摘 要：随着社会的发展和新课标的实施，传统的教学方式已不能适应当前人才培养的目标。从教学设计、课堂教学以及作业布置三个环节，论述了小学语文教师的创新教学以及对学生创新能力的培养。

关键词：新课标；小学语文；创新教学

创新能力是衡量高素质人才的重要指标。但创新能力不是一朝一夕能够形成的，应从小加以引导和培养。小学语文是基础教育的一门主要课程，在教学中激发学生的学习兴趣，培养学生的创新思维和创新能力是社会发展的需要，也是语文教学的内在需求。新课程标准明确提出教学要以学生为主体，培养学生自主、探究学习的能力。小学语文教师必须不断创新，改进教学方法，提高教学质量，为培养综合素质过硬的优秀人才打下坚实的基础。

一、注重以生为本，做好教学设计

1.教学目标要有层次性。每个学生都是独一无二的个体，教师要学会尊重差异。面对班级里几十个理解能力、学习能力不尽相同的学生，制定统一的教学目标显然不够合理。教师在制定教学目标时，应充分考虑学生的个体差异，制定具有层次性的教学目标。

2.立足教材，加强课内外联系。教材是教学的根本依据，离开教材的教学设计，就成了无根之木，无水之源，所以教师要充分挖掘教材、依托教材。居高方能临下，深入才能浅出，在分析教材的基础上，充分整合各项资源，建立与学生日常生活及课外活动的联系，激发学生的学习兴趣，引导学生的情感体验。

3.符合小学生的身心发展特点。一个优秀的教学设计必定建立在深入了解学生的基础上。小学生以感性思维为主，逻辑思维能力处在快速发展的阶段。教学设计应遵循学生的身心发展规律和特点，选择最优方案。超越学生理解能力和接受能力的设计，不仅达不到预期的教学效果，()还会给学生造成巨大的心理压力。

二、创设开放式教学情境，激发学生创新意识

1.鼓励学生质疑。亚里士多德曾经说过："思维是从疑问和惊奇开始的。"疑是思之始，学之端；发现问题是思维的起点，创新的前提。人类社会也正是在不断发现问题、解决问题的过程中得以发展的。长期的"一言堂"教学方式使学生丧失了质疑的能力，不会问也不敢问，被动接受无疑会造成课堂一潭死水。《义务教育语文课程标准》中明确指出："语文课程应该是开放的，具有创新活力的。"教师要允许学生质疑、鼓励学生质疑，保护学生的求知欲、好奇心，培养学生的创新思维。

2.教师学会放手。授之以鱼，不如授之以渔。在当前信息爆炸的时代，教会学生怎样学习，比教会学生某个知识点重要得多。新课程改革一直非常强调学生的主体地位，作为教学活动的组织者、引导者，教师要学会放手、敢于放手，充分相信学生，把探索的权利交还学生。如，阅读课文可以交给学生自学，以小组讨论等形式开展，充分调动学生的积极性，发挥学生的创造性，培养其团体合作精神和独立思考的能力。当然，放手不是放任自流，要把自主探究学习落到实处，离不开教师的有效指导。

三、优化作业设计，提升学生创新能力

1.作业内容要有差异性。传统作业布置采取一刀切方式，全班几十个学生面对内容相同、标准相同的作业。但因学生的学习能力存在客观差异，这样的作业不可避免会造成有的学生"不够吃",有的学生"吃不下",遏制了部分学生的能力发展，也给另一部分学生造成了沉重的课业负担。《义务教育语文课程标准》要求"尊重学生的个体差异，促进学生健康发展".教师在布置作业时要充分考虑学生的实际情况，制定具有层次性、差异性的作业，使每一个学生都能发挥自身的才智和特长，享受作业完成的过程，潜移默化地提升学生的创新能力。

2.作业形式要具多样性。传统的家庭作业大多以听、说、读、写的形式完成，注重知识获取，却忽略了综合素质的培养。家庭作业是对课堂所学知识的巩固，更是课堂教学的延伸和内化。培养具有创造力的人才，单凭在课堂上引导学生的创新意识是不够的，更需要在实践中提升学生的创新能力。教师在安排作业时，不仅要考虑内容的丰富，还要兼顾形式的多样。在巩固型作业的基础上，适当安排实践性作业，鼓励学生积极参加集体活动、社会活动，在实践中磨炼意志，擦出思维的火花。

