想到“吃”，我精神都来了，这个开店的美梦，会让我更加努力朝着梦想前进。

八十多岁高龄的钟南山院士，却仍然没有放弃过，他在重症病房里与这场突如其来的新冠疫情艰苦奋战。十几年前的“非典”疫情肆虐，那时还是他——钟南山院士，以年迈的身躯在重症病房里与病毒抗战，同死神抢夺生命。他说了一句最重要的话：“把所有最严重的重症患者都送到我这儿来!!!”铤而走险，舍小家顾大家，这是一种多么令人为之感动的家国情怀。当然，还有那些“白衣天使”，防护服、戴得严严实实的口罩、面罩、护目镜将他们的面庞烙上了一些深深的沟痕，那是他们护卫祖国、护卫人民百姓、抱效祖国的见证。一些为了保卫祖国而牺牲的医务人员更是值得可歌可泣。

生活中为祖国、梦想而奋斗的人还有许多。我们的“两弹一星”元勋——邓稼先，他不就是一个很好的例子吗?邓稼先献身于祖国国防部事业，那时新中国才刚成立不久，他为了提高新中国的国防能力，探寻发明氢弹、原子弹，做爆破工程时，明知危险，却仍要亲临考察，不顾原子弹爆炸产生的辐射危险，长期生活并工作于荒无人烟的疆野。舍身为国，献身于国，有何不令人为之敬佩?抱效祖国，努力奋斗。“中国男儿，中国男儿，中国男儿当自强，把手撑天空……”这首歌不正是邓稼先的真实写照吗?抱效祖国，努力奋斗，让祖国更强大，也正是他的根本思想。

驰名中外的“杂交水稻之父”——袁隆平。为提高农业带发展，提高粮食产量、质量，解决全国温饱问题献出了他的一生，几十年在田地里实验，一次次挫折都毫不动摇他的信念，为我国做出巨大贡献。这不正是反应贡献于国的精神的行为吗?……

那么作为一名少年，是不是一定要干出什么惊天动地的事，才算得上是“新时代好少年”呢?于我看来，并非如此。其实只要规划自己的人生路径，珍惜年华，努力奋斗，树立远大理想与目标，拥有伟大的梦想、伟大的抱负，抱效祖国。

所以，那些沉迷游戏、玩手机的“低头族”们，也该抬抬头了，看看自己的前途和未来，不要放弃，不要感到渺茫，努力奋斗，你们要相信：你们行的!

其实，看了这么多的名人史迹，向他们学习，向他们借鉴，获得人生感悟，才是真正的上道。

I still remember my first flight.

I took a flight in Beijing Airport. I got there early. I had my bag weighed first. After a while I began to get on the plane.

When I sat on the plane, Boeing 737, I fastened my seat belt. Then I looked out of the windows, seeing the ground running backwards. When the plane began to take off, I felt it interesting very much.

During about 2 hours’ flight, I saw a film and had a delicious meal. Then the plane began to get lower and I got to Xi’an safely.
