Oh, it tasted good! later, we used eggs, flour and milk to make many pancakes. To cook them is very interesting. When we finished it, the pancakes looked round and nice. We put some jam on it. how delicious! I won’t ever forget it.

The summer camp is a really good chance for me. I know the local things in england. I learned a lot and like english more. I also know better ways to learn english well.

小说创作出来之后，得到了很多同学的喜欢，他们争相传阅，感受我的文字魅力，让我的“写作梦”变得触手可及。现在，我正在创作我的第二本小说《花语》。自从我开始创作小说之后，我每次在看书的时候就有了不一样的感受。我不再是从“读者”的视角去阅读，而是能够从“作者”的视角去解读，我会更注重作者的写法，这让我的读书更有针对性了。

from morning till night,it is hard to slow down. But relaxation is essential for

a healthy mind and body. Stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. In fact, it is not the bad thing as it is often supposed to

be. A certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give purpose

to life. It is only when the stress gets out of control can it lead to poor

performance and iiihealth. The amount of stress a person can withstand depends

very much on the individual. Some people are not afraid of stress, and such

characters are obviously prime material for managerial responsibilities. Others

lose heart at the first signs of unusual difficulties. When exposed to stress,

in whatever form, we react both chemically and physically. In fact, we make a

choice between "flight or fight"and in more primitive days the choices made the

difference between life or death.The crises we meet today are unlikely to be so

extreme, but however little the stress, it involves the same response. It is

when such a reaction lasts long, through continued exposure to stress, that

health becomes endangered. Such serious conditions as high blood pressure and

heart diseases have established links with stress. Since we cannot remove stress

from our lives (it would be unwise to do so even if we could), we need to find

ways to deal with it.

I have a dream that is to become an English teacher when I grow up. Because being an English teacher, I can influence lots of students. They can not only learn language but also know what is right from wrong. Besides, I can learn from my students and I will always feel young to be with my students. Whats more, I will have lots of free time to do whatever I like, such as traveling, reading, retraining and so on.

梦想就像一颗种子，在心中慢慢地发芽，我也有一颗种子，我的这颗种子就是宇航员。

记得有一次，我在电视上看到了飞船升空，我很激动，那一刻，我也很想坐着飞船到月球上去探索，还想到月球上挖一块岩石带回地球，回来的时候再尝一尝白云的味道，想一想，都觉得十分美好！我知道想当一名宇航员必须要有很好的视力和体质，所以我打算从今天开始，我要保护好视力，锻炼身体，长大成为一名出色的宇航员。

我真希望长大以后可以成为一名理想中的宇航员，一名遨游太空的大英雄。

幸福，满足快乐即为幸福。人生匆匆不过百年，每个人都在寻找幸福。从小，我就认为我是幸福的，而我的母亲就是给予我幸福的人。

小时候觉得幸福，是因为母亲从未对我严格要求，重话也没有说过几句。但是每当我说不想上学的时候，那是母亲罕见的严厉时刻。她会告诉我学习多么重要，会给我讲她小时候多么后悔不念书。小时候不明白只知道低头认错，怕她生气;长大后再去回想，才真正明白母亲的苦心。

刚上初中，我开始有了“独立的思考”。对，那是叛逆。我的脾气变得暴躁，但只是偶尔，那个“偶尔”是指我对母亲大发雷霆的时候。脾气总是发给肯定会原谅自己的人，这句话是没错的。那时的我把母亲对我的包容当做了我发脾气的理由。这时的母亲往往不作声，她还是如往常一般把我的书桌收拾好，给我做我爱吃的土豆丝，待我冷静下来看到这样的画面内心是羞愧的。母亲却没有多发一言，我就顺着母亲铺好的台阶下去，我也是在她的包容里明白自己的错误。

父亲去世后，我患上了抑郁症。

开始谁也没有发觉包括我自己，直到我控制不住情绪、吃不下饭时，母亲带着我就去了医院。确诊后母亲就一直攥着我的手不放，我知道她是害怕。

那段时间母亲一下消瘦了许多。我哭，她就搂着我，自己也抹眼泪，对我说：“没事儿，妈妈在呢，还有妈妈呢。”有一晚，她对我说：“妈妈现在所有的心都在你身上了，妈妈不能没有你……你好好的，妈妈就满足了，真的。”我木木地说：“好。”母亲就一直陪着我，直到病情稳定。我又变得活泼起来后，母亲脸上才没有了愁云密布。

现在，我依然认为我是幸福的，母亲依旧是给予我幸福的人。

我依然记得母亲对我说过的一句话：“我晚上多醒一次就能多陪你十分钟”。我能成为这句话中的第二人称，我就是幸福的。

人的一生短暂且美好，每个人追寻的幸福其实就在身边。

有这样一种幸福：被爱。

什么是“低碳生活”呢?带着这个疑问，我来到了绍兴科技馆，里面图文并茂地展出了许多关于“低碳生活”的图片，其实，所谓的“低碳生活”就是减少二氧化碳的排放，选择健康地生活，我们每一个球人都应该从节约资源开始做起。

