六年级的毕业考结束后，我是年级第一名，完全可以到更好的学校去读书，然而和父母协商后还是决定留在华碧初中。不仅是因为户口等关系，也是因为爸妈觉得华碧挺好。

华碧从开始来时的陌生慢慢让我感到亲切，特别是升上了初中后，我在这里学习感到很快乐。

当我来到这所学校时，是一个很内向的孩子，见了人也不敢主动打招呼。而来到华碧，老师那亲切的笑容、同学们那清脆的问候、校长那矫健的身影，是我一直难以忘怀的……在老师的教育、同学的影响、校长的引领下，我慢慢变得开朗起来了，基本上能做到校训中的“有礼”。

还有一次，我被体育老师选为体育委员，负责组织班级的体育活动。那天，因为骑自行车从车上掉下来，腿受了轻微的小伤，虽然没有大的伤口，但是摔伤的地方非常痛。可是我要在间操时领跑，是大家在体育方面的榜样，我应该担负起体育委员的这份责任。于是，我咬牙坚持，冒着严寒，一步一步向前跑去。我忘记了疼痛，认真地指挥着队伍，听着有力的脚步声，看着同学整齐的队形，我的心里升起一股无形的力量，终于带领同学跑完了全程，并获得了体育老师的赞许。

在困难面前，我没有忘记自己的使命，而是勇敢地承担起了责任。

两个多月的初中生活，虽然时间不长，却收获了很多。不但学到了知识，还磨练了意志，收获了成长，它也见证了我即将从少年到青年的蜕变。初中生活，让我感到快乐，并对未来的四年充满了期待。

My school is very beautiful. It is Nanhai Experimental School. There are

three tall buildings in our school. They all have five floors. In the teaching

building， the P.E.room is on the first floor. The library is on the second

floor. The science rooms are on the third floor. The computer rooms are on the

third floor and the fourth floor. The music rooms are on the third floor and the

fourth floor. My class room is on the fifth floor. I am in Class9， Grade 6.

There are five gardens in our school. In the gardens there are many beautiful

flowers， grass and trees. There is a big playground in my school.

转眼间，我们来到了那个曾经口中遥不可及的初三，离中考不到半年时间，学习氛围大幅变化。每个人的肩上仿佛多了一个千斤重的担子，压得我们直不起腰来。上课时，英语的二十六个字母肆意组合：invent、invite、fantastic，让人眼花缭乱，目不暇接。单词们一个一个跳入肩上的担子中，我们的肩膀又下沉了几分。数学也来凑热闹，tanA，cosB，sinC，就连数学英语都分不清了！这就算了，抛物线、最大面积、最大利润、取值范围，练习册上的一道一道题，如同奈何桥下的有力的鬼手，一点一点的把我往下拉，不容我逃离半分。又想到之后英语的‘现在将来过去完成进行时’数学的‘几何、双函数、对数函数’脑子里就响起了神经细胞的一片哀嚎。

回想起初一初二的时光，课上互动多变，气氛活跃，万分有趣。有时的小组竞赛也十分有趣，调动起我们所有学习的胃口。更不要说当初语文课上的演讲比赛和对对联，让我们斗志昂扬。可惜啊，事不过‘三’！

每当下了课，同学们又甩下担子，那上各科装备就往老师那里奔去。我们挤在一起，像嗷嗷待哺的雏鸟，如饥似渴的寻求知识。老师也不厌其烦的一遍一遍讲着。光是一道求动点的题我就听了不下三遍。最受欢迎的是当然还是物理老师，物理老师用他精干的语言和独特的思路让我们对物理依然保持着极大的兴趣。每回到那里都可以看到人山人海。

