今年暑假，我和爸爸妈妈、外公外婆一起出国去菲律宾的长滩岛游玩。我们先开车到杭州国际机场坐飞机到菲律宾的卡利波机场，然后坐大巴车到卡迪克兰码头，最后坐螃蟹船到达美丽的长滩岛。

在沙滩上，我们看到了蔚蓝的大海和高高的椰子树。海面上有许多帆船一字排开，有黑色、红色、蓝色的风帆迎风飘扬。海浪不停的拍打着沙滩，沙滩上留下我可爱的小脚印。我们玩了许多项目：有潜水、浮潜、直升机环岛、落日风帆，其中我最喜欢直升机环岛，戴上耳麦，螺旋桨转起来飞上天空，我心里既紧张又兴奋，在天空中俯看整个长滩岛开心极了。还有一个刺激的项目是悬崖跳水，我不敢玩，下次我学会游泳了一定要玩一次，哈哈！岛上的美食我最喜欢的是跟手臂一样粗的皮皮虾和美味的芒果冰淇淋。这几天我们玩得非常愉快，在回家的飞机上我看到了满天繁星，星星那么大，那么多，好像伸出手就能碰到一样。

暑假来了，我也轻松多了，哈哈，可以痛快的玩个够。可妈妈说帮我报了兴趣班，我顿时说我没兴趣，可妈妈偏要我去，没办法，母命难违呀。

2 On July 23rd my parents took me to Beijing. We stayed at YuTingqiao hotel. On the first day, we went to the Great Wall. The Great Wall is very long and old. It has millions of bricks. Each brick is very big and heavy. Lots of people from different countries like climbing the Great Wall. We felt very tired when we climbed to the top of the Great Wall.

We also went to the Palace Museum. The Palace Museum has 9999 palaces. It has a very long history. I bought a lot of souvenirs of the Palace Museum. What nice palaces these are! I visited the Palace Museum and felt excited. If you want to know more about the Palace Museum, you can go to Beijing and have a look.

How I Spent My Summer Vacation

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way.

I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations,this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so.

I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations.

Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this.

At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this,8ttt8.

comlater I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come.

With this in mind I then set to work like anything and occasionally went out for a change or did some physical.

I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

一放暑假，我就每天睡到日上三竿，一起来就昏昏沉沉，一看到课表，啊!一星期的课都排得满满的，让人看了头昏眼花!暑假要上的课有很多，例如：羽球课、钢琴课和最重要的作文课……等，都是暑假要上的课，叫我马不停蹄、疲于奔命，但有时候也觉得很充实。

暑假时，外面天气热呼呼，我只想待在家里吹冰冰凉凉的冷气，边吹着冷气，又吃着五花八门的冰淇淋，真是人生中的一大享受。但是有一样我最不喜欢的一样功课，那就是“暑假作业”，里面有语文、数学、社会……等等的科目，看得我眼花缭乱，写得我身心俱疲，真是烦人!

幸好妈妈知道了这一切，带我们去山林大饭店住两天一夜，让我们放松、快乐一下。我们去那边泡温泉，而且还住了最高等的房间，那间房间里有两个好大好大的冷热泉，泡在里面，暑气全消，烦恼也无影无踪。啊!这样快活的日子，真是令人心花怒放，好想多住几天!

古人说：“一寸光阴一寸金，寸金难买寸光阴。”我觉得说得满有道理呀!因为暑假的时间一下子就过了，而且钱又买不回时间，所以我每天都非常珍惜、努力的过每一天!我还有一个问题要问你，你的暑假过得充实吗?过得快乐吗?希望你有一个快乐又好玩的夏天!让我们大声欢呼：大家一起来“fun”暑假!

期末考试完了，暑假就要来了。为了让暑假过得有意义，我有以下打算。

1、锻炼身体。参加学校的暑假足球队，每天坚持和爸爸打羽毛球、网球、篮球、排球，骑自行车，让身体更棒、更强壮。

2、我要把老师布置的作业做完，复习已学过的课本知识。

3、如果我考试考得好，作为奖励，爸爸妈妈带我去北京玩，看看美丽的长城、故宫、天安门牙、中华世纪坛、水立方等景点，拍很多很多的照片给同学分享。

这就是我的暑假计划。

外婆家住在农村，家里养了许多小动物，有鸡、鸭、白鹅，还有小狗，动物们可有趣了。

鸡，体色各异，爪利而无蹼，喙尖锐，善打鸣。早上，大公鸡就不停地叫着：“喔喔喔、喔喔喔……”好像在说：“天亮了，起床了。”外婆起床后打开鸡舍门。先是大公鸡大摇大摆地走出来，你看它身上光滑油亮的羽毛，像披了一件锦衣似的。然后母鸡带着小鸡一一蹦出了鸡舍，一只只小鸡毛茸茸的，跑来跑去，都叫道：“叽叽叽叽……”好像在说：“兄弟姐妹们，快来呀，这里有好多虫子啊，”说完都互相看对方一眼，笑了笑，然后自顾自地吃了起来。

