一眨眼暑假就过去了，真是“时光荏苒，岁月如梭”啊。在这个暑假里，我收获了许多许多。

在暑假里，我看了《逆世界之瞳》、《换双翅膀飞翔》、《隐形的录像带》……充满哲理而不失幽默的书籍。每一本书都让我学到了很多知识，也让我懂得了很多道理。

为了更深刻地了解祖国，开阔眼界，假期里我还到了香港和福建旅游。在香港，我游玩了维多利亚港的夜景，星光大道，迪斯尼乐园，又去了太平山顶的杜莎夫人蜡像馆等景点。通过旅游，我发现香港是一个繁华并且令人向往的美丽城市，同时香港也是一个文明而又包容着人性的国际都市。香港的人很有人情味，对于一些需要帮助的乘客，许多人会热情地让座。当你有困难的时候他们更会尽心尽力的帮助你们，我们在香港问路时他们都会热心帮助。在福建，我到了中国最浪漫的厦门大学游玩，还到了有“海上花园城市”之称的鼓浪屿，还游览了“世界文化遗产”——承启楼。

这个暑假的旅游真的让我收获很大，它让我学会了独立生活，增强了与别人交流的能力，认识了香港的人文风情以及欣赏了福建土楼的建筑风格等，饱览了祖国的美好河山，更增加了作为中国人的自豪感。

不过最让我兴奋的收获是钢琴八级的考级过关。8月8日上午，我在桂林的日华学校进行钢琴八级考试。8月25日考级成绩揭晓，当得知考级过关时，我高兴得一蹦三尺高。为了这个级别的考试，我在半年前就开始练习考试的曲目了。一天一个小时。暑假更累，每天下午先在培训中心练，再让老师听，老师给出建议后又练，然后又听，反反复复。由于培训中心离我家近，而且我和老师熟，我常常从下午2点待到6点半甚至到7点才回家，有时还在培训中心和老师吃饭，然后继续练。虽然很累，但“不经寒彻骨，怎得梅花扑鼻香”呢?哈哈，这句话说得真对啊!嘿嘿，暑假生活真有趣，能玩，还能学到知识，这个暑假我的收获真大!

1、保证有充足的睡眠时间

3、体育锻炼与学习相结合，做到学习、娱乐两不误

适量的体育活动，能够增强体质，促进学生的身体发育，幼儿在运动中情绪愉快，增加食欲。同时，家长也要让孩子每天抽空静下来，看看书。这需要家长的监督提醒，做到动静交替，学习、娱乐两不误。

4、培养良好的兴趣，丰富业余生活。

总之，暑期家长们要关心幼儿的身心健康，有条件的家长可以带孩子去游览祖国的名胜古迹，从而陶冶情操。

Today, I visited Hopi land. It was a Hopi village.There were three Dormitories: First Mesa, Second Mesa, Third Mesa. I visited a man named Ernie. He has a workshop. In his workshop are all amazing local jewels. He gave me a Opal. It was violet blue. There is fire in it. Today is a stupendous day!

Today, I went to drive in Monument Valley. We almost bumped our butts off. We made our own monument. We went in Monticello to go tothe restroom. It was a science lab. I copied a wolf on a computer. I also used handles to control tarish liquid that has iron in it. I also also did was control a ball. Last, I made a rose for mom and much more. Today is a supertastic day!

Today, I hiked on a trail in Arches national Park. It was the longest trail I ever hiked on. It was a rocky and dangerous mountain. I was extra exhausted. When I was at the top, WOW! It was an arch called Delicate Arch. It looks like Athena looking over everybody’s eyes to see if they are obeying rules. How can a loose little arch stand so high. So today was a miracle.

Today, the teacher took us to touch the clams, we are not so happy.

