几年前的一个夏天，我到海边去玩。可是，一到海边，看到那水面上冒着的一片片白泡沫，我就开始感到很恶心，一点儿下水的念头都没有了。最后，我只在海边玩了一会儿沙子就回家了。

不过前次回去湛江，我看到城市的道路干净了很多，绿树业多了很多，再去到海边，又能看见蓝蓝的海水了，我和爸爸还一起在海里打起了“水战”呢。爷爷奶奶家楼下的小河，虽然还有淤泥，可是已经有工人定期去清理了。

The whole ecological balance of the earth is changing. Massive destruction of environment has brought about negative effects and even poses a great threat to mans existence.

We must face the situation that exists and take actions to solve our environmental problems. For instance, new laws must be passed to place strict control over industrial pollution, the pub!ic must receive the education about the hazard of pollution and so on. We hope that all these measures will be effective and bring back a healthful environment.

全世界的环境问题在变得越来越严重。随着工农业的发展，汽车制造噪音、排放毒气，山上的树木被砍伐，污水不断被排入河里。另外，无论我们走到哪里，到处可见随意丢弃的垃圾。整个地球生态平衡正在改变，环境的巨大破坏已带来负面影响，甚至对人类生存带来巨大威胁。

我们必须面对现实，采取行动解决环境问题。例如必须通过新的法律严格控制工业污染问题，大众必须接受污染危害的教育等。我们希望这些措施的有效实施能带给我们一个健康的环境。

斗转星移，世界飞速在变化着。从我记事起，我周围不断变化的事情太多太多了!要让我说说什么事情的变化给我的印象最深刻，那么在我的记忆里，我感到变化最大的也是变化最快的是——环境的变化!

以前大家都会有共同的感觉，很多公共场所都是垃圾遍地，人声嘈杂，吸烟的人随处可见，随地吐痰的更是司空见惯。还有很多的绿化区，尽管标有爱护花草树木的标语，但是人们还是不管不顾地在绿地上踩出许许多多羊肠小路。就拿我们身边的例子虞河来说吧，以前的虞河是一条人人都不喜欢的臭水沟!可是经过市政府的整修后，再看看现在的虞河，已成了一条美丽的河，虞河两岸种满了郁郁葱葱的树，姹紫嫣红的花朵被微风吹的摇晃着脑袋，散发出阵阵芳香……那里人们总是三个一群，两个一伙，有散步的，有健身的，如今的虞河成了人们休闲运动的好场所。

再看看公路两边的绿化带，以及路边小公园和居民小区到处多是绿意盎然的景象，垃圾乱扔的现象，越来越少了，现在人们都会自觉的把垃圾扔进垃圾桶里。随地吐痰已经被视为一种极不文明的习惯，常常会遭来旁观者的不满，在我们的周围处处可见铺满了青青小草的“绿地毯”上标示着要爱护环境，禁止踩踏草坪的小木牌，小木牌上写的有：青青小草，踏之何忍，爱护环境，人人有责。这些小木牌不仅提醒着大家，也让人们在心灵深处立下了要保护环境，爱护地球妈妈的决心。因为有了绿色，有了鲜花，有了文明。所以我们的生活才能这么美好!

如果环境是一棵树，那么我们便是树上的枝枝叶叶，如果环境是一片蔚蓝的天空，那么我们便是空中的飞鸟，如果环境是一泓清泉，那么我们便是泉中一滴滴甘甜的泉水……这些话我们经常念，我想不仅要口头上说说，而且还要用实际行动让美丽和绿色永远留在我们身边!

现在环境比起以前已经大有改善，变化很大很快，我们要一如既往携起手倡导绿色世界，绿色梦想!

在花园里、树林里，环境有许多的变化，比如：草变绿了，花变红了，树变多了，水变清了，草变少了，尾气变多了。

我先去访问了一下姑姑，姑姑说："我们家前面以前的小花园，花特别多，但在最近，许多花都枯死了，有的已经被摘了，不过有些人还在种树、种花，绿化花园。”

我再去访问了一下爸爸，爸爸说："在姑姑家前面的西桥的下面有一条大河，以前那里河水很清澈，像镜子一样。就因为乱丢垃圾、乱排污水、洗涤……因此河水变得很混浊、很黑、很臭，河里的小鱼小虾也无法生存了。”

我们应该做到保护环境、绿化环境、人人都能关心起来，才能让我们的环境更优美，大自然更加美丽。

Today，pollution has become a serious problem to us. It means that the air，seas，rivers and land are polluted by waste or poisonous things.

It does harm not only to human beings but also to animals .

We cannot have fresh air because many factories have the poisonous smoke sent into the air. Beautiful parks are made dirty by plastic tins and bags.

Fish die from the polluted water. It is said that strange diseases have appeared in some places because of pollution.

I hope scientists can find ways to solve the serious problem.

We are looking forward to seeing the clear sky，clean rivers and beautiful parks again.