初一可不是这样的，一下课，同学们趴在课桌上闭目养神，有闲心的找知心好友长谈阔论，有的男生索性在班里玩摔跤，撞柜子撞墙，画面好不热闹。

并不是说初一初二就比初三快乐，也不是说初三就比初一初二苦难。一个阶段有一个阶段的适应期，只是初三的适应期有一个别名，叫做拼搏。

如今我们的初中生活只剩寥寥几月，这段时间，每个人都或格外的珍惜。初中的风景快要欣赏完毕，在这最后的紧要关头，我们有什么借口放弃，逃离呢？

The Ten-minute Break Between Classes Time seems to be so limited for us Senior Three students. As a result, more and more students try to study from early morning till late afternoon, even during the ten-minute breaks. In my view, taking a ten minute break between classes is equally important. Otherwise, we will feel exhausted both physically and mentally,During the ten minute break, we are supposed to do something really relaxing, we need is to have a rest, instead of getting more tired. Besides, studying during the break doesn ’ t necessarily mean that you will achieve more. So doing nothing tiring in that short period is of greater significance. As far as my ten-minute breaks are concerned, sometimes I take some simple exercise, such as having a walk with my classmates, or just a free chat to refresh myself. 夏日的中午，静悄悄的，人们正在休息。刹那间地动山摇，电闪雷鸣，当四川汶川人们知道这是一场突如其来的灾难时，已经太晚了，恶魔早已挥起手中巨大的“魔剑”，向四川的无辜的人民无情的刺去了。就在那11秒12秒间，昔日美丽的四川汶川便成了一片废墟，那些幸存的人们哭声叫声响成了一片，叫的那么痛苦，那么无奈，那么凄凉。

我坐在电视机前呆呆地看着那一幕幕动人的片段，他放下手中的工作，冲在了抗震救灾的第一线，我国的子弟兵也在第一时间赶到了现场。望着这漫山的废墟，子弟兵只想，时间就是生命，我们要付出更大的努力，救出的生命，还有来自世界各国的志愿者，即使这里没有自己的亲人，但是他们也奋勇地冲在了第一线，因为他们认为用自己的生命换取别人的生命是值得的。

此时此刻的我，虽然没有能力前赴四川去救出生命，但是我可以奉献出一点爱心。灾区的人们，希望你们不要在灾难面前倒下。只要有爱，就会有希望，我们的子弟兵一定会想方设法救出你们的，愿风儿稍去我的祝福。我相信，只要人人都献出一点爱，世界将变的更加美好。

同学们，献出自己一点爱吧!你曾知道，我们有同样的皮肤，流淌着同样的血液，生长在这同一片蔚蓝的天空下，我们是一家人。

在我们的生活中处处充满了阳光，这阳光温暖地照耀着我们，即使是失败了也能在那里得到安慰。

我就生活在这片无比温暖的阳光中，有很长一段时间，我曾忽视了这一点，只到2个月前的一件事，才让我发现它。

那天天空阴沉沉的，布满了乌云，使人感到心境很压抑，而我又在一次重大考试中失败了，我的心境更是一落千丈，感到天旋地。我垂头丧气地回到家中，一下子躺在床上久久不愿挪动。我正在苦苦叹息，绰号叫阳光小子的好朋友王亮来看我，我便把心里的苦恼一股脑地向他倾诉出来。王亮十分耐心地听我说完，然后他对我说：“你刚才对我说了这么多，无非是在说你有多么地后悔这次失败，说自我是多么多么地不应当，可是你难道仅有这一次机会吗?不要忘记在后面还有许许多多考验在等着你，为了换一个简便的心境来迎接下一场考验，咱们一齐出去玩会吧。”说完，王亮就拉着我的手，把我带到了外边，我们一齐在外边打羽毛球，打得大汗淋漓，可是心里却感到无比地痛快，仿佛天空也正在逐渐放晴，露出了一轮温暖的太阳，让我忘却了自我的烦恼。

自从这轮太阳在我的心中升起，就一向没有落下，我的身边自此多了一片阳光，在这片阳光的照耀下，我的心不再沮丧，一向乐观地应对生活，努力地应对学习，更是少了一分苦恼，多了一分欢乐。也是在这种精神的推动下，我的学习成绩变得越来越好，学习劲头也是越来越大。

我们的生活充满阳光，不要被自我那一时的过错而蒙蔽了自我的心灵，因而错失了本来就在自我身边的阳光。让自我的生活中充满阳光，活出一个新自我。
