孟子的「性善说」， 主要发挥孔子「仁」的观念。孔子中的「仁」缺乏了理论基础及尚未解释「道德价值根源」的问题。因此， 孔子要建立「道德价值根源之自觉心」， 认为善是人的基本自觉， 这种自觉是表现於恻隐、羞恶、辞让及是非四端。「四端」说明道德价值的自觉， 是与生俱来的。这便能补充孔子「仁」学理论的不足。

2.义利之辨 —— 道德价值的论证

孟子认为「四端」是内在於自觉心的， 属於人的「本质」， 即所谓人的「性」。人之性， 必有异於禽兽之处， 这种「异於禽兽」的性，  便是「善端」。他指出， 人之所以不善， 是由於受私欲蒙蔽。因此， 人应放弃私利， 以达到社会的公义。目的是建立良好的个人道德观。

3.养气与成德

孟子提出必须靠修养及发挥善性的功夫， 以全力扩充存於内心的「四端」， 孟子称之为「尽性」。「尽性」的修养， 培养出浩然之气， 使人成为「富贵不能淫， 贫贱不能移， 威武不能屈」的「大丈夫」， 再以「心志统气」， 控制自己的情感， 便能成德。

Some still leaf buds, leaves embrace each other together, like a group of good brothers inseparable. These branches swaying trees, for the long gang mountain contributed the most to life.

Looked down and saw more than the trees green with a green came into my eyes, I stare big eyes, carefully looked at the gorgeous color. The green green a little more than pale green, but more shallow than the plum green. In the light of the sun, will also reflect a bright light. This is invisible to the green in normal times, only in the spring of the mountain, to see this mysterious green. In the soft grass, there are pieces of beautiful wild flowers. These small and exquisite flowers, one here, there, one point for grass cui more beautiful. A gust of wind blowing, several kinds of flowers together, refreshing.

This is the long gang mountain and the beautiful spring, makes me intoxicated.

春天来了，一阵阵春雨也到来了。雨绵绵地下着，无声无息地洒向人间。过了几天，我便想去长岗山看看，看看春天到底是怎样的。

刚到长岗山脚下，我就被这春天的美丽给怔住了，看，原本一片枯黄的山，现在已经树木葱茏了， 仿佛一切都争着更换春装，连山中小屋门前那排冬春树也被刚抽出来的嫩枝给覆盖了。春色仿佛会流动似的，从这儿到那儿，都是一片绿色，整座山都是绿色的海洋。

欣赏了一会儿，我就向山里走去。刚走进小道，两旁的树木就吸引了我。一片片舒展开来的嫩叶，绿的好像是翡翠，像碧玉，像是用颜料涂上去似的。有的还是叶苞，一片片叶子互相抱在一起，好像一群难分难舍的好兄弟。这些枝叶婆娑的树，为长岗山贡献了最多的生机。

往下一看，比树木更绿的一抹绿进入了我的眼帘，我瞪大眼睛，仔细地看着这艳丽的颜色。这绿色比嫩绿更绿一点，但又比梅绿更浅一点。在太阳的照耀下，还会反射出亮丽的光芒。这种绿在平时是看不到的，唯有在春天的山上，才能目睹这种神秘的绿色。在软绵绵的草丛中，有一朵朵美丽的野花。这些小巧玲珑野花，这儿一朵，那儿一族，为草丛点璀得更美。一阵风吹过，几种花香融合在一起，沁人心脾。

