在暑假的时候，出于对电脑的喜爱，我就乘车去乡下我哥哥家。透过车窗，我看见满山遍野的花草。心里觉得奇怪：那里以前不是荒山吗？问旁人才明白此刻在搞绿化。这时我才明白家乡有了变化。

下了车，我先去了舅舅家休息。下午两点，我打算步行去哥哥家，有几里路。我想起以前坐车去，那路上那里一个坑，那里一个坑，把我撞得青一块紫一块的。所以我还是决定走着去。舅舅说：“我送你去吧。此刻的路好跑车了。”我半信半疑地坐上摩托车。一路上很平坦，再也不是以前那条路了，我从心里跳出了一句话：哈哈，老路下岗啦。

一路上，我看见了一座座工厂在山中立起，看来有不少企业在那里投资。

到了哥哥家，我本想立刻去玩电脑，但是看见池塘里的鱼了，我忍不住想去抓。我把鞋一甩，跳到了池塘里。哇！好多鱼，我和鱼儿大战了几十回合，结果就抓住了几条小鱼，我看没什么用，就把它们放生了。

晚上，哥哥叫我去接水。我跑到井口准备打水的时候，哥哥笑了：“家里有自来水，你到井边来干什么？”“哎呀，你怎样不早说呢！”如今的乡下也像城里一样方便了。
