东南大学人文学院社会学系张晶晶老师认为，自由职业者幸福感指数上升，总体上是个好的现象，有其积极的一面。这说明社会大众开始转变“万般皆下品惟有读书高”的观念，传统中把职业划分三六九等的现象在逐渐淡化，只要是自立、独立，能养活自己的职业都能慢慢被认可。

调查数据显示，自由职业者幸福感指数首次超过了公务员、教师等传统意义上的稳定职业。张晶晶老师分析，出现这样的变化首先是受到大背景的影响。大家原本以为很稳定的职业没有过去那么稳定了。“即便是公务员、事业单位等，也开始探索市场化，职业压力高于过往。”在这一背景下，从业者与过去相比，工作压力增加，满意度和幸福感自然下降了。其次，传统观念中的稳定职业其求职成本也比较高，比如公务员、教师，其学历和学习背景要求高，求职的成本也高，“获得这样一份稳定工作后，从业者会想到求职时投入的经济和精力成本，反思投入与产出的合理性，可能会有一定不平衡感，降低幸福指数。”而自由职业者和公务员不一样，投入和产出不会有强烈的不平衡感。第三，从事自由职业者的人往往带有倾向的，“愿意选择自由职业者的人，性格上会偏好自由，喜欢轻松的人际关系。”当他在工作中得到自由、轻松的同时，收入还不低，幸福感自然会提高。

On Water Shortage

No one can have failed to notice the fact that water shortage is a grave problem with which the whole world is confronted. Actually, it has become so widespread that it has severely affected peoples daily life and hindered the development of the global economy.

A number of factors could account for the problem, but the following might be the critical ones. First, with the development of agriculture and industry, an increasing amount of water is needed. Secondly, the ever-increasing population is another leading cause of water shortage. Besides, the global tendency of warming up also contributes to the problem. Whats worse, pollution and waste of fresh water aggravate the situation.In view of the seriousness of the problem, effective measures must be taken before things get worse. First, it is essential that laws and regulations be worked out and enforced to protect water resources. Secondly, people should enhance their awareness of saving water. 太阳悄悄从山嘴处爬出来，张望着山脚下的一片村庄——我的家乡大王镇。它位于灵宝市最东边，毗邻陕县。记忆里最深刻的的就是家乡的那条乡间小路。

这条乡间小路穿梭于许多村庄和田间，农民们收种都要经过此路，三轮车、架子车、摩托车、自行车等，每天都川流不息，路面被碾得高低不平，坑坑洼洼。正所谓“晴天一身土，雨天一身泥”，要是遇到下雨天可就惨了，大水坑连着小水坑，小水坑挨着大水坑。只要稍不留神，无论是车还是行人都会滑个人仰马翻。

记得上小学时，有一次连着下了几天雨，我和妈妈走在这条路上，我们俩弯着腰，努力想寻找一块能落脚的地儿，尽管如履薄冰，可一不留神，哧溜一声，妈妈滑倒了，我也被拉倒了。我们手按着地，慢慢站起来，没走几步又滑倒了，再走，再滑倒……到家时我们俩已经成了泥人，我大哭，妈妈脸上不知是雨水，还是泪水也在往下下淌。真是行路难，路难行，难怪这条路被村民们叫“哧溜路”。

现在“哧溜路”没了，取而代之的是三灵快速通道，代替原来的乡村土路。这条快道是双向8车道，全长约20公里。一下子，这条路变得那么宽阔，那么豁亮，正在向四面八方伸展，延伸到每个角落，像一条纽带，把人们紧紧连在一起。

道路两旁的绿化带是一排排挺拔的树，叫做女贞，叫做松树；还有开满鲜花的树，叫做满身富贵，串串红，观赏桃。花开时节，深的，浅的鲜花连成了一条丝带，轻盈地在微风中抖动，像少女的长发在微微飘动，诗般地诱惑着青春的红心。远远望去，是云，是烟，还是霞……快道两旁高大的绿化松后面是星星点点的农家小楼。有农家乐，宾馆，超市，每天都人山人海，熙熙攘攘。好一派“千里莺啼绿映红，水村山郭酒旗风”的美丽景色。

走在乡间的“小路”上，感受着家乡变化，花美，路美，人更美；今天的家乡，又怎一个美字了得？！相信不久的将来，我们的家乡一定会走出自己的致富之路！

Save the earth

How to protect theenvironment has become one of the biggest problems in the world .

It’s our duty toprotect our environment .No matter where we live ,we should do something tokeep our neighborhood clean and tidy .We can collect waste paper or otherwaste things for recycling.We should plant more trees and we should preventthose factories from pouring waste water into rivers,lakes and fields.We shouldn’t leave rubbish everywhere andspit in public places .We mustn’t pick the flowers or step on the grass inpublic.If everyone tries his best to protect the environment ,the world willbecome much more beautiful and our life will be better and better .