3.作业评价秉承多元性。不同的作业内容、作业形式，自然要建立多元的评价标准。传统的以分数、等级为标准的评价体系已不适应新课改的要求，也不利于学生的健康发展。多元的评价方式必须要打破单一、僵化的评价标准，不仅重视知识学习，还要看到学生的学习态度、学习方法，整合各方，综合考量。

充分发挥学校的育人功能，使每一位学生都能得到全面、终身、个性化的发展，是新课程改革的精神内涵。自觉更新教学理念，不断完善教学环节，培养学生的创新思维，挖掘学生的创造潜能，作为小学语文教师，任重而道远。

一、有的放矢，了解高考英语写作要点

要对高考英语写作的题型及内容有所了解，才能把握好高考英语写作的考点，在此基础上才能找到行之有效的对策及方法。纵观近几年各省高考英语试题中，写作测试的命题思路，有一种从指导性写作逐步向半开放式写作过渡的趋势。半开放式写作，具体地说，就是给考生们提供一定的材料(包括图、文或图文结合)然后要求学生根据材料来进行书面表达，这样的考题形式，既限制了考生随心所欲的思维，又给予考生适当的发挥空间。这种命题方式能较好地考查考生的语言组织能力、书面表达能力以及思维能力。而在文体方面，记叙文、议论文、应用文及书信为最常见的写作题材。因此，我们可以做一个形象的比喻，写文章就像工厂里制造一台机器那样，首先要确定机器由几部分组成，然后对这几部分分别细化，形成初步的设计图；再根据要求对初步的设计图进行完善、补充、修改，随之形成最终的设计图；然后我们再按照图纸的设计，使用我们所掌握的零件去制造出机器；同样的道理，学生写作时可参照以下模式：

1．理解话题：学生在动笔前必须对指定的话题进行反复细读，认真思考，理解其真正的含义，了解出题者的意图，这是进行写作的第一步；

2．明确文体，确定人称时态：这一阶段的判断中，主要强调近十年高考最常见的两种文体：(1)说明文：必须按照事物的原貌加以说明、介绍、解释，常采用一般现在时，被动语态也常使用；(2)记叙文：通常采用第一人称，描述本人的经历或耳闻目睹之事；或用第三人称讲述他人的事情，如果是过去的事情，要用过去时。

3．初拟提纲，再理解话题：明确文体的基础上，草拟写作提纲；提纲是文章的骨架，可以是一句活，也可以是一个词组，由于考试时间所限，提纲内容不必面面俱到，但必须体现文章的整体结构和思路；目前绝大部分高中学生在英语写作时，还习惯于使用母语进行构思，然后将构思好的中文内容翻译成英文，这种情况是正常的；关键在于翻译过程中的语言表达必须符合英语语言的表达习惯

4．开始写作：提纲完成后，应根据提纲充实内容，如果说提纲是骨架的话，那么这时你必须将骨架填充血肉；具体的说就是要扩展要点，连词成句，适当地变换句型，组句谋篇成文；注意应简明扼要，层次分明、用词准确、语法概念清楚，使文章更具说服力，然后在写作完成后，还要对文章进行快速的检查，减少单词的拼写错误和句子表达的错误。

二、高考英语写作指导的具体策略

根据以上对历年高考英语写作试题的分析，我们可以从以下三个方面去指导学生进行写作：

1．细读材料，认真审题

仔细阅读书面表达题所给材料的全部内容，准确理解题目要求。需要认真审查的内容有：(1)文章的开头和结尾是否已给出；(2)用第几人称写作，书面表达要求中会明确指出使用第一人称还是第三人称；(3)提供的情景是图画、图表，还是提纲，如果是连环画，要注意故事情节的连贯性，确定合理的情节发展；(4)是否提供参考词汇，如果提供有参考词汇，写作中最好要用到；(5)采用什么文体，如果是议论文，要有论点、论据和结论三部分。如果是应用文，要注意其格式。如果是记叙文，要抓住六个要素：时间、地点、人物、事件、事情起因、事情的发展与结果。

2．恰当选择词语和句式

认真审题后，就可以列提纲了，将重点单词、短语、句型写在提纲里，关于选词切忌使用生僻词语，要求做到用词准确、得体、达意。选择句式时，尽量使用多种句式，如强调句、倒装句、各种名词性从句、定语从句、状语从句和固定句型等，长句和短句视情况交错使用，这样可以提高文章的档次，使文章生辉。