东南大学人文学院社会学系张晶晶老师认为，自由职业者幸福感指数上升，总体上是个好的现象，有其积极的一面。这说明社会大众开始转变“万般皆下品惟有读书高”的观念，传统中把职业划分三六九等的现象在逐渐淡化，只要是自立、独立，能养活自己的职业都能慢慢被认可。

调查数据显示，自由职业者幸福感指数首次超过了公务员、教师等传统意义上的稳定职业。张晶晶老师分析，出现这样的变化首先是受到大背景的影响。大家原本以为很稳定的职业没有过去那么稳定了。“即便是公务员、事业单位等，也开始探索市场化，职业压力高于过往。”在这一背景下，从业者与过去相比，工作压力增加，满意度和幸福感自然下降了。其次，传统观念中的稳定职业其求职成本也比较高，比如公务员、教师，其学历和学习背景要求高，求职的成本也高，“获得这样一份稳定工作后，从业者会想到求职时投入的经济和精力成本，反思投入与产出的合理性，可能会有一定不平衡感，降低幸福指数。”而自由职业者和公务员不一样，投入和产出不会有强烈的不平衡感。第三，从事自由职业者的人往往带有倾向的，“愿意选择自由职业者的人，性格上会偏好自由，喜欢轻松的人际关系。”当他在工作中得到自由、轻松的同时，收入还不低，幸福感自然会提高。

“宁夏黄河九十九道弯”。它的美丽富饶人们一直在传唱，我的家乡就在黄河边上，它哺育着一代有一代的黄河儿女。

我小的时候黄河两岸是个美丽的地方。绿油油的树木栽满了黄河的岸边鸟儿叽叽喳喳的唱个不停，鱼儿在水里自由自在的游动。岸边种着各种各样的庄稼，孩子们在田边玩耍、嬉戏。人们在岸边垂钓，欣赏着对岸美丽的风景。汹涌的黄河水奔腾到了远方，这生机勃勃的一幕构成了美丽的画卷。

随着人们肆意的破坏环境，黄河的环境也随着发生了变化，它变得脏乱不堪。上游的水量不足，再加上人们过度使用黄河水，使黄河断流了。游客与居民们随手乱扔垃圾，让黄河中漂浮着大大小小的垃圾袋，工厂排出的大量废水，使黄河水质发生了改变。黄河里鱼儿的种类越来越稀少，河边随处可见露出了白白的肚皮的鱼儿。成堆成堆的垃圾垒在黄河边上，臭气熏天，他们污染了土地使岸边的树木都枯死了，在黄河岸边会干都一片死气沉沉。天仿佛不是蓝的，水仿佛不是清的。

不仅仅只是黄河。大自然许多地方-都遭到了人类的破坏山不在绿了水不在秀了。人们住在生态环境恶劣的地球中，我们大家有没有想过，破坏大自然最终破坏到的还是自己呀！我们喝的将回是受过污染的水源，我们吃的将会是受过污染的食品生活在污染的环境中的将会也是我们。我们的死可能也是我们自己造成的人类醒醒吧！快从现在开始保护我们身边的每一块土地。

然而，近几年来，地球的环境却越来越恶劣：全球性气候变暖，飓风、暴雨等灾害性天气频繁出现，“非典”、禽流感等传染性疾病时有发生，给人类的生活和工作带来严重威胁和许多不便。这些都是人们不断地“伤害”地球的结果。大片的森林被砍伐，碧绿的青山被挖掘，美丽的草原成荒漠，清澈的河水成浊流。树林少了，青山秃了，草原荒了，清水黑了，使人们生存的环境变坏，呼吸的空气变差，生活的环境被许多有害的东西所“侵占”，病毒就趁机钻进人们的体内，我们人类就会患上一些可怕的疾病。

前几天，我在报纸上看到这样一幅漫画：一个人坐在树梢上，正在砍他坐着的那根树枝。“哼，真好笑。”有些人可能会这么想。难道你就没有想一想，这仅仅是幅好笑的漫画吗?它不正是在讽刺我们吗?难道你就没有悟到，它在警告我们：人类在破坏环境的同时，也在不知不觉地伤害自己。

当你走在大街上，如果你想吐痰，你会怎么做呢?如果你选择了吐在地上，那么你想过没有，你在害自己吗?一口痰含有大量的病菌，当太阳着时就会繁殖、传染。同样，当你砍伐一棵树，当你挖掉一片草，当你把脏物倒进河流，难道你没有觉得这是在破坏环境，“伤害”自己吗?

俗语说得好：“前人栽树，后人乘凉”，前人给了我们大片大片的森林，绿地，我们留给后人的是什么?是光秃秃的荒漠，还是茂密的树林，你肯定选择的是茂密的树林。那还有什么犹豫的，让我们大家一起自觉保护环境，自觉爱护环境，自觉绿化环境，改善我们的生活环境，创造美好的未来!
