假如有人问你，什么最珍贵?是金钱，是地位，是权力，是知识，还是荣誉……也许你会说：“是金钱，有了金钱就有了一切。”也许你会说：“是权利，有权就能办到一切。”而我会不假思索的回答：“是生命!”人最宝贵的是生命，生命最宝贵的则是健康。

我的同学张--，他每天放学回家后就在电脑前玩游戏，吃饭时还边吃边看，而且还很挑食，特别喜欢吃烧烤、香肠、汉堡等食品。在一次体检时，医生告诉他营养不均衡，免疫力偏低，抵抗力差，平时稍不留神就会感冒生病，要他注意调节饮食，平衡营养，养成良好的生活习惯，才会有一副健康的体魄。

要想拥有健康，就要从小事做起，从身边的细节做起。当你只爱吃某种食物或不爱吃某种食物时，你有没有想过你会造成营养不良?如果营养不均衡就会造成生长发育不良，影响健康。当你长时间坐在电脑、电视前时，而不进行课外活动锻炼时，你的身体变得更加虚弱?当你用没有洗过的手吃饭时，你有没有想过会导致疾病呢?每天你的手摸着钱币、玩具、书本等，这些东西上都有细菌，有些细菌有致病能力，当人体抵抗力降低时，就会生病。当你乱扔垃圾，破坏环境时，你可否想过自己?自己也呼吸着臭哄哄的空气，有害自己的身心健康。当你违反了交通规则时，你有没有想过严重的后果?身边的每一件小事都和健康息息相关，因此，我们要做到：合理饮食，均衡营养;锻炼身体，增强体质;讲究卫生，远离疾病;低碳生活，保护环境;遵守交通，珍爱生命。

健康是生命的基础，健康是最大的财富，健康是实在的幸福，拥抱健康就是拥抱幸福。珍爱生命吧!让健康永远伴我们成长!

一直以来，我都希望自己能养一只宠物，不管是小猫还是小狗。看着同学们与宠物之间发生的那些趣事，我的心中别提有多羡慕。

有小狗多好!整天照着你的指令去做。你要是丢了什么东西，也许它会马上帮你找回你要的东西。而且小狗全身毛茸茸的，偶尔摸摸，感觉就像一个松软的枕头。虽然狗有时比较调皮，但与主人呆久了后会产生感情，那是一种很特别的亲密。

有小猫多好!平常安安静静，总爱趴在那儿，经常发出几声“喵喵”的声音，让人觉得它十分可爱。在小猫的脖子上挂个铃铛，只要它一醒来动动身子，就会发出“丁零零”的响声，让你知道小猫可以陪你玩了，你不再那么寂寞了。尽管你有时不理会它，它也只会在那里玩一下球球，然后又去睡大觉了，可不会像小弟弟那样又哭又闹。

有兔子多好!兔子长着一身雪白的毛，像是天上的白云，总能带给人无尽的遐想。而且性情温顺，不会攻击主人。只要你经常带它到草地上转转，它就会蹦蹦跳跳，似乎很满足的样子。假如你想抱它时，只需轻轻用手摸摸它的耳朵，它就会乖乖蹲在地上任你抱它。

有仓鼠多好!每天给它喂点麦片，它就精力充沛，总会在滚圈上跑来跑去，简直可以与马戏团的黑熊相媲美。最有趣的是它那小小的爪子，看上去十分敏捷。

有鹦鹉更好!每天一回家就能看到如彩虹般的羽毛并且听到甜美的声音。虽然它也很好动，但不会在笼子里飞来飞去，弄得鸡犬不宁的样子。主人也可以放它出来，就算你摸摸它，它也不会啄你。

不过，妈妈总是说，狗会咬人，猫会随地撒尿，兔子食量太大，仓鼠携带传染细菌……估计在我还没有离开妈妈独立生活以前，妈妈是不会给我养这些小动物的机会。

但是有宠物真好!要是我能有一只宠物，我就再也不用去照顾网络上那些虚拟的宠物了。而且有一只宠物，我相信我的生活不再是纯粹的作业和电脑，一定会变得更加多姿多彩的。
