stress. There is no denying that sleep could bring the body sufficient rest,

一、组建合作小组。

组建小组是合作学习赖以开展的前提，遵循的原则是“组内异质，组间同质”，凸显个性差异。差异便是呈现多样性，只有这样学生才会在水平不同的彼此之间感受到自己的长处和短处，在欣赏中成长，在差异中学习。教师应该按照学生知识层次、学习能力、性格特点的差异进行分组，让不同层次的学生优化组合，使每个小组中都有高低中三个层次的学生，从而使学生优势互补，促进差生的学习。同时要注意把活泼的学生平均分配，男女合理搭配。

在构建合作小组时，应该注意结构的合理性。首先是小组人数的合理性。一般是4-6人为宜。如果人太多，那么很多学生可能会甘于沉默，不积极加入小组中，不能做到小组中每个成员的交流和展示。如果人太少，那么不利于彼此之间的学习和互动。其次，小组成员应该是动态的。可以是组间男女孩生的互换或流动，也可以是进行组间某些角色的互换或轮换，根据活动主题让学生进行自由组合。同时应该确定每个组员的分工，可以采取轮流制，如组长、记录员、资料员、报告员等。

二、组建评比，促进竞争和合作。

建立小组间的评比激励机制，可以很好的激发的竞争意识和合作意识，从而更好的促进合作学习。通过小组之间的竞争，可以促进学生在课堂纪律、语言表达、构图设计、色彩表现、内容安排、形象体现等方面进步。因为小组成员会为了集体的荣誉，积极讨论，献计献策，形成最好的答案，一起动手完成。

我们在作品制作时，可以巧妙地安排了小组竞争的方式。代表各小组参赛的学生都是组中比较差的学生。参赛者的“特殊”让每个小组感到了一份紧张。让“合作成员”做后盾，问每个成员对参赛队员有什么交代的，于是各成员纷纷对参赛队员纷纷献计。有的交代色彩方面，有的交代设计方面，从而变生为师，让每位成员体会到了合作小组的温情和关怀，使参赛者在关切中汲取了营养，增加了见识。我们也可以布置一个作业，让小组竞争，看谁的最好，从而激发每个学生的积极性和兴趣。

合作学习是以学生合作为主体的活动。学生主体性发挥的状况如何直接影响合作学习的有效性。建构主义认为，学生知识的形成不是教师灌输的结果，而是学生主动建构的过程。因此，在学生合作学习中，学习任务的完成要通过学生的主动学习。教师只是学习活动的指导者和促进者，不能控制或者过多干预学生的活动。

但是给予学生自主权的同时，也要适时点拨，调控指导。在学生开展合作学习时。要不断巡视，观察反应。当发现好的点子，是要加以鼓励和表扬。发现学生有困难时，要调拨，帮助学生找到问题，解决困难，促进学生的发展。

四、限定合作时间。

合作时间的限定是对教师在合作学习的教学活动中难度较大的要求。教师要对合作作品的难度有一定的把握，对学生的能力有一定了解，对合作时间有比较精确地预算。当我们对合作时间估算的太短的话，那么我们催促学生快点完成，就会让学生急躁，不能镇定下来发挥，适得其反。我们如果给过多的时间，那么就会让学生在完后交头接耳，东张西望。因此，教师要估计好时间，在小组合作之前，明确时限，从而培养学生的时间观念，使学生积极参与。

《语文课程标准》中指出：“应拓宽语文学习和运用的领域，注意跨学科的学习和现代科技手段的运用。”运用现代信息技术促进写作教学，有利于学生信息素养的形成与提高，有利于开放、多元、交互的写作教学新时空的形成。现代信息技术运用在农村小学生作文教学中，可以为学生呈现极具感染力的画面，为学生提供最佳的视听效果，为写作课堂教学增添无穷魅力，为提高语文教学效率提供极为广阔的发展空间。

《语文课程标准》提出：“工具性和人文性的统一是语文课程的基本特点。”对我们习作课而言，其工具性就是“写什么，怎么写”的问题，而人文性就是“为谁而写，为何而写”的问题。两者的关系就是“为做人而作文，以作文促做人”。所以“作文是语文的半壁江山。”这话确实说得精辟到位，作文教学确实是语文教学的重点，我们今天的作文教学中，探索着利用互联网、多媒体等信息技术，从下面几个方面真正地促进了作文教学。

