关我的事，我自己都快没法生活了，快走开吧，别打扰我干活！”木头强大骂一通，便接着砍树。“这根木头有只贪婪虫，我要把它啄出来！”啄木鸟边说边啄着木头强的脑袋。木头强把斧头朝啄木鸟挥去，把它赶走了。

木头强一天天地去伐木，树木已被他砍完，土地逐渐沙漠化。一天，刮起了沙尘暴，把木头强和他富裕的生活掩埋了。

只要善待森林，森林也会善待我们。人类对大自然的破坏，终有一天会报复在人类身上，所以不要为了一己私欲，破坏我们生活的环境。