鹅，通体雪白，腿短脚带蹼，喙扁脖长。我打开鸭舍门，大白鸭一摇一摆地来到水池边，像跳水运动员一样“扑通”一声跳入水中，还“嘎嘎嘎”地叫。好像在说：“哇！外面的空气真新鲜呀！”

外婆起来后去井口挑水，那只小狗跟在外婆的身后，尾巴向上撅着，不停地摇摆着，看上去挺悠闲的。它转身对大家“汪汪汪汪“地叫，好像在说：”拜拜，我要和外婆去挑水了。”

外婆家的小动物真可爱呀！我很喜欢这些小动物。

星期五中午，爸爸来学校接我去宁波旅游。

我乘坐客车在高速公路上开了一个小时，到了著名的杭州湾大桥，大桥架在东海上，像一条巨龙跨越杭州湾，气势磅礴。远远望去有一座座小岛，在桥下有停机坪和浮标。 客车用了二十分钟跑完了全长三十六公里的大桥到了余姚。我先来到明清遗留下来的孔庙，孔庙的门槛都很高，要把腿抬得很高才能跨进去，导游说，这是因为孔庙是古代人学习的场所，有很多学问的人才能进去。

星期六，我们离开了余姚到了宁波的老外滩——三江源。我们乘游船，看到了两岸一幢幢漂亮的新楼鳞次栉比，使人感到耳目一新，就像我们上海的浦东。 晚上，我们回上海的途中去了金山的农家乐吃饭，那里的农民是用灶台做饭的，烧出的菜饭香喷喷的，我一口气吃了三碗，涨得肚子圆滚滚的。

在回家的路上，我感到这次旅游非常快乐，不仅看到了雄伟的跨海大桥和古代人读书的场所，而且品尝到有特色的饭菜。

快乐的暑假立刻就要过完了。这个暑假过的可真有意思。其中最有意思的事要数去里城里“捉迷藏”了。

里城在汤阴，也是汤阴的一处名胜古迹。我第一次去里城，还不明白里城会是什么样貌的呢。一路上在想“里城会是什么样貌的呢”想着想着可到里城了。大老远我就望见门牌上写着三个大字“里城”，于是，我和妗妗就进去了，一进门就发现里面有个周文王的雕塑。然后我们又往里走了一段路，发现几棵树上也挂着牌子，我说：“妗妗，这神秘的牌子上仿佛还有字。”于是我看了看，原先上面是每棵树的介绍语呀。

我们继续往前走，发现了一些像动物的树，但我们却没发现这是什么动物。我们去了很多房子里，里面都是周文王的雕像，还是不同年代的周文王。我们又发现了一口井，这口井叫做里井，据说只要拍拍上面刻的龙头就能够流水了，但是我拍了拍上面的龙头它却没流水。我们把龙背上的石头搬开，只见到了两根管，其它的什么也没有，我们又把石头放下了。妗妗说：“这没什么好看的。”于是我们继续走，来到了八卦迷宫里，在八卦迷宫的两旁有十二生肖的动物。于是我们进了八卦迷宫，刚进没多久，我们就迷路了，一会儿不是进了死胡同，就是把路走重复了，弄得我头昏眼花，连方向都认不清了。我们不时的上到高台上去看方向，在那里面穿来穿去，费了好大劲才从迷宫里走出来，还遇到了二十三个阵势呢!从迷宫里走出来我们就离开了里城。

这是我第一次去里城，也是第一次看到周文王的雕像，所以我认为这很难忘，也给我留下了深刻的记忆和印象。

The longing summer vacation is approaching, it is the best part of the

school year for me. I cannot let the holidays elapse (逝去) meaninglessly, my

vacation should be a phase (时期、阶段) of harvest. The events in my plan should give

me a sense of infinite potential.

The following plan may reveal the intensity of my desire to travel, work

and study in this vacation. In the first few days I want to climb Mount Hua Shan

with several friends to refresh ourselves. Then I tend to visit relatives,

senior school teachers and former classmates(老同学). Besides, to find out the best

ways to cultivate my abilities, I will find a part time job and conduct some

social investigation.