一、借助现代教育技术，激发学生作文兴趣

作文是学生运用语言文字进行表达和交流的一种重要方式。在教学中，常常会听到有老师埋怨学生写的作文内容不好，或是空洞无物，像“流水帐”一样。经常会发现学生写作时的手足无措，满是“书到用时方恨少”的叹息声，学生对作文无话可说，没有丝毫写作的兴趣。老师口头上要求的写作应贴近学生实际生活,关注现实,表达学习生活中真情实感这些简单的作文教学目标也不易企及。

以多媒体和网络化为核心的现代信息技术打破了传统课内课外的界限，把大量课外、校外课程资源引入写作课堂，如我们学习《鸟的天堂》时，让学生观看了大榕树的生长环境、地理位置并了解了相关树龄后，真正刺激了学生的感官神经，拓展了学生的视野，使学生产生了保护环境的欲望和热爱大自然的情感冲动。当时就顺势让学生写生活中熟悉的植物也就不再费力。现代信息技术为写作教学提供了理想的教学环境，为教学活动创设了生动直观的情境，使学生在轻松愉快的情境中享受写作的乐趣。

二、运用信息技术 ，用心积累运用

“书是孩子们认识世界的一个窗口”， 充分发挥指导学生运用信息技术来丰富见闻、积累素材、拓展写作资源，是信息社会作文教学面临的新变化与新特点。既然阅读是写作的基础，我们老师就要适当引导学生学着积累丰富的生活素材。之所以很多学生在作文过程中常常觉得无话可写其实都是因为不喜欢观察生活，积累的和运用不能挂上钩。现在学校为学生提供互联网这样的平台，学生能一起看到更多平时没有留意的生活，学着积累习作的素材。

教育家赞科夫曾说：“只有在学生情绪高涨，不断要求向上，想到把自己独有的想法表达出来的气氛下，才能产生出儿童丰富多彩的那些思想、感情和词语。”我们大多数学生都不太喜欢作文课，怕写作文，其实主要是老师在作文教学中没有找到合适的方式让学生想要表达。我们利用多媒体教学资源，参考窦桂梅老师的阅读教育指导思想，每学期指定一些书目，老师先在课上引导学生一起读，培养学生广泛的阅读兴趣，再大胆放手，从而让他们爱读书、多读书、读好书。还会在课上用多媒体根据作文题材引导学生查找相关资料，从而使学生学着自己课下也不断积累写作素材，不断的积累可以让他们的作文不再“无话可说”、“无事可写，”并且能引导学生养成读好书写好文的良好习惯。

三、运用电教手段 实现课堂教学有效整合

随着信息技术的迅猛发展，以计算机为基础的现代信息技术在教育、教学中得到广泛的应用。《中国教育报》报道：现代教育技术是当代教育的制高点，谁占领了这个山头，谁就在新世纪处于有利地位。因此，采用现代信息技术使学生获得最新的知识，使之与语文教学有效整合，推进农村小学语文作文课堂教学势在必行。

以往传统写作教学中，我们也想方设法创设写作教学的真实情境，呼唤真情实感，来改进作文教学，提高写作教学的效果。但毕竟农村学生家庭条件不太富裕，学生很难实现走万里路的梦想。而现代信息技术依靠其丰富的资源优势和多媒体界面，为“虚拟教学”提供了可行的便利条件，学生通过电脑网络，走进崭新的写作的情境，获得“身临其境”的感受，更利于激发学生的学习兴趣和热情，使学生更容易品尝到成功的快乐，使写作不再成为枯燥又苦恼的事情。同时，现代信息技术缩短了师生之间的距离，更便利于实现师生之间的平等对话。