首先从节约用电开始说起吧，发电会消耗许多的能源，像我们这里是用烧煤来发电的，这样就会污染环境。所以平时冰箱里要少存放食品，用完电器后要及时拔掉插座，把家里的白炽杰换成节能灯等。

小时候。邻居们总是故意的逗我，笑着问我长大后想要读什么大学。我总是想都不用想，迅速地回答道：“清华大学，要读研究生。”不经意间，这成为邻居们逗笑我的话语。每天读着“a、o、e……”，吹着泡泡，听见别人的问话，我总是毫不犹豫的回答着。那时候，是什么都不懂的年纪。

长大后。现在的我是一名普通高中生，梦想没有什么与众不同。白驹过隙，弹指须臾，童年时的逗笑已不再，面对的是外人一张张沉默的脸。不会再有人问我童年时与众不同的梦想，我也不会向别人提起童年时那遥不可及的梦想。

后来啊，我常常幻想拥有美好的未来，但总是质问自己，是否有信心拥有它。脑海中浮现出父亲那张如磐石般坚毅的脸，但又多少次想到母亲的叮咛与嘱咐，我的内心总是如潮水一般跌荡起伏。幻想能否成为现实?我是否有勇气对自己忠诚到底?在一瞬间，我明白了梦想的意义。梦想是糖衣，诱惑我前行。

收回以前遐想的思绪，我才发现梦想就宛如天边的星辰，永不熄灭地照亮我匆匆的人生。现实就是脚下的土地，踏实而厚重的记录行路的足迹。我明白了人不能活在华而不实的梦想里，也不要沉湎于现实的喧嚣中。在人生的道路中，左边种植梦想，右边种植真实，随手采撷，收获希望。

我在成长的路上编织着梦想与希冀，我相信现在的血泪史会成为那些让我痛并快乐的往事。我怀着或欢喜或失落的心情奔向我的未来，不管怎么样，都不要有遗憾，因为时光与年华，谁也输不起。

还记得童年时邻居的逗笑吗?还记得长大以后自己的犹豫吗?还记得现在闪闪发光的梦想吗?

我在过去与未来，在时光的边缘，寻找属于自己的梦想，只为在梦里听见花开的声音。我相信不会等到年华流尽，我就会听到花开的声音。

要有最真实的梦想，即使明天天寒地冻，路远马亡。

夜晚，一颗流星划下天际，留下长长的印记，我闭上眼睛，悄悄的许下一个愿望……

五岁时，我就舞动着，踏上红地毯，幼稚地跳着，虽然动作僵硬，舞姿稚嫩，但还算真挚。我觉得舞蹈很有趣。

九岁时，我依然舞动着，在红地毯上，静静地舞着，舞姿还算优美，动作还算纯熟，但表情还不到位，因为我愿用心舞动，不想用表情可以流露自己的内心世界。那时，我爱上了舞蹈。

十三岁时，我还是舞着，点缀于红地毯中，优雅地跳着。我开始一步步完善自己，试图用心诠释这舞蹈的韵律。这时，不再觉得有趣，也不单单只是热爱，开始有了一种追求，一种企盼，一种深沉的向往。

于是，我渴望以蝴蝶般的舞姿轻盈而至，蜻蜓般玉立于舞蹈台上。此时此刻，心中默默地燃起一个梦想：做一个快乐的舞蹈家……

因为有梦想，所以才拼命不断地追求。心愿瓶里承载着我的梦，舞蹈室里装满了我对舞蹈的追求。我努力地练着、跳着，尽管如此，由于我天生素质差，与其他人还差许多许多。

一次哈尔滨舞蹈比赛中，我表演一段独舞，我精心练习，用心舞动，不知跳了多少次，舞台上的我希望抓住这一次机会来实现心愿。然而，事实证明：我失败了。还记得我是哭着走下台的，这一次，对我的伤害很大，毕竟我的努力终究化成了别人午后的风景。

我失望了，但内心的一种说不出的力量让我无法绝望，也许因为它是我灵魂的支柱，精神的脊梁。我继续追逐着，即使很难，很累……

其实，我也知道，有些种子是永远不会开花结果的，但这颗跃跃欲试的种子却对未来充满了希望，它认为自己的努力将汇成一股强大的光芒，照亮它的一生，却殊不知，迎接它的也许是黑暗。我的梦想也是一样，也许毫无结果，但我没有遗憾，至少我努力了，经历了这样一个过程，享受到了如此般的“美丽”，此时，“成功”似乎又多了一份新的内涵。

因为有梦想，所以才努力追求。
