时光飞逝，短暂而又愉快的假期生活已经结束了。接下来我所面临的是紧张而又愉快的新学期的教育教学生活。为把新学期的教育教学工作做好，特此作如下教学计划：

一、指导思想。

坚持马列主义，毛泽东思想。高举邓小平理论伟大旗帜，认真学习教育理论，贯彻“三个代表”重要指导思想，积极响应和贯彻素质教育钻研素质教育的实质。“减负”的内在，并以此指导自己的教育教学工作，遵循教育教学规律，紧扣大纲，把我教学层次，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、基本情况。

这一学期，我继续担任初一(1，2)班的英语教学工作。这两个班级，每班各有学生三十五人左右，但是，基础却不尽人意。初一.1班的学生基础还可以，但是2班的基础却相差很远，学生基础参差不齐，两极分化严重，没有学习的兴趣。因此，教学工作开展的相当困难。

三、教材特点。

初中英语第一册(下)主要介绍了日常生活的交际用语以及一些西方国家的文化背景和风俗习惯，教材通俗易懂，旨在使初一级学生基本能用英语进行简单的交流。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。

告别了小学一年多了，渐渐跟上了初中生活的节奏，如果说小学生活是一首悠扬的曲子，那么初中生活定是一首旋律激昂、节奏迅速的奋斗曲。

的确是这样，步入初中生活，我们的作业渐渐变多，当老师上完一个小结时，就意味着有一大批练习等待着我们去完成，所以预习就显得格外重要，而且预习后还必须会举一反三，那些练习可不是好糊弄的，一个东西弄错了，错的题目可能就不止一道了，因为题目的方法都是有异曲同工之妙的。

唉！说来惭愧，自从步入初中以后，我的语文成绩不断下降，尽管我决心好好巩固，却也是有那个心没那个时间呀！现在省时间都显得格外重要——每天我一边听着电脑里的网上教学，一边写着政治练习，因为政治练习是直接抄答案的，所以只能如此了！这只是其中一个省时间的方法，我们班同学省时间的方法五花八门，就不给你一一解释了！

每天早晨六七点钟起来，我们的压力是很大的，一不努力排名立马会掉，为什么呀？因为别人更努力呀！别人付出的更多呀！就是因为如此，我才深深体会到初中和高中不愧为奋斗时期！

现在的我们不仅要主抓语数英，政治历史也变得重要起来，就连生物地理我们也不敢懈怠，仿佛那每一分的成绩都是百般努力换来的。

忙碌，成了我们对初中生活的专用语，吐槽的话不多说，只是觉得无比充实吧！觉得每一分每一秒都抓得紧紧的，这也许就是我们对青春最好的礼物了吧！最起码我们没有把时间浪费在虚拟世界中！

刚入学考，我看到我考試的班级没有一个我了解的同学们，十分迷失，我以为下面的两年没有一个了解的同学们在我的班级，可是所幸入校考的班级并并不是宣布的班级，当我们赶到新的课室，见到一张张陌生的脸孔，里边也没有一个我了解的人，别人都好像了解一般。我找了一个最外边的部位坐下来，直至过去的小学同学们的来临，我好像他乡遇故知一样开心极了，赶忙拉着他坐着我身旁，一会儿教师见到人都到齐了，更逐渐详细介绍院校的历史时间，以后又逐渐详细介绍了每科教师，又使我们自身去探寻院校的每个角落里，我在一开始对院校的好奇心陌生越来越渐渐地了解，而如今我对班级里的同学们也从陌生变成了了解，历经无数次主题活动后，因为我交给了很多盆友。

中学，不但是课业越来越繁杂，并且节奏感也快了，从原先的四门主科变成了五门。最大的不同便是提升了月考，从小学每学年2次考试变成了如今的4次，要我经常觉得厚重的学习压力。而如今教师授课的速率迅速，一天只教就教另一课，沒有不必要的時间使你再渐渐地去消化吸收。一个月就来一次月考，压力很大啊。第一次月考，考試后我发现了我的每个考试成绩也不理想化，乃至连平常比较擅长的英语丢分也很大，而最好是的社会发展也只考了八十一些，应对着考试成绩我愣住了，是他人太强，或是我较弱？我疑惑了！在小学里大家只高度重视主科，偏视副科，而现在在中学主科和副科一样的关键，下面的期终考对于我而言是一个极限挑战2，我想在下面的一个月中努力加油突破自我，争得考到优异成绩。

在中学的三个月中，要我掌握到很多物品，也了解了下中学与小学的极大区别，初中生学习的难度系数远远地超出小学，而中学厚重的学习压力和不计其数的工作是小学从沒有过的。在中学大家每日做作业都需要提到10：00，每科各式各样的工作使你写的手都酸软。这三个月，让我明白了，在中学三年不但要有一个承受力极其强劲的心理状态，还需要有一副健硕的体能，去融入这重要的三年。

I live with my father and mother in a very big house in Dongguan. My parents are both very busy. They leave for work very early in the morning and don’t return home until late in the evening.

When I am home on weekends from school, we spend a lot of time together. We talk about my studies, my health and my school life. I love my parents very much.

