义务教育阶段学校暑假时间8周，7月6日假期正式开始，9月2日正式开学上课。

暑假假期不包括学校集体组织的为期一周的社会实践时间。教师须与学生同时放假，学校除组织相关的业务培训外，不得占用教师的假期休息时间。学校不得占用暑假集体组织学生军训。

二、工作安排