In short, I want to do interesting things in the summer vacation. Whatever

Yesterday I Buying equipment for my bike,A “Bicycle stopwatch”.It can tell me my velocity.

In the afternoon,I ride my bicycle in the JIANGSU UNIVERSITY.At first,I ride18km/h,but soon I ride 22-25km/h,and then I start to speed up.About 10Minutes,I keep my velocity27-28km/h,keep it a long time,so it makes me feel very tired and thirsty.But I also feel excite. It’s so Furious. Feel the joy brought by speed. Especially when the velocity is 30km/h or faster.Also it’s the reason of why I love cycling.

I ride 16km ,use about30-40 Minutes. Cycling can exercise my leg muscles.At the same time it also can exercise my endurance.So it’s a very good exercise.And it’s to me--the half of my life.Maybe someone think it’s exaggerated.But it’s ture.

放暑假了，爸爸妈妈说要带我去武汉玩，我特别高兴。

第二天清晨，我们来到武汉。我们第一站去玩的地方是动物园，我们来到动物园，我看见了凶猛的大老虎和狮子，虽然它们被关在笼子里，我还是胆颤心惊的和它们照了相，我还看见了猴子，我喂东西给它们吃，它们称先恐后的抢呢。那里还有山猫、黑熊、长颈鹿、大象……我也和它们照了相。

第二天，来到海洋公园观看了许多鱼，看的我眼花了乱。噫，怎么虎狮鲨从我头上游过?还有乌龟老爷爷也从我头上游过?哦，原来我站在一个海世界的底下，我的四面八方被水包围着，只有一层玻璃挡住了海水，鱼儿都在这好大好大的水晶宫里游……我还看了特别精彩的海狮海豹表演，它们表演了顶球，摇摇摆摆学人走路……它们很滑稽的表演令人捧腹大笑，我还看了人鲨表演，只见一个人进了海水里翻筋斗，还把潜水衣脱了游泳呢，他还喂食给鱼儿们吃，一条像娃娃脸一样的鱼，吃东西的时候真像娃娃的笑脸，很有趣!

晚上高楼大厦，车水马龙的景色真好看。妈妈还带我去吃麦当劳，我还坐了我喜欢的像楼梯一样的电灯，我感到我是站在一个一个移动的长方体上面。这两天玩的真高兴……

I went to three cities to play during last summer holidays. They are

Beijing, Dalian and HuHehot.

I went to Beijing more than eight times. Beijing is the capital of China.

It’s a big city. I am very familiar with Beijing. It takes an hour and forty

minutes from Nantong to Beijing by plane. There are many tall buildings in

Beijing. It’s a modern city. My family visited the Great Wall, the Summer

Palace, the Palace Museum, the Beihai Park, the Space Museum, etc. I went to the

countryside of Beijing to go boating and fishing. It was very interesting. I

went shopping in WangFuJing. I bought lots of souvenirs and other things. I like

eating Beijing snacks. They are delicious. Don’t mithe Beijing Duck. It is

really nice.

Dalian is a beautiful city. Dalian is close to Beijing. I spent 5o minutes

on the plane. Dalian is near the sea. I smelled the salty taste in the air. The

roads are clean. There are lots of trees and flowers near the roads. There are

many esplanades and Japanese buildings. There are some fountains in one of the

esplanades. Some people flew kites and walked on the esplanades. We went to see

the beach and the sea. The sea is blue. There were many swimmers in the sea. I

lay on the beach to see the sky.Dalian is a very nice place to live.

Huhehot is in Inner Mongol. There are lots of large grasslands. The

grasslands are endless. The sky is bright blue. There were a lot of horses and

sheep. They were running or eating grass. I rode a horse on the graland. I

picked some colourful flowers. We drank the tea with milk. There is a small

desert, it was very hot when I walked on it. The sand could sing.

These trips helped me open my eyes. I enjoyed my day.

暑假里，父母带我外出旅游，所到之处，我觉得最值得参观游览的便是拙政园。

拙政园位于江苏省苏州市内，是xx省A级风景区，是江南古典园林的代表作品。拙政园与北京颐和园、承德避暑山庄、苏州留园一起被誉为中国四大名园。

拙政园位于苏州城东北街178号，截止20xx年，仍是苏州市内存在的最大园林，占地78亩（约合5.2公里）。全园以水为中心，山水萦绕，厅榭精美，花木繁茂，具有浓郁的江南汉族水乡特色。花园为东、中、西三部分，东花园开阔疏朗，中花园是全园精华所在，西花园建筑精美，各具特色，园南为住宅区，这样的设计布局充分体现了典型江南地区传统居民多进的格局。园南还建有苏州园林博物馆，是国内唯一的园林专题博物馆。