选词大多是在一组同义词或近义词之间进行。例如，我们要表达“好”这个意思，一般来说，大家会马上想起“good”，因为口语中我们经常说agoodfriend、goodluck、agoodpicture等。但是，在不同的短语中，可以选择不同的英语单词使表达更加准确、生动、形象。

3．多背常识性语句，扩大知识面

为了激发学生对作文的兴趣，并且引导学生顺利作文、成功作文，笔者在教学实践中进行了一些尝试，采取“激情引趣”（引）、“备材导路”（扶）、“自由撰写”（放）的“三步教学法”，做到为学生作文“搭桥引路”。

一、激情引趣，起步作文

笔者认为，小学生作文有必要从一年级时就开始训练。新大纲不就要求“激发学生写的热情”吗？如何“激情引趣”呢？

1.玩中觅趣。玩是孩子的天性，让学生尽情地玩，再让学生自由地写，会使学生平添许多写作趣味。比如，在作文课上，可以组织学生分组游戏。教师对每组游戏都宣布好游戏规则和程序要求，并要他们记住他们各自的表现和当时的心理，最后问他们赢得冠军有什么“诀窍”，他们有的答“是团结一致的原因”，有的说“坚持就是胜利”，也有的说“要有毅力”。教师因势利导，让学生记下游戏的全过程，甚至想法体会，在文章结尾部分谈谈自己发现的诀窍，只要写得完整、有序就行。这样，学生作文时不仅不会感到无素材，而且思路畅达，中心明确。

2.画中寻趣。小学生思维的特点是直观性强，并且也愿意信笔涂鸦。创设机会让学生描一描、画一画，也会激发学生的写作兴趣。记录画画的过程及体会、心得，也不失为一篇好的作文题目。

3.浓情引趣。能牵动感情的事，往往容易激发学生的写作热情。因此，创设动人情境，容易让学生在情境中产生写作兴趣。比如，某个学生生病了，大家一齐来关心他、照顾他、帮助他；有的给他补课、有的喂他服药……这样的场景，记录下来，有话可说，也容易成文。

二、备材导路，“送米下锅”

材料的选取、准备，思路的引导、理顺，仍需要教师辅助引导。教师要为小学生作文“送米下锅”。

1.亲身尝试，身临其境。小学生作文多是记叙文，又多是记叙一些亲身经历（或听到或看到）的事。为此，让学生亲身尝试，身临其境尤为重要。让学生动手做一做、试一试，动口去说一说、议一议，动脑去想一想，然后再写一写。这样有序引导，学生作文才能言之有物、言之有序。

2.实物观察，充分体会。写物的文章可以让学生目睹实物，让学生认真观察，仔细琢磨、充分讨论，然后再有序记录。这样成文有序、作文简易。再适当加入想象，这样作文内容就充实得多，也具体得多了。

3.录音录像，直观演示。为了加深学生对人物、事物或景物的认识和理解，还可借助录音录像等现代手段帮助学生有效组织材料。比如，写春游或写一处景物，除了让学生“身临其境”去游历、去参观外，还可将重要环节、重要场景摄录下来，然后在作文课上播放，让学生从另一角度仔细观察、认真思考，这样，不仅有利于学生对重点之处加深印象，更有利于写得具体，写得详实。

4.多说常记，日积月累。为了提高学生作文能力，为学生作文“补充营养”，还可以有目的地安排学生每天把听到的新闻、趣事讲述给大家听，大家听后谈一谈感想。这样，既锻炼了学生“说”的能力，又为学生以后的作文提供了一定的素材。

三、自由撰写，深化训练

目前的作文训练渠道主要在课堂，训练内容大都是教材中规定的作文题，作文训练量稍显不足。因此，教师完全可以让学生准备“随笔本”或“日记本”，随时练笔。在渠道开辟上还可以从以下几方面入手：

1.挖掘课文中可供作文训练的素材，指导学生缩写、扩写、仿写或续写。

2.在学校和班级的板报、墙报上开辟栏目，让学生自己动手设计、作文、书写。

3.认真开展班队会活动，积极参加大队会等大型集体活动，为学生作文提供机会。

4.结合日常生活，加强应用文训练。

5.结合课外阅读，看电视、电影等指导学生写读书笔记或观后感。

6.结合日常生活中的重大事情，及时记录，发表感想。
