我最喜欢去外婆家了!外婆家在金华，那儿是个是个风景怡人的小村庄。

记得去年暑假，我上外婆家家。爸爸的车子刚在院子里停下，我就闻到了一股沁人心脾的香味，那清香中还夹杂着一股淡淡的花香。我使劲吸了一下鼻子，恨不得把所有的花香全吸入鼻中。

每年暑假我都会去表哥家住一阵，表哥家住在黄河边上的一个小村庄，守着一大片麦田。那里有蜿蜒的黄河，泥泞的小路，娇小的野花，嫩绿的小草，到处一片生机勃勃的景象。

村庄的蓝天特别的蓝，表哥常常带着我顶着大太阳去小河里抓蝌蚪，成群结队的小蝌蚪拼命的摆着尾巴向前游，好像真的是在寻找妈妈一样。如果运气好，我们还能摸到几条小鱼。回家的路上，可口的野菜也是随处可见。

大概过了很久，我拖着疲惫的身体回到了宿舍，正想在床上躺会儿，教官却走了进来，指着我们的宿舍说：真乱，快来收拾一下！无奈，恋恋不舍地爬了起来，打扫起卫生来。一番清扫后，教官来到一张床边说：快来看好了，我教你们叠被子！唉！被子不就是折折叠叠吗？连着还要学？说完，教官便向我们示范了起来，只见他动作娴熟，三下五除二便把被子叠好了。待我定睛一看，哇，真好，被子在教官的手里变得像豆腐块一样，我们叠的汉堡包可比这逊多了！看来教官也是挺可爱的。

终于，五天的折磨结束了，回想这五天的军训生活。我感慨万千。我渐渐明白，军训虽然十分辛苦，但是它不但锻炼了我的体力，更坚强了我的意志力。它让我明白了要做一个不畏艰辛，站直了的中国人。同时，军训也让我学会了做平时由父母代替的事，让我学会了自立，也融入了集体。

军训虽说很累，却让我受益匪浅，我渐渐喜欢上了这种生活。

Lowcarbon life is popular nowadays. Its aim is to reduce the energy in our dailylife, especially reduce the emissions of carbon dioxide.  It is well-known that  the air pollution is more and more serious. Sowe should do something to protect our earth.

如今，低碳生活是很受欢迎的。其目的是为了减少我们日常生活中所消耗的能量，尤其是减少二氧化碳的排放量。众所周知，空气污染越来越严重。所以我们应该做些什么来保护我们的地球。

Firstly,weshould take more  bus instead of drivingcars. As people’s living standard has improved, there are more and more peopledriving private cars. This phenomenon is one of the causes for air pollution. Becauseits gas will produce lots of carbon dioxide, which may enventually lead to airpollution. Secondly, when we leave our house or classroom, we would better turnof the lights, fans or airconditioning.

首先，我们应该多坐公车而不是开车。随着人们生活水平的提高，越来越多的人开私家车。这一现象是造成空气污染的原因之一。因为它排放的气体会产生大量的二氧化碳，这可能最终导致空气污染。其次，当我们离开我们的房子或教室时，我们最好把灯，风扇或空调关了。

Tomake our unique earth better, we should appeal people to live a low carbon life.It is also will be the main trends in the future. Let’s do something for ourmother earth.

Time passes qiuckly,and the summer hoilday is coming.During the hoilday,i will have a rest to reileve my stress and do some exercises to strength my body.

Besides i will spend more time in companying my parents and doing the housework as much as possible beacuse i have paid too much attention on study that i ignored them when i was in school.

However, i will do some part-time jobs as well for it can broaden my harizon and enrich my knowledge,and therefore i can learn more and have a promising future.

看到自己写雷红兵的文字在朋友圈里频繁被转载，内心深处还是有些小小的欣慰。一个与病魔抗争的家庭，一个贫困交加的家庭正在受到越来越多善良人们的关爱与关注，正是我想要的初衷

老实说，我并不奢望这篇文字能够给雷家带来多少真正的改变，但爱心是积滴水而汇成小溪的，我真诚的期待着雷家的窘境能朝好的方向发展，暖心的冬天，才会春暖花开。

我不认识雷红兵一家，也没有去真正接触过。

听王炳荣讲述雷红兵一家的事迹时，我被感动了，被一颗对生命渴望的心打动了，由于种种原因，中国还有众多的贫困家庭需要去帮扶，需要去宣传。

当时我就下定决心，一定要如实的把雷家的困难真实的写下来，散播出去。

写文字，不仅仅是为了留名，也不仅仅是为了一些风花雪夜，我庆幸这一篇文字唤起了人们对弱势群体的关注，给挣扎在苦难中的人们带来一缕春风。

有朋友悄悄告诉我，文章中忘了署上〞巫昌友〝三个字，我说这没有什么，这也不是重点，能带给别人帮助和希望，才是我写文字的初衷。

简阳本地的〞简阳在线〝是一个很有担当的新媒体，从最初医院门口掉车事件到如今雷红兵求助的事件，他们都在不遗余力的宣传报道，以论坛，微信的方式关注民生，关注那群最需要的人，把正能量真正的传递出去，兑现了〞简阳在线，无处不在〝的承诺。

这一年多以来，我在国内的网络媒体，写了十几篇介绍人物的文章，有的还获过奖，有的电视台还提出过采访要求，不管有过什么样的光环，但我觉得写雷红兵这一篇更有意义，正如我同学鄢大山说的一样，反映生活现实的文章才是好文章。