暑假期间，我阅读了北师大出版社出版的《历史课堂的有效教学》一书，感触很多。这本书给我最大的感触是要想在历史课堂上实施有效教学就必须培养学生的学习兴趣。兴趣是知识的入门，学生一旦对学习产生兴趣，必将成为他学习的内在动力。学生对学习有无兴趣，既是反映学生学习效率的重要标志，也是衡量教师教学成败的重要因素。因此，如何增强课堂教学的趣味性，激发学生学习的兴趣，使学生的学习变被动为主动，从而实施有效教学，就成为众多教师不懈追求、不断探索的重要课题。

一、讲究开头，激发兴趣

俗话说：“好的开头，是成功的一半。”每节课能否都有个好的开头，直接关系到这节课的成败。如果教师一上课就照本宣科，平铺直叙，就会使学生产生厌倦情绪，甚至成为催眠曲，因此必须讲究开头艺术。要尽可能一开始就引人入胜，把学生吸引住。要达到这样的效果，教师必须依据教材内容和学生实际，精心设计好每一节课的开讲导语，用别出心裁、平中有奇的导语来激发学生的学习兴趣，使学生积极主动地投入学习。

二、讲好插图，引发兴趣

新编历史教科书的一个重要特点是插图多，直观性强，形象生动。讲好课文中的有关插图，对引发学生兴趣，增进学生的求知欲，增强学生记忆，提高教学质量有重要作用。但在教学中，由于插图很多，限于课时，教师不可能每图都讲，只能根据教材要求和讲课需要选择讲解。有些与课文内容密切相关的插图如果没有向学生讲解，就会使学生似懂非懂或一知半解。经过教师讲解，既引发了学生的兴趣，又使学生进一步掌握了知识。如七上第8课《战国七雄》中的《商鞅舌战图》。因为“商鞅变法”是这一课的重点。战国时期封建社会的形成，是通过以商鞅变法为代表的各国的变法或改革来实现的。讲好《商鞅舌战图》，既可以使学生了解商鞅作为改革家的气魄和才华，又可让学生懂得改革的不易和改革又是当时历史发展的必然趋势，从而提高学生对商鞅变法带来的历史作用，即“秦国的封建经济得到发展，军队战斗力加强，逐步成为战国后期最富强的封建国家 ”的认识，也为以后理解秦灭六国，建立起我国历史上第一个统一的中央集权的封建国家打下基础。为起到这个作用，我在讲课时，让学生看《商鞅舌战图》的同时向学生讲解：“图中就是当时商鞅舌战大臣的情景。中间席地而坐的是秦孝公。商鞅，这个历史上著名的改革家，正在跟反变法的大臣辨论。你看他手拿竹简，引经据典，振振有词。他说：只要对国家有利，对百姓方便，就不必效法古代。他响亮地喊出了“治世不一道，便国不法古”的变法口号。坐在他对面的是两个保守派大臣甘龙和杜贽，被商鞅驳得张口结舌，坐不安席。这一场历史性大辩论，最后由秦孝公作决定：他说：“商鞅说得对，就按商鞅说的去办”。在讲述这个故事的过程中，学生全被吸引往了，达到了引发学生兴趣的效果。

三、巧设疑问，以疑激趣

学习新知识，实际上就是设疑、解疑的过程。教师在教学中要有意识地设置一些疑问，把它摆在学生的面前，使他们先感到“山重水复疑无路”，后激励他们去寻求“柳暗花明又一村”。当学生找到“又一村”后，就会产生一种快感。这种快感又能激发学生进一步学习的兴趣。通过一环扣一环的设疑解难，把学生引向似如柳暗花明又一村中的“又一村”的境地，这样既激发了兴趣 ，又掌握了知识。

四、创设情境，以情求趣

前苏联教育家苏霍姆林斯基在《给教师的建议》中说：“让学生体验到一种自己在亲身参与掌握知识的情感，乃是唤起少年特有的对知识的兴趣的重要条件。”在教学中，依据教学内容和学生的特点，坚持情感教育 ，即在教学中创设能激发学生情感，有吸引力的环境，把学生引入课文内容所描述的情境中，使学生在感情上受震动，从而达到激发学生学习兴趣的目的，又使学生在潜移默化中受到教育，这是很重要的。

