The Lunar New Year is a great occasion to the Chinese people。 It lasts about  the first four days of the year， during which people do not work except for the  workers on duty。 Students do not go to school， and shops are dosed。

Several days before the new year， people begin to prepare。 Farmers kitt pigs，  sheep， cocks and hens。 City dwellers buy meat fish and vegetables。 Houses are  cleaned couplets are posted on the doors。 Colourful lanterns are hung at the  gate。

On the eve of the new year， each family has its members gatherd together and  eats a family reunion dinner。 After the meal they watch TV until the clock  strickes twelve。 Then every family sets off long strings of small firecrackers  and other fire works to welcome the new year。 On the first day of the new year，  almost everyone is dressed in his or her best。 When people meet on the way， they  say to each other "Happy New Year"。 Friends and relatives pay new year calls and  gives presents to each other。 Children indulge themselves in games。

小朋友的梦想也许是想拥有许多玩具;大学生的梦想也许是想考上理想的大学;成人的梦想也许是想找份很好的工作……我，也有梦想，我希望我能考上“传说中的”瑞中。这个梦想对我来说可能是遥不可及，但我正在努力。瑞中是个很好的学校，考上瑞中是每个学生的梦想，是每个老师的骄傲，是每个家长的期望。但要求实在是很高，必须门门功课都满分才能考进去。唉，我真希望时间能够倒流，这样我就能早点把我生活上的的一些坏毛病，学习上的不足统统的改正过来。

考上瑞中这个梦想在我的脑海里扎下了根，并且越扎越深，终于，通过我不断的努力，我考上了!看着老师和家长脸上的笑容，我心里别提多高兴了，我恨不得把这个消息告诉所有的人!带着兴奋，带着一点点的骄傲我走进了瑞中，这里的花开的是那么的艳，这里的树长的是那么高，还有那么多的“风云”人物。看到那些很厉害的同学，我既开心又苦恼。开心是因为我终于可以跟这些厉害的人物比比看;苦恼是因为我的水平可能只是中等。我喜欢竞争，竞争是对一个人的考验，有了竞争我才能更充满信心努力往前冲，决不退缩!

“叮叮叮”闹钟不耐烦的响了起来，我揉揉眼睛，不情愿的结束了梦境，友有些生气的关掉了闹钟。我有我的梦想，我要为我的梦想加油了!人类的幸福和快乐在于奋斗，而最有价值的莫过于为梦想而奋斗了!加油，为了我的梦!

那天，我们全家人去了绿岛山庄旅游。刚下车，映入眼帘的便是那古典优雅的大门了。来这里之前，我早就听别人说这里有多么古色古香了，果然名不虚传啊!这里的空气是那么清新，天空是那么明朗，使我仿佛置身于世外桃源之中，真是别有一番感受啊!

这里的农乐园更是让人叹为观止。这里有过往的农俗文化，老一辈的怀念，新一辈的好奇……古树菜园，让我感受到过往的人民的浓浓乡情;瓜棚荷塘，让我仿佛看到了一幅农民劳动图;水车石磨，让我对过去一切充满了无穷无尽的好奇……我印象最深的，莫过于碾谷坊罢了，爸爸告诉我，以前爷爷也是用这种方法碾谷的，这是一种农俗文化，是永远不会遗传的。爸爸还叫我推了一下石磨，我还推没有两步，就早已经汗流浃背了，我心中油然而生出一种敬佩之情……

千竹湖畔也不是徒有虚名。摇曳起舞的翠竹婀娜多姿;碧波荡漾的湖水磷光闪烁。 泛绿，飘绿，漫绿，沐绿，这迷人的景色，洒遍茫茫山野，融入悠悠湖水，渲染漫漫天空……在这里，观行云流水，听鸟语清风，心情是何等舒畅啊!

“ 山光艳艳耀明霞，燕子低飞掠酒家。红影到溪流不去，始只春水恋桃花。”这不正是绿岛山庄的写照吗?

好天气，阳光十分充足，直射到我的房间，形成了许多小圆点，阳光照进房子的每一个角落，有树的形状，有叶子的形状......

妈妈说今天带我们去公园玩。我兴冲冲地跑到妈妈面前问妈妈：“家离公园远不远?不远的话，我们可以直接走过去。”妈妈说：“家离公园不远的，我们直接走，让妹妹，弟弟和你练习跑步。”

我们走到公园了，人好多呀!“热闹才好呢!”我坐在柳树下，乘凉，观察着柳树。

柳树像一个亭亭玉立的少女。细细长长的树干上分杈出许多的树杈，树上泛起了婀娜多姿的新绿的小芽。小芽小小的，衬着细细长长的树干，感到十分美丽，小芽沉睡中苏醒，小芽长出了柳絮，似云，似花，似雪。柳絮比花小，比雪片小，似白云一样白，长长的柳条像一头乌黑发亮的头发。柳絮好像给了整棵柳树营养。

妈妈认真地说：“在战争的时候，可以把柳条编成草帽带在头上，可以把敌人引开;还可以把柳条放在大炮上，在敌人不知道的时候把敌人打得屁股尿流，四处乱窜。”我望着柳树，对柳树十分敬佩。

古人贺知章说得好：“碧玉妆成一树高，万条垂下绿丝绦，不知细叶谁裁出，二月春风似剪刀。”

柳树非常的坚强，“有心栽花花不开，无心插柳柳成荫。”我只要把柳条放入湿润的土壤里，给他水分阳光和空气，不需要我们培养，它自然可以长成参天大树。我越来越对它感到敬佩。

我们玩好了，柳树我也观察好了。我们回家了。我们学到了许多关于柳树的知识。

柳树可真是我们的保卫者，大家都对呵护柳树。

“眼睛一闭一睁，一天过去了，眼睛一闭不睁，一辈子就过去了。”

是啊，一辈子是多么的短暂，在这个物质社会，多数人为追求财富而不惜一切，在红灯绿酒中徘徊，在烟雾酒气中穿梭，在各种娱乐场所为谈生意狂欢……

他们想不到自己的健康，看不到那个快撑破的肚子，看不到家人对他们的担心，他们的眼睛里只有钱，其它的，一概不论。

我在杂志里看过这样一篇文章，一位商人，他为了自己的事业，为了自己的家庭，为了自己的家庭，为了那充满诱惑的金钱，他不惜一切努力，不分昼夜的工作，为了应酬喝已装不下的酒，日复一日，他的生意是好起来了，可是他的身体跨了，他被医院查出患有癌症，他伤心了，绝望了……

但在医生和家人的鼓励中，他振作了起来，他开始和病魔做斗争，他不再经营他的事业，而是用他挣得钱做自己想做的，他每天都过得特别开心，他的身体好像有了起色，病情有了好转的迹象，虽然他过了三年还是去世了，但至少他懂得了健康的定义。

是啊，健康是什么也换不来的，在健康面前，金钱又算什么，有再多的钱，没有健康的身体去享受，又有何用呢?

“钣后百步走，活到99”一些人会为了健康而这样说，想必健康是多么的重要，所以，他们为了健康晨练，所以，他们坚持早睡早起，所以，他们想着该怎样的营养搭配才是健康，而这些，貌似都是老年人对健康的健康。

新一代的人，新一代的思想总想着贪睡，去玩，喜欢吃一些垃圾食品……是啊，我们还年轻，有健康可以摔洒，但真有一天，我们有幸可以看到未来的自己的健康，还会像现在这样开心吗?

“身体是革命的本钱。”我们应追求一个健康的身体。
