i spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. i used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation i simply could not afford to do so. i would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. though those examinations were still a year away, i had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things i had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. at first i was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later i thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer i could count on endless happy summers to come. with this in mind i then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. i was not at all bored by this kind of life, for i was sustained by a hope.

最大的风阻尼器是个大圆球，竟有660吨那么重!如何理解这660吨呢?66公斤就相当于可以承载一万个你的重量，何况是660吨啊!可见这风阻尼器是有多沉啊!这个在380高的风阻尼器可不是电脑控制哦!假如台风或者地震真的突然袭击，电脑肯定会失控，那么就得有人工控制。由于台湾是个多地震多台风多火山爆发的地区，在建这个大楼的时候，除了考虑避震器之外，还考虑了地基的坚固程度。你知道吗?这个地基打到地下80米深，共用了360根柱子，每一根粗1.5米。

Nowadays， more and more people like to travel in their holidays. The other day I read a report about the ways people spend their holidays. It is reported that in recent yiars several new holiday habits have been developed. Among them， the most interesting one is the growth of the so-called holiday camps.

From the report we can see that in 20XX，40 percent of people stayed at home for holidays. But now the proportion has reduced to 9 percent. More people go out for fun. 昨天晚上来到了西安，因为今年的世界园艺博览会在西安举行，所以当然要抓紧时间好好看看了，暑假旅游西安作文。

为了能看到精彩的场馆，我们一大早就起床开始准备，叔叔开车把我们送到了世园会的门口。

世园会里果然很漂亮，到处都是五颜六色的园艺展览，让我真是眼花缭乱。为了能在最短的时间看到最全的园景,我们首先选择了进“秦岭四宝馆”进行参观,秦岭四宝”指的是：金丝猴、羚牛、大熊猫、朱鹮。这可是我梦寐以求的呀。大概排了十几分钟的队我们就进入了馆内

我们首先来到憨态可掬的大熊猫馆区。第一展区内的有一只熊猫正背对着我们啃竹子，啃得真是津津有味，连头都不回，我们看了半天的"背影",只得再往下一个展区去。第三展区的熊猫们很给力。两只胖乎乎的熊猫软绵绵地趴在竹子搭成的架子上，悠闲地晒着日光裕引来许多游客纷纷前来拍照。它们也很“配合”安静地在架子上摆着"POSS"，仿佛在说：这算什么?我可是大明星呢!

接下来参观的是朱鹮，暑假作文《暑假旅游西安作文》。由于朱鹮本身的颜色与石头颜色相近，再加上有两层铁栏围着，所以看得不太清楚，只能看到一点红孤傲地站立，却看不清真正的相貌。还是有点遗憾的。

因为金丝猴受身体原因回家休养了,所以,我们最后看到的是安然的羚牛。羚牛看上去脾气很好，十分温顺的卧在草地上。其中有一只看到人来了还“主动接近人类”，大方地走近让我们拍照。在它们跟前拍照的人跟与熊猫拍照的人有的一拼!

考虑到"长安塔"和"创意馆"排队的人太多了,所以,我们便去了“欧陆风情园”等景区游览。这些馆的外貌都很吸引人，不过，美中不足的是：不少特色馆内没有介绍该国风土人情或园艺技术，而是在卖一些工艺品,虽然这些工艺品做工很精致的,但我觉得缺少些什么。

在世园会中,我发现了一种很特别的小草:只见这种草通体银白，像雪一样散落在丛间。我一开始还以为这是园艺师特意给普通小草喷上的漆，可离近一看——跟我预料的大不相同。于是，我给它起了一个形象的名字,叫"雪草",并给它拍了好几张"特写"。

世园会设计了"护照",根据场馆的不同,每个章子也不同 ,一共有108个，我总共积了52个，成绩还不错吧!

世园会之旅结束了,我的暑假旅游也快要结束了,这种经历让挺高兴的。 我很期待参加下一次的世园会，不论在哪里举行!

Last weekend I went on an eco-travel with a travel agency. All the way we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and fresh air. But a few of us picked flowers as while going sightseeing. 英语暑假夏令营还特别安排了一个外教活动课，就是跳跳绳只类的活动。有一次的活动是跳长绳很过长绳。我们大家都不会，英语老师先来，因为她很肥，所以跑过去，扑，摔了一跤。但是，她一点不计较，而且很开心，让我们也来。很好玩的。

上了2个星期，我已经深深地感受到了外国教师的魅力，他们的幽默风趣诙谐，他们使我学会了标准的发音英语，也让我开朗了许多。

It is universally acknowledged that tour can make people feel happy; traveling is a good way to relax oneself. Tourist data shows that people in China made a great contribution to the world tourism, and it’s more and more popular for people to go out for vocation. 去随州大洪山琵琶湖，在洪山镇看到路牌标志到琵琶湖4公里，旅店老板娘让我们包车，一天200，觉得贵，看路牌也不怎么远么，结果走了三个多小时，看着旁边一辆辆小车呼啸而过，内流满面，不过看到好多没见过的小生物。进山买门票时售票老头还送了我们鸭舌帽和购物袋，上面印着景区名字，感觉只有我们买票，都没什么人，砍价坐了快艇，下山时天都黑了，买票的老头老太太也不再了，就我们两个人，大声唱各种歌，见到了萤火虫，第一次，第一次，真的很童话......

去大洪山时，去汽车站看了时刻觉得晚上赶不回随州，立马回旅馆拿行李退房，结果男朋友跑的太激动，跑过了，又大老远的掉头回来。后来和同学说起时，竟然她男朋友也干过这样的事，当时火车就快开了。

每次坐火车回到武汉，有种回家的温暖感，武汉快成我第二家乡了。
