For example, a soldier would think it is his duty to obey the rules without any hesitation; a surgeon would consider healing the patients as his accountability; and a historian would feel it is his responsibility to discover what is behind the historical descriptions. In fact, different careers and roles form diverse individual responsibilities, which result in individuals’voluntary behaviors.

On the other hand, there are not only specific individual responsibilities in diverse areas but also some fundamental values and accountabilities, which we all human beings cherish. From the moment one can speak or even is born, the society begins to instill the moral and ethical standards, which is so called humanity in every one‘s mind. The older one is, the deeper influence the humanity would be. When one is just a little child, he would go directly to what he like and claim it. Then when he is old enough, he would realize that it is incorrect and ashamed. And because of the awareness of what is right and wrong, one would probably never do any misdeed again. Actually, humanity is just the common individual responsibility shared by all of us.

There are still many problems of environmental protection in recent years. One of the most serious problems is the serious pollution of air, water and soil. the polluted air does great harm to people’s health. The polluted water causes diseases and death. What is more, vegetation had been greatly reduced with the rapid growth of modern cities.

To protect the environment, governments of many countries have done a lot. Legislative steps have been introduced to control air pollution, to protect the forest and sea resources and to stop any environmental pollution. 我们的出行也更加便利了。以前的人们，出行大多都是靠步行，自行车也很稀少，极其不便利。现在变化可大了，大街上车水马龙，几乎家家都有汽车。而且有公共汽车，地铁等公共设施，出行特别便利。

农村的变化也是不可小瞧的。看，以前那些破旧的茅草屋都不见了，变成了现在宽敞明亮的砖瓦房。以前的泥泞小路也不见了，变成了一条条四通八达的柏油马路。以前的人们上学，都要到很远的地方，现在，每个村庄都有幼儿园和学校，解决了孩子的读书问题。变化最大的是人们种植农作物都用上了机械化，有播种机、收割机、脱粒机等，人们还学会了绿色温室大棚，节能灌溉、无土栽培等新技术，使人们又省时又省力。

当我们处在衣食无忧的生活中时，一定不要忘记，有许许多多的人为了今天，献出了青春，献出了他们的生命。我们应该努力学习知识，长大后建设祖国，让祖国有更美好的明天。

What Can We Do for the Environment

our environment is becoming worse and worse，what can we do for the environment?I think each of us can do a little bit to help with this problem。

The first thing we can do is to use cloth bags instead of plastic bags when we go shopping. It helps to protect the environment. The second thing we can do is to reuse the old textbooks as possible as we can. We should also never forget to turn off the lights when we leave the classrooms in order to save energy. Whats more，it would be better if we walk or ride a bike to school. We should try our best to reduce pollution and waste。

In fact，even the simplest everyday activities can make a real difference to the environment. I believe we can make the world a better place to live in.

日月如梭，时间像飞箭，转眼间暑假又溜走了。假期中令我感受最深的是一家人一起回家乡。这件事仿佛就发生在昨天。 回到家乡，突然眼前一亮。还记得前几年回家乡时，我们走的路还是坑坑洼洼的泥路，下雨时泥土黏着鞋子，村民们走路个个都是左闪右避，以免踩到那大大小小的水坑。如今泥路变成了现在的水泥路，平滑而宽大好走了许多。以前每当夜幕渐临时，房屋门外一片漆黑，伸手不见五指。如果要外出都必须人手一盏电筒才能看清楚路面，如今路的两旁各安装了几盏路灯，给村民们带来了极大的方便。看！家家户户都盖上了新房子，就连外婆家也盖上了几层的楼房。啊！家乡这几年的变化可真大。我不禁感叹道。

朝远处看了看，啊！就连农民伯伯们也用上了新技术用收割机来收割稻谷。看来农村生活一点也不差过城市！我不由自主地惊叹道。

村尾背靠着一座座连绵起伏的山头，青翠欲滴的。房屋的旁边是一亩一亩的稻田。夏天，正是稻谷成熟的第一季，也是农民伯伯忙于收获的季节。看！谷穗脱下了绿色的衣裳，换上了金色的服装。在微风的吹拂下，那一大片金灿灿的稻谷如同阵阵浪涛滚滚不息。夏日的夕阳在山峦起伏的青山中徐徐落下，加上黄澄澄的稻田与家家户户的楼房相映，成了一幅优美的油画图。我不得不再惊叹道：家乡变化真大啊！

区区的这几年时间里，家乡竟发生了如此翻天覆地的大变化。家乡不仅变得更富裕而且变得更美丽了。

望着变化如此之大的家乡，我感慨的大喊一声：家乡，我爱您！

我的家乡是位于内蒙古最北部的额尔古纳市。它是一个山清水秀的地方，这几年，我家乡的变化可真大呀！

听大人说，以前的黄土路又窄又陡，坑坑洼洼，能使用的最先进交通工具就是摩托车。现在，泥泞的小路已变成宽阔的柏油路，路上车辆来来往往，川流不息。

以前很荒凉的一片空地，现在已建起一个大广场，供人们娱乐休息。地面上贴着各式各样的瓷砖，和周围的喷泉相映成趣，吸引了很多市民，共同欣赏着城市美景，尽享其中的欢乐。

以前没有垃圾桶，人们总是乱扔垃圾，弄得到处都脏脏的。可现在每家都有专用的垃圾桶，人们逐渐养成了良好的卫生习惯，家乡干净了就更漂亮了。

以前人们都爱在房前屋后堆放杂物，现在街道两旁，市内市外，都种上了绿化树。虽说不像森林那样茂密，但也绿树成荫，送来了阵阵清凉。

啊！是新时代的春风吹走了贫穷落后，吹来了人们今天的幸福生活！等我长大后，会把家乡建设得更美，更好，更富强！