晚饭后，爸爸说带我去体验一下生活——捡矿泉水瓶。我很高兴地跟在爸后面出门了，心想又可以不用做作业了。

出了小区，爸爸带着我往右拐，我问爸爸为什么要往这边走?爸爸说：“左边都是工厂和写字楼，而右边是居民区，有很多夜宵店和饭店，矿泉水瓶可能比较多。”爸爸又说“做事情必须要明确目标，找对方法”。我们沿着人行道，不停在角落和草丛中寻找，包括每个垃圾桶爸爸都让我去翻找一遍。一会儿，我们就找到了十几个矿泉水瓶子，我觉得很好玩。

经过一个网吧，透过玻璃窗看到桌子上有很多空瓶子，爸爸让我进去找正在上网哥哥姐姐要空瓶子，我不敢去。爸爸就自己进去了，拿了几个空瓶子出来，对我说：“如果你今天真是一个捡垃圾的，生存最重要，面子不值钱!”我似乎有所领悟。

我们又走了很多条街，已经捡了满满两大袋矿泉水瓶、易拉罐了，我问爸爸，这些是不是可以卖很多钱呀?爸爸说：“还不够买一瓶矿泉水的钱”。我很无语!

时间又过去很久，我们又陆续捡了几个瓶子，塑料袋子都快装不下了。爸爸让我提着满满两大袋瓶子，他竟然空着手在后面走，还不停催我走快点，哼!平时感觉很轻的东西，提着走远了就感觉越来越重了……我又累又渴，不停追问爸爸要多久才能到家，爸爸让我坚持!说我们已经往回走了。我一心只想快点回家躺在床上休息休息，爸爸还在不停在垃圾桶和草丛中寻找。当看到一辆车子底下有瓶子时，老爸跪着匍匐下身子，伸着手去拽出来，爸爸说：“做什么事情要嘛不做，要做就要全力以赴，坚持到底!

终于到家了，我感觉浑身都要散架了!通过今天捡矿泉水瓶，我感觉还是读书写字轻松一点，我也体会到爸爸妈妈挣钱的不容易，我今后要认真努力学习!

后记：爸爸说，我们足足花费了近3个小时，走了大约10公里路，才捡了不到2元钱的瓶子。暑假还要带我去捡二次矿泉水瓶，等攒齐了卖了钱，让我买几瓶矿泉水送给环卫叔叔阿姨喝。

清晨，我们家一大早就起了床，快速的洗漱完后就出发到了火车站，与舅舅的老同学相会后，我们乘上了火车去宁波普陀山游玩。

一路上，我在心里想：普陀山好玩吗?美吗?游客多吗?一连串的问题出现在我的脑海里，让我的好奇心更强了。凌晨4点，我们到站了，我开心的不得了，好似我升到了天堂般。我们坐了大巴、轮船，才到普陀山。

刚一走出轮船，我放眼望去，普陀山如同仙境般的美妙，而我们，是刚刚转栽过来的花朵，被仙境母亲震撼了，希望时间停留片刻。

我高兴的扯着卢阿姨，嚷着叫她给我拍照，我摆了各种姿势，现出我对普陀山的留恋。拍完照，我们找了一家旅馆歇息，直到下午2点，我们才出发。我们先去了南海观音，我们手捧着香，对菩萨祈福，希望菩萨为我们达成愿望;第二站是观音跳，传说，观音下凡，跳下莲花宝座，站在一块石头上，又跳了下来，因为我体力不支，所以躲在阴处休息;第三站是不肯去观音，我们同样敬了香后，在岩石上拍了许多照。

第四站是普济寺，普济寺是普陀山四大庙之一，里面有四个庙，一的大的，三个小的，我们敬完香，就在看松鼠，大大的尾巴，敏捷的身手，锋利的牙齿，我们拍了很多关于松鼠的照片，最后一站是百步沙，我们在沙滩上堆城堡、做蛋糕……在海里玩耍、拍照……晚上，我睡的特别香。

第二天，我们在伽洛山玩了一上午，拜了许多的观音菩萨，希望观音菩萨保佑我们。我们玩了一个上午，才原路返回。去绍兴玩去了……

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. With this in mind I then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. I was not at all bored by this kind of life, for I was sustained by a hope.

Today is the dayof reunion of our elementary school class.We made an appointment a week agothat we would go back to our elementary school.About nine o’clock, we all gotto the school gate.The guard asked what we are going to do, and we answered thatwe just want to walk around in the campus. He let us enter.I felt so familiarand warm when I entered the campus.Something has changed, but many are thesame.We went to the classrooms we once stayed. There were many memories inthem. 今天是小学同学聚会的日子.一周前我们就越好了要重回母校.大约九点的时候所有人都到达校门口.门卫问我们要去干嘛,我们回答说我们只是想到校园走走,于是他就让我们进去了.当我踏入校园的时候一种熟悉而又温暖的感觉油然而生.虽然有些东西改变了,但是很多还是原来的样子.我们去到曾经呆过的教室,那里有很多的回忆,我能够清楚的记得我的位置在哪.小学的生活轻松而有趣,我们有很多的时间玩耍,同学们经常一起玩.我特别怀念小学的生活,那是我脑海里美好而又难忘的一段回忆.

