黄昏，我去表姐家里，一进门，就看见她们家的小懒狗懒散地躺在地上。表姐看到我来了，就说：“等会一起去烤红薯吧。”“好呀。”我们来到田里，先在田里挖个大坑，然后，把一些比较大块一点的石头和泥土垒起来，垒成个土炉，用木柴把泥土烧通红，堵住炉门，从炉上方挖个洞放入红薯，然后在上面盖上泥土。过半个小时，红薯出炉了，虽然上面沾满了黑灰，非常难看，可是拨开红薯皮，一股香甜味扑入鼻中，金黄色的肉呈现在眼前，我们吃着美味的红薯，看天边的红霞渐渐落下……

夜晚，晚风轻拂，轻轻吹动着窗帘，我和表姐躺在床上，看那众多小星星镶嵌在窗边……

多么悠闲、朴素、诱人的农村呀！那里有美丽的风景，有可爱的伙伴，有浓郁的人情味儿。

每年的暑假我都会和妈妈到乡下的外婆家小住，因为我喜欢乡村的生活！

傍晚是一天中最愉快的时刻，因为我们可以去游泳池游泳啦！我像小鱼儿一样在水里游来游去，有时还呛了几口水。大家都叫我是“陈快鱼”。还时不时的来个偷袭，用脚猛地一踩，伙伴们的脸上就洒满了水珠，看他们狼狈地擦着脸，我就在一边哈哈大笑。我们在水里扑打着，嬉戏着，看着晚霞烧红了天空，看着忙碌了一天的人们往家赶，等着外婆叫我们回家吃饭！

天黑了，我们在月光下玩耍，跑来跑去快乐得不得了。有时候，我们席地而坐缠着外婆给我们讲故事，或者给我们唱歌。妈妈也会聊起她的童年趣事逗得我们哈哈大笑。我还会看看北斗星是不是每天晚上在同一个地方出现。一阵阵凉风吹来，要比空调房舒服多了！

就这样一天很快就过去了，蝉儿睡了，鸟儿睡了，我们也将进入甜蜜的梦乡！

妈妈小的时候衣服穿小了，就留给妹妹穿，从不舍得丢弃;上学背的是一个布做的书包，学习用具也很少，而且一直用到不能再用才换掉。而我现在穿的衣服都是新的，鞋子有一点小就不想再穿了，到现在我已经用过好几个书包和文具盒了，学习用品也多的数不清，现在有这么好的学习条件和学习环境，我一定要好好学习，把我们的国家建设的更加强大。

春天来了，院子里还有一片空地，妈妈见那空地空着也是空着，还不如种些青菜呢!于是妈妈就在那片空地上撒了黄瓜、西红柿、苦瓜、豆角等蔬菜籽。没过几天，这些种子就陆续发芽了，它们从泥土里钻里出来，伸展开两瓣嫩嫩的绿叶，它们一天天长大，不断地增加新的绿叶。我们一家人给它们浇水、施肥、捉虫，照顾得十分周到。夏天到了，各种蔬菜都在孕育着果实，它们一天天长大，渐渐成熟。西红柿的果实像一盏盏小红灯笼压满枝架，一串串弯月亮似的豆角一直坠到地面。秋天来临，黄瓜架上又爬满了顶黄花、带满刺的黄瓜，苦瓜也爬满了墙头，等着我们来摘。冬天降临了，绿油油的大白菜又被扣在了棚里。经过我们一家人的努力，一年四季我们都吃到了自己的劳动果实，我们一家人心里自然美滋滋的，特别开心。

在城市里居住虽然很好，但是城市里没有那么大的院子，自然也就吃不到自己的劳动果实，享受不到丰收的喜悦了。

现在，虽然我已经搬到了城市，但是我永远不会忘记那段快乐的乡村生活。

乡村，虽然没有城市里那么繁华，喧闹，但是它有一道道独特迷人的风景。

在乡下人家的房前屋后走过，总会看见那一片片田野：金黄的油菜花凋零了，结出了碧绿的油菜籽;那鼓胀的油菜籽好像要撑破肚子;稻谷的叶子碧绿碧绿的，已抽出了稻穗，十分饱满，稻穗好像快要垂下了腰;蚕豆长出了嫩荚，远远望去，就像一个个小青椒。

在池塘边，总会看到农妇们，她们有的已经洗好了衣服，三个一群，五个一伙地走在一起，有的正在跟别人开玩笑;有的在谈论事情;有的呢，正在拿着洗衣桶里的衣服翻来覆去地看，看看刚洗好的衣服有无洗净。池塘里，一群群鸭子在水中欢乐地游戏，还不时地扎到水下去觅食，无拘无束。池塘里的小鱼们遭了殃，它们成了鸭子们的“战利品”，鸭子们为了争夺美食，还时不时地互相打架呢!

傍晚，太阳公公收紧了那灿烂的光辉，变成了一个圆盘。万里无云的天空，像平静的大海。过了一会儿，太阳公公带着微笑逐渐降落了山崖。夜神赶紧招呼星星月亮出来，顿时，柔和的月光洒遍大地。

此时，乡村人们都把桌椅搬到门口，坐在椅子上，摇着蒲扇，清风阵阵，给人们带来了凉爽。在凉爽中，聆听那昆虫们清脆悦耳的声音，此起彼伏，形成了一首和谐的乐曲。

天渐渐黑了，日出而作，日落而息的乡村人家上床睡觉了。那池塘里的一片欢快的青蛙声和美丽的荷花伴着辛苦一天的人们，人们听着催眠曲，闻着芳香，渐渐地入睡了，入睡了……

乡村，你如此独特，如此迷人，如此如诗如画!

Nowadays, with the development of technology, many young people stay

indoors and play computer all the time. Especially for those who stay up very

late or go out to play for fun until midnight, then they wake up at noon the

next day. This is the unhealthy lifestyle, and they need to make some

changes.

First, having regular break time and enough sleep is the basic way to keep

healthy. Some young people hang out for fun after work. They need to release

their pressure and have fun with their friends. They go home very late and then

next day get up, preparing to work. In the long run, they not only have low

efficiency, but also damage their bodies.

Second, keep the balanced diet. Most people are picky about food. They only

choose the food they like and lose the balance of nutrition. For most kids, they

like to have meat and refuse of the vegetables and fruit. It is not good for the

growth of their bodies.

The healthy lifestyle helps people live the harmonious life. Besides having

enough sleep and keeping balance diet, taking exercise is also in need.

In the weekend, I like to go shopping with my mother. We buy a lot of things, I choose all kinds of snacks, such as candy, milk, sometimes my mother protects me buying too much candy, she says it will do harm to my health. Though I am not happy, I accept it. Going shopping with my mother makes me so happy.

Today, my brother went to school in Jinan and my father brought me up. Dad wanted me to feel the life of the University. We came to Shandong Normal University, and that was the fathers alma mater. The entrance is very blocked, because today is the date of new arrival, so there are so many vehicles that we cant go in very easily. Once we enter the mountains, we have many big sisters and big brothers, holding the brands of their colleges to welcome the arrival of new students. The first picture was the statue of Chairman Mao.