捷克著名教育家夸美纽斯说：“求知与求学的欲望应该采用一切可能的方式去在孩子们身上激发起来。” 激发学生学习历史兴趣的方法和途径还很多，如巧讲典故，以奇引趣;精读诗词，以诗牵趣;编写歌谣，以歌导趣;设置图表，以图增趣等等，只要经过教师精心设计，巧妙安排，就一定能在教学中充分激发学生学习历 史的兴趣，使他们的学习化繁为简，变被动为主动，从而在充满兴趣的教学中，既接受了爱国主义教育，又增长了知识，提高了教学质量，真正达到学史明志，知史做人的目的。

摘要：小学生的作文毫无新意没有任何新颖的内容和亮点，出现套用多年前的事例来写作。本文分析作文教学现状，根据实际教学中出现的各种问题，提出一些作文教学的创新策略。

小学作文教学工作开展并不理想，教学效率低下，许多人认为小学作文训练不是一项简单的工作，小学生没有写作的动力，他们也没有养成良好的积累习惯，没有具体的写作材料可以组织，导致他们在写作时出现流水账式的叙述，没有明确的中心意思表达，语句表意重复繁琐，更谈不上层次清楚和详略得当。大多小学生的作文都存在着言辞干煸、或过于堆积华丽词汇、或语句不通畅不流畅、或脱离实际、天马行空等情况。长久以来，人们只关注教师应该用何种方式去教学生，却没有设身处地换位思考过，如果我是学生，我会不会接受这种方式，这种方式对我是否有用，这是不是我喜欢的方式。小学生处于的特殊的身心发展阶段，写作能力比较弱，需要教师的悉心指导和创新教学方式，需要让小学生的作文更加贴近现实生活，让学生能够把今天或以往发生过的什么有趣的事情叙述清楚。老师要引导学生在日常学习和生活中做个有心人，收集和整理一些写作可用的人和事，坚持写好日记和周记，让作文更真实、更具体、更有生活气息。

When I told the news to Peter Li, James Wang and Nancy Zhang, the girl who always wears a long hair, and went to Beijing with us last year, they all wish you to send us some pictures of your new house. We hope that when we go on errand in America next year, we can pay a visit to your family. Then we are sure to have a nice gathering.

As for me, I have a special emotion to autumn. Autumn always gives me a

kind of feeling which can make me forget sorrow. Every time when autumn comes, I

am always glad to feel the beautiful season. I can enjoy myself in this great

season.

I like the wind of autumn. It is cool and comfortable. When the wind kisses

my face, I will close my eyes and smile. I know that wind brings me the breath

of autumn. She lets me understand that autumn is full of happiness. I can smell

and taste autumn everywhere. The view of the autumn will give me a huge

enjoyment. As for me, the wind in autumn is the best present. I am deeply

attracted by the autumn wind. This taste of autumn is delicious.

I also love autumn colors. The leaves will turn yellow in autumn. This kind

of yellow represents hope and maturity. When I see these yellow leaves, I will

think that they still enter into the soil and will give the tree adequate

nutrition. Thus, they never leave the tree. I am moved by this sentiment. This

phenomenon gives me many thoughts about human society. I believe that our

society will have a better development if we realize that we should have a

grateful heart. Autumn colors are so magical for me. They let me have bigger

imagination space to think over life. I know this taste of autumn is sweet.

I really appreciate autumn quality. In my eyes, autumn is just a mature

person. And her love requires no return. In this season, when I walk on the way,

Today is my busy day.Let me tell you the plan of me .In the morning,I must  get up very eariy to  makes breakfast for my family . They have  breakfast at about 7:00.  Then will I play badminton outside with my goodfriend at 8:00.In the noon,I should back home and make lunch for   them .After having lunch ,I will wash the dish.Then I will take part in  a gathering of friends after 2:00.At 7:00pm,I should make supper.At night,I  should cieal the room and do some homework.I think I will  be  tired.what a busy day of me !

water is very important for us.

we must drink water everyday. we can’t live without water. water is everywhere around us. at home, we use water to wash clothes, to wash dishes, to cook rice, to clean the flat, to have showers, to make drinks, to clean our teeth, to have a bath and so on.

at work, people use water to put out fires, to grow vegetables, to make things in factories and so on. we also can swim in the sea.

water is important for us, isn’t it?