能在大海里游泳，一直是我非常向往的一件事。暑假里，我和妈妈坐飞机去了爸爸工作的城市——宁波。周末，爸爸和妈妈带着我去了离宁波比较近的象山市郊的一个旅游景点——黄金海岸度假村，实现了我在大海里游泳的梦想。

这天，爸爸开车带我们去了黄金海岸，我们到那儿的时候已是中午十二点半了。到了吃饭的时间，我们就先品尝了一下大海里的美味。那顿午餐我们吃了海虾、各种各样的小海螺和小鱼，味道真是好极了!吃完饭后已是下午2点，这时骄阳似火，但我们还是忍不住想早点畅游大海。

我们换好游泳衣，我和妈妈一人租了一个游泳圈，因为有海浪，会游泳的妈妈也不得不套着游泳圈才敢下海。我们来到南沙滩，哇，人真多呀。

下午三四点的时候，海水涨潮了，海浪一个接一个地涌来。我游到深水区等海浪，不一会儿，我就被海浪冲回了岸上。我不停地往深水区游，海浪一遍又一遍地把我冲回岸上。在玩的时候，我经常被海浪盖住，还会喝几口咸咸的海水，有趣极了!

在水里玩够了，我就到沙滩上玩，沙滩上有许多许多很小很小的沙蟹，可是它们跑得太快了，我捉不住，只好到海边拣贝壳。每次浪冲到沙滩上来，就会留下来一些活的可以吃的小贝壳，它们总是一个劲儿地往沙子里钻，不过也不会逃过我锐利的眼睛，哈哈，都被我捉住了。

我在这里玩得非常开心，不想离开。在爸爸妈妈不停的催促下，才恋恋不舍的离去。我喜欢大海，喜欢和她一起嬉戏，如果以后有机会我一定会再去的。

暑假的时候，我和父母去四川乐山大佛旅游。

乐山大佛是我们到四川游览的第一个景点。说真的，前几年修复乐山大佛时的电视我至今还记忆犹新。也就从那时起，我便对乐山大佛产生一种向往。没办法，我就是遗传了老妈的一点“迷信思想”，对佛非常虔诚与喜爱。因此对这次游览，感到非常期待。

我一直以为乐山只有一个大佛，没有其它景点，因此很纳闷为什么入口建在与大佛相隔半坐山的地方。为了赶紧看到大佛，我全速往前冲。哎，好奇怪的岩石，怎么这么像人，头身分明，后面有一个光圈，双手(尽管一点也不明显)合十，像是祷告些什么。我不由地将手伸去想要摸一摸，导游制止了我，并告诉我这些是佛像，守护着乐山大佛。只是长年的风化作用，使它们变成了这副模样。果然，再往前走，一路都是这种佛像。可有些佛像被侵蚀地很厉害，有些已经不成样子了。为什么呢?我也不知道。

很快，经过了青龙潭和白虎潭，我们来到了乐山大佛的有关资料所在地。它告诉我们一些乐山大佛显灵的事情。其中佛光是可以用科学角度来讲解的。可是佛像在人类的灾苦之年闭眼睛一事却没有正确的答复。虽说是可能被风化的，可是为什么其它更容易风化的地方没有风化，偏偏只风化了眼睛呢?这仍然是个迷。

过了博物馆，往前走去，呀!好大一颗脑袋啊!我终于看到大佛了。耳朵垂到了下巴，头上发冀数不清，鼻子挺直，嘴巴微笑着，只是这凿开的眼睛，呈八字型，好象带着一种悲伤。再往下走佛像就多了，大佛周围嘛!拉着扶手走过了陡峭的山路，啊!完整的大佛终于出现在我的眼前。它两手放在膝盖上，坐在山中，眼睛向外看去，守望着居民。它可大了，就拿我面前那双脚吧，仅一片小拇指，就可以放上一张正规的方桌，旁边再做四个人也很宽阔。前面的那个鼎太高了，香我插不上去，只得在大佛的前边插香，祷告全家平平安安。它四周的山上步满了大大小小的佛像，可真谓是“佛是一座山，山是一尊佛”。

乐山大佛到处充满着庄严肃穆的气氛，我被熏陶了。

Last summer I went to the beach. My vacation was pretty good. I went there by bus and my bus trip was relaxing. The beach was very beautiful. It was sunny, cool and humid.the people were friendly and the food was delicious.