拙政园内建有很多假山，最引人注目的是门口那一座假山，品种是“灵壁石”，像一个巨大的屏风，这种“开门见山”的造园手法被称作为“障景”，起着引人入胜的作用。

拙政园内还有一棵高大的古树，我们去才能关游览时发现树芯已被掏空，古树一直是靠树皮支撑生长着，据说这棵古树生长以此已经有500多年的历史了。俗话说，人要脸，树要皮。没心没肺活着不觉累，树能活得长年百岁，人可以天下无敌！

以拙政园为代表苏州园林，处处是充满着诗情画意的青山绿水，全园体现了淡泊明志的人生真理。拙政园正是古人们苦苦追求的“人间天堂”。

1.进一步加强理论学习，更新教学理念，抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践，本学期要学习有关有效教学资料以及改进评价内容和评价方法的资料，努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2.进一步落实与深化教学常规，聚焦常态课堂，打造高效课堂。按计划上好公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点来实现高效课堂。同时，带领大家力求做到有效备课、有效上课、有效作业、有效培优补差，鼓励成员充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

总之，在校长室、教研室的带领下，我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

放假了，随着下课铃的一声响，我们的暑假生活就开始了。

放假之后，我千方百计地争取到妈妈的同意，最后能够简单一天了，这天再也不用跟“哑巴老师”——书本打交道了。

第二天，我和暑假作业展开了“赛跑”，我在和暑假作业不断地“赛跑”中，一点一点地消耗它的“体力”，在爸爸妈妈的帮忙下，我最后赢了暑假作业，可暑假作业还有一个“弟弟”——老师的附加作业——公式、单词、对话，日记，我不断地写，最后我过五关斩六将完成了它们。

我的暑假生活是五颜六色的，不仅仅是写作业这一种色彩，我也有放松的时候，有的时候爸爸妈妈带我去旅游，有的时候我与智慧的集合——电脑交交朋友。

不知什么时候起，每当我睁开朦胧的睡眼时，奶奶那“高音喇叭”就开工了，“妈妈要上班了，快去送妈妈一程到楼下”。我无奈地三下五除二的穿上衣服，有一次，我将妈妈的小背心穿上了，刚到楼下，一个叔叔望着我梧嘴偷偷地笑，我心想叔叔中了五百万吧，笑得如此开心。我向叔叔问早上好，叔叔指了指我的衣服说：“骋骋，你怎样一夜之间就长大了阿!你妈妈的衣服也适合你穿?我恍然大悟原先穿错了衣服，我的脸刷的一下娈成一个redapple，扭头就大步流星往家跑。我跑回的途中明白一个道理，做任何事情都就应一丝不苟。

我的暑假生活不仅仅是这样，还做一些力所能及的家务，例如，刨土豆，洗碗，拖地……小朋友们，不仅仅要爱学习，也要热爱劳动。

暑假，我二姨带着姐姐、哥哥和妹妹来到了我家，这给我无聊的暑假生活带来了无限的乐趣。

每一天上午妈妈都教我和哥哥学英语，妈妈主要是教我们对话，练习口语，在游戏中学到知识，我们的英语突飞猛进。妈妈在讲课的时候，我和哥哥都认真地听着。写作业的时候，我们就卖力地写着。写完作业后，还能吃到美味可口的水果，玩搞笑的扑克游戏。

学习累了，有时候我们还玩捉迷藏的游戏，虽然我们家很小，但是我们还是玩的天翻地覆。

有一次，妹妹找，我们藏。我藏在沙发和窗帘之间的空地方。我趴在地上，头朝里，双手捂着头，还用窗帘把头盖住，屁股朝外撅着。过了好一会儿，妹妹也不来找我。我仍然那样坚持着。忽然听到了一阵大笑声。我回头一看，妹妹、姐姐、二姨、妈妈、还有哥哥他们都在看着我，笑得前仰后合。原先，我只顾把头藏起来，却忘了露在外面的屁股了。这真是顾头不顾尾阿!我站起来，脸顿时变得火辣辣的，就应像一个红透了的苹果吧!

我们有时候还搞恶作剧。有一次，哥哥发现我有好多个小气球，便和我一齐装上水，把它拖到窗户的边上，然后一撒手，我们的气球同时喷出水，还真像瀑布呢。这时，下面传来“汪汪”的狗叫声，我们一看，原先水喷到了小狗的身上，浇成了“落汤狗”了。我们便“哈哈哈”大笑起来。

这个暑假给我带来了很多乐趣，这事我终身难忘!