这就是长岗山美丽的春天，令我陶醉。

Christmas， annual Christian holiday commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ。 Most members of the Roman Catholic Church and followers of Protestantism celebrate Christmas on December 25， and many celebrate on the evening of December 24 as well。 Members of the Eastern Orthodox Church usually delay their most important seasonal ceremonies until January 6， when they celebrate Epiphany， a commemoration of the baptism of Jesus。 Epiphany also traditionally commemorates the arrival of the Three Wise Men of the East in Bethlehem （near Jerusalem， Israel）， where they adored the infant Jesus and presented him with gifts of gold， frankincense， and myrrh。 The official Christmas season， popularly known as either Christmastide or the Twelve Days of Christmas， extends from the anniversary of Christ’s birth on December 25 to the feast of Epiphany on January 6。  Christmas is based on the story of Jesus’ birth as described in the Gospel according to Matthew （see Matthew 1：18—2：12） and the Gospel according to Luke （see Luke 1：26—56）。 Roman Catholics first celebrated Christmas， then known as the Feast of the Nativity， as early as 336 ad。 The word Christmas entered the English language sometime around 1050 as the Old English phrase Christes maesse， meaning festival of Christ。 Scholars believe the frequently used shortened form of Christmas—Xmas—may have come into use in the 13th century。 The X stands for the Greek letter chi， an abbreviation of Khristos （Christ）， and also represents the cross on which Jesus was crucified。

我们计划数个活动We have planned several activities . When we get there , we will

visit the elderly in their rooms in groups, 向他们送花和自制的卡片，为了表达我们的尊敬和热爱。presenting

them with flowers and self--?made cards to show our respect and love. Then we

will do some cleaning and washing for them with the help of the nurses.

As some old people feel lonely .We may chat with them about their old days,

changes of our city, or anything they are interested in

.我们会给他们一些表演，例如：唱歌，舞蹈等等。

We may also give them some performances, such as singing, dancing and so

on.

我确定我们都会都中国的老人拥有更好的理解。I am sure we will both gain a better understanding of

在21世纪五十年代，我已经成年，并且成为了一名警察。你问我怎么无精打采的，还不是因为接到了大案子，正在发愁呢！为了放松，我到了我的老同学——科学家李轩昂博士家里去拜访。

一到门口，还没敲门，门就自动开了。只见老同学坐在飘在空中的沙发上，笑眯眯地望着我说：“欢迎你，老同学！”随后他在沙发上按了几个按钮，沙发便徐徐降了下来。只见李轩昂走下沙发，笑眯眯地过来对我说：“老同学，你日理万机，今天怎么有空来我这里坐坐了呢？”我一屁股坐在沙发上，重重地叹了口气说：“唉！别提了。我还不是接到了难办的案子，到你这儿来放松啊！而且这个犯人特别狡猾，无论怎么问都不肯说。我怕就是问他们家的宠物也问不出个所以来。”“这可不一定。对了，你怎么知道他们家有宠物？”李轩昂皱了皱眉头问。我说：“他是我家的邻居，他家的小黄狗每天都要到我家来玩，我当然知道了。”李轩昂眼睛一亮，说：“那好办，我刚刚发明了一款语言翻译机。喏，就是这个，送给你用了！”我非常惊喜，道谢过后，便急忙回到了家中。

刚到家没多久，邻居家的小黄狗又来了，我连忙给它和我自己戴上了翻译机，问道：“老朋友，吃过中饭了吗？”“还没哩，我家主人，也就是石经理，被你们警察带走了，家里正在举行‘哭鼻子大赛’，没人做饭！”我马上给它准备了午饭。等它吃完后，我又问：“你知道石经理的赃物藏在哪里吗？”“当然知道，就藏在假老鼠洞里！”小黄狗说。听到小黄狗这么一说，我非常开心，激动得不得了。

第二天早上，法庭再次开庭了，石经理还是一脸的不服气。问了几句，还是不肯承认，于是我大声喊道：“传小黄狗上庭！”小黄狗刚一上来，我就给小黄狗和石经理都带上了翻译机。小黄狗说：“你是不是把东西藏在了那个假老鼠洞里？藏得时候还踢了我一脚，对不对？……”这时候，我看见石经理的脸色越来越苍白，最后——终于坦白交代了他的罪行。

啊！神奇的语言翻译机，科学的力量真是伟大啊！