I enjoyed my vacation very much and I hope to go there again.

My summer holiday of this year was very enjoyable.I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays with my grandparents.It is very beautiful there.There are green plants,clear rivers,lovely animals and kind people.I spent two weeks helping my grandfather do some farm work there.Besides,I helped the children in the neighborhoods with their lessons.I helped them read English to improve their spoken English.Their parents thanked me for this and thought highly of me.I realized that knowledge is greatly needed in the countryside.

我们先做车到上海，一路上，公路两旁，一棵棵大树犹如一个个绿色卫兵，在帮我们挡住风沙，暴雨，一座座立交桥，犹如道道彩虹，远处一幢幢高楼大夏顶立在天地之间。我还没年够风景，就到了飞机场。我登上了飞机，飞机起飞了，我透过窗户往外看，房子和汽车越来越小了，一会儿就穿过了云层，啊!飞机好象在雪地上飞，一朵朵白云有的像小狗，有的像小猫，还有的象其它动物，可好看了。我们很快就到了北京。住进了宾馆休息，准备明天的旅游。

去北京旅游的第二天

今天正式开始北京游玩了，一大早我们乘车前往广场，我们排队等了二个多小时，在雄伟的人民英雄纪念碑前，我默默注视着先烈们，在这幸福的年代，我更要努力学习，长大建设我们伟大的祖国。下午我们去了故宫，这是世界上保存最完好的古建筑群，听着导游的讲解，感受明清两代皇帝的皇宫极为霸气，到了钟表馆和珍宝馆，我都惊呆了，里面有各种各样的宝贝，我在里面拍了好多照片。

去北京旅游的第三天

今天我早早地起了床，因为我们要去看升旗仪式，一到广场，我就被震住了，广场上人山人海，有好多学生，还有几位解放军叔叔，他们身穿军衣，头戴军帽，可英武了。升旗仪式开始了，我看到国旗护卫队的叔叔，步伐整齐，护送国旗向升旗台走去，这时国歌响起，广场上的人们个个神情庄重，看着国旗缓缓升起，我心情澎湃，我爱我的祖国!

升旗仪式结束后，我们去了长城，一到那里，我们就乘座滑车来到第四个风火台，接着步行到了第六个风火台，从这里往下看，长城象一条蜿蜒的巨龙，掩映在群山之中，山上树木茂盛，风光秀丽。“不到长城非好汉“，我终于爬上了长城!哈哈。

去北京旅游的第四天

今天早餐后，我们就乘车前往颐和园，这里是中国古代园林建筑中的典范。一到那里我就看见一条长长的长廊展现在我的眼前，它的顶端有着许多各式各样的图画，特别是那些天娥，每只的形状都不一样，非常优美和栩栩如生。

下午我们参观了军事博物馆，里面有许多导弹，冲锋枪，步枪，飞机，大炮……看地我眼花瞭乱。晚上，我们游览了奥林匹克公园，鸟巢我景和水立方外景，灯光下，这些景物美轮美焕，我还拍了好多照片呢!

去北京旅游的第五天

今天我们前往北京古城门内城之首“大前门”，一到那里，我就看见了一张大大的北京地图，听过讲解员的讲解后，让我充分地了解了北京。接着，讲解员又给我们讲许多关于古老文物知识，我听得很认真。

下午，我们去了国子监孔庙，讲解员告诉我们，许多状员都是在这里学习的，比如纪晓岚，刘墉……，我还拜了孔子。看完孔庙，我就要走了，导游把我们送到了火车站，我依依不舍地离开了，“北京，再见啦”，下次暑假如果还有机会，我还想玩遍整个北京城。