My grandparents are still living, but they don’t live with us. Their health is good and they both do sports very early in the morning. My grandmother does gymnastics with elderly women her age in the park. Both of my grandfathers play basketball in the morning and sometimes they go swimming.

Chinese people eat rice for every meal, but I don’t like rice because I think it is tasteless! We eat meat, fish and vegetables. My family eats noodles and congee. My favorite is noodles.

到了补课其间，我们每个人都准备了新的笔记本，将老师讲的每一个要点都记了下来。因为在这里补课的同学还有其他班上的同学，所以学习热情很高涨，我也不好意思玩了。别的同学做什么，我就做什么，反正自己也没有好的学英语方法，所以现在就是我最好的学习机会。

差不多一个月的时间，我的英语水平提高了许多，最后的测试分数不再是倒数第一，我终于进步了。当我拿着成绩让爸爸妈妈看进，他们一直夸我有进步，并要继续努力。当时，我的心里乐滋滋的，非常感谢假期补英语的生活。

第二场有又紧锣密鼓的开始了。这一次，我们吸取了教训，把一半的军力都调到了第二楼，我被分配到了一楼。我们全力进攻敌人，真是功夫不负有心人，我们队把红队打的只剩下六个人了。可在这决定胜负的关键时刻，我们队却莫名其妙的的死了三个人，再一看，原来是他们后面我们自己队的队员在“做怪”。真是水淹龙王庙——自家人不认自家人。没过一会儿，他们队只剩两个人了，我以其人之道还自其人之身，迅速的占领了他们的地盘来了个二连杀，为我们队取得胜利。他们队个个都低着头，特别灰心，而我们队欢呼雀跃。

初一伴我度过了无数个日日夜夜，我没有压力，昂首阔步迈进了初二的门槛，开始了又一个不同的的学习生活。

初二可算是煎，因为第一站中考项目将在此时进行。地理老师空投无数个知识炸弹，没有顽强的生命力和极强的防御力，想活没门。每一天，地理伴我从傍晚到深晚，从人来人往到夜深人静。每到这时，我总得想，今天的夜怎么来得这么快呢？

带着一个困倦的身体，又一次步入机械的学习环境，又一个阴沉的天。

支着头望窗外，又一轮夕阳渐渐沉入地下线下，又一天过去了。

我游荡在知识的长河之中，缓慢地前行，我也不断用知识来充实自己，探索，前往，前行，探索。

夕阳撒在大地上，初中生活将是我人生的一个终点，也是我人生的一个起点。

又回到了这里，班级只不过是被换去了别的地方，看着这一张张熟悉的面孔，突然觉得很安心。

再一次和好友在学校里聚在一起，叽里呱啦的聊着不切实际的东西，在没老师的课堂上各种胡闹，睡觉的游戏的聊天的闲晃的，每一天都几乎重复着差不多的生活，却没人觉得无趣。

是谁在游戏时念着谁在作弊，是谁在课室里追逐玩乐，是谁在课桌上淡定学习，是谁在混乱中不愿醒来，是谁在门口放风提醒。熟悉的脚步声再次响起，顿时课室内鸦雀无声，所以的一切像是没发生过一样，班主任的威力依旧强大。

每天都过着日复一日的日子，幻想着自己未来的样子，总是期望着能逃离这里，却没想到，最快乐的时光却是留在了这里。高中就是让一群不认识的人聚在了一起，变得无法分离的时候却又让他们各奔东西。

光阴似箭，日月如梭时间过得真快，一转眼就过了三四天了，回想起刚考完期末考试时，心里有一股热血涌上心头，

连续了好几天，直到拿到成绩报告单的那一刻才消失得无影无踪。那时我才想漫长的寒假该怎么过?寒假越来越没劲，我曾想过拼命地做作业，可是如果做完了怎么办

有一天，弟弟五点钟爬起来把我从睡梦中叫醒，我睡眼朦胧地看着表，问道：今天是什么日子?今天奶奶带我们去大街上玩。

他兴奋地回答道。我听了一下来劲。大街上很热闹，而且爸爸妈妈忙，没时间来陪我们，所以我们很少跟奶奶上街玩。

我们上街首先先让妈妈把我们送达到公交站，然后就靠我们自己了。我们先一直往前走，

然后看见了一个小红旗就到了。弟弟按捺不住自己的心情，直奔超市，我和奶奶在后面慢慢的跑着。

不一会儿，我和奶奶已经气喘吁吁，于是就慢慢地走。可是进了超市却不见弟弟的踪影，奶奶眉头都皱起来了，

过了一会儿，我们听到了弟弟的呼唤，便抬头一看，弟弟拿着一大堆东西出来，可让我看了半天，我可分好了类，

我拿出几样没用的东西，又拿出几样他喜欢的玩具，他的眉头和奶奶的不一样，就像一个弯弯的月牙。

逛完超市，我们要帮奶奶分担重量，弟弟手上有一个大皮球，我打心里喜欢。觉得今年寒假这个大皮球很有趣。

奶奶让我们陪她散散步，妈妈就来接我们了，我似乎有些恋恋不舍的感觉。

下次我还要来玩!
