早上起床在我准备去洗漱时，发现自己的额头上有几个痘痘，好像在说：“哈哈，你的绝世容颜被我毁了。”心里有点气，我眉头紧皱，尽管我知道这是青春的证明，但一想到它们要在我脑门儿上驻扎几天，心中多少还是会有一点懊恼。

我用力地按平我的头发，让它们能紧贴着我的头皮以便遮住我的那几颗痘痘，但是上体育课大风一刮，我便会立马变回原形，那一刻，我烦恼极了。我回到家中，照着镜子，越看越觉得他们碍眼，一时怒火攻心，将额头上的痘痘全挤了个遍，那时，也顾不上皮肉之痛，顾不上眼泪不住地往下淌。

终于大功告成了，可它们开始抗议，又红又肿，更有个别还在往外冒着血。心里有些说不出的烦躁，后来我干脆不管了，让它们自由地生长吧，这样怀着破罐子破摔的心态，过了几个不照镜子的日子。

忽然有一天我发现那群小精灵竟全身而退了，在我漠视它们时它们竟偃旗息鼓了，只留下几个淡淡的痘印，突然觉得，青春痘就好似一面镜子，你对它笑，它就对你笑;你对它哭，它就对你哭，好像生命中的洗礼，将只爱自身表面的人与淡泊外在的人分为两类。而只有淡泊外在，注重内心修养，内分泌似乎才得以平衡。

心里有点喜。喜找到了战胜痘痘的秘方，更喜似乎悟到了一点生活的真谛。时隔多日，当我再次看到那些活泼的青春痘时，我发现自己已经可以“也无风雨也无晴”地淡然处之了。

在生命里总会有一些烦恼，而当我们真正解决他们之后才会发现人生升华与洗礼。

How I Spent My Summer Vacation The summer vacation had come round again. I was happy that I could forget about school at least for a while. Lest I fool around all through this summer vacation, I made a plan as to how to spend it. First, I thought I should go over all those things my teachers taught in the previous term so that I could have a better understanding of them. Then I thought I should take up some forms of exercise, such as walking, running rowing, to keep me physically strong. It stood to reason that with such a good plan I should make the best of my vacation time. I did, because I lived up to what I had planned.

暑假有来了。我很高兴我能忘掉学校至少一段时间。免得我我浪费了这个暑假,我做了一个计划如何度过我的暑假。首先,我认为我应该复习所有我的老师一学期教的那些东西,这样我就可以有更好的理解。然后我想我应该参加一些不同形式的运动,如散步、跑步划船、让我身体强壮。它的原看在这样的一个很好的计划,我应该好好利用我的休假。事实上我也这么 做了,因此我没有辜负了我的计划。

The university is not only free but and learning both the field, it is the most wonderful life of an experience, and how to make their college life more colorful and gorgeous, it requires us to have a good, comprehensive and scientific planning of their college career. The meaning of youth is that no matter what we choose, whether we succeed or not, we do not regret it.
