一、总则：

1、坚持每一天，充分利用一切可以利用的时间学英语。没有持之以恒的学习和大量的时将做保障，一切都是空谈。

3、听说读写译五项都要练，以听说为主。

4、求质不求量，把听写的文章彻底搞懂足矣，不要好大喜功，贪大贪快。扎扎实实，按部就班，是学好英语的必经之路。

5、把零碎的时间充分利用起来学英语，不断地重复。

6、听写是个学习英语的好方法，要继续加强。

7、早睡早起学英语。

8、抓住一套教材足矣，不要盲目的更换教材。

9、每天学习英语必须要有详细可行的计划，必须坚决执行，没有任何借口。

10、相信自己，一定能够学好英语。

二、分则：

(一)听力：

1、除周末外，每天晚上10：00——12：00听写一篇五分钟左右的短文。着重听力后的分析过程。

2、早晚都随身带MP3，一有空闲时间就反复听这篇短文，直到听烂为止。

3、周末看一部外国电影，复习就内容，检查一周来的学习计划执行情况。

1 中等程度的同学

课文模仿背诵法

纵观近几年的中考，与课本直接相关的内容占了很大比例，在阅读和完型两项中更是多次出现课本原文。所以，把握好课本对大多数中等程度的同学至关重要。到了中考复习的冲刺阶段，不少老师会要求同学把课本中的重点课文背诵下来，我们何不现在就动手?但是机械的背诵效果不好，课文模仿背诵法一定要在模仿课文录音的前提下进行，才能发挥最大功效。

具体来说，同学可以借来初三上册的课本和录音带，每个模块的Unit1的对话由于开学上课时要做听力，可以不看，我们只需模仿背诵Unit2。比如说Module1 Unit2中的The greatest wonder of the natural world，我们打开录音机，先听第一句：When I arrived, it was early morning and it was raining. 然后进行模仿，注意语调和节奏以及连读，而后再将录音带倒回，再次模仿。如果你以前没有模仿朗读的习惯，那你至少需要将这一个句子模仿5到6遍，长句子需要10遍以上。实际上，当你把一个句子模仿得惟妙惟肖时，这个句子已经印在你脑子里了。所以要想将一篇200到300字的文章模仿背诵下来，需要2到3个小时的时间，只有在假期中我们才有这样整块的时间来完成此项工作。

你可能会觉得这样太麻烦了，不如做几道单选来得轻松。但如果你想在英语上快速、有实质性的飞跃，非此法不可。当你模仿时，你不妨想想那些电视里的模仿秀明星，他们无非是模仿一些特点鲜明的人物，难度大大低于模仿英语的录音带，咱们在进行一种更高级的模仿秀。当你的注意力集中于模仿语音语调时，就会忽略机械背诵的痛苦。模仿的过程恰恰就是打磨的过程，这样背下来的文章即使一段时间后内容记不清了，但模仿打磨时留下的语感却永远丢不了。如果你坚持这样做，会发现自己做单选完型的正确率大大提高，以前不断用语法规则分析还做错的题，现在自然而然地就能做对。

更重要的是，经过不断模仿锻炼出来的完美发音，会让人刮目相看，成为你一生学习英语的永恒动力。

2 基础稍差的同学 单词识记朗读法

对于英语基础薄弱的同学，困难集中体现在单词量不够，单选中的句子看不懂，更别提完型、阅读乃至综合填空了。所以，针对这种情况，我们要做的是温故而不是知新。

这样识记单词可以按照模块进行，然后为了巩固单词，再把前面这个模块的课文大声朗读3到5遍，在这个过过程中加深对单词的理解记忆，可以每天进行一到两个模块的内容。

如果你能在开学之前将前四册的单词混个“脸儿熟”，那么你在初三的英语学习中将感到前所未有的轻松，并逐渐体会到阅读的快乐。

快乐的暑假到了，我有点无聊，听同学说夏令营很好玩，我就对老妈说：“妈，我想去夏令营玩，给我报一个呗”。

之后，教官带着我们这个班去攀岩。到了攀岩场，我看那墙不是很高，心想觉得应该挺简单的。教官教了我们动作后，就让我们一个个轮着爬。到我爬了，刚开始几步我爬得很快，但到了第6个石头的时候，我突然找不到下一个石头了。往下一瞧，发现我已经站在很高的地方了，吓得我趴在那儿，一动也不敢动。这时底下的同学们一起给我喊加油，我心里平静了一点。我鼓起了勇气，不再往下看，咬咬牙，自己寻找下一个落脚点，终于爬到顶上。站在顶峰，我突然发现自己能干了许多。第二次攀爬，我不再畏惧，勇敢向上。

后面几天，我们还学习了站军姿，唱军歌，战术匍匐等等，都给我留下成长的印记，特别是十公里拉练，让我至今难忘。一开始拉练，感觉越走越远，越走越累，好几次都想趴下休息，但一想到男子汉就应该勇于接受挑战，最后都坚持下来了。

这7天的军训让我体会到离开家的滋味，也体会到真正军人是多么的不容易。回家的时候，妈妈很心疼我晒得这么黑，但我却跟妈妈说这是健康的肤色，我相信我能让妈妈看到我这几天的收获，并为我感到骄傲。

暑假我和家人一起去香港旅游，香港是一个繁华并且令人向往的美丽城邦，也是一个激情而又动感的游乐场，更是文明包容着人性的国际都市。

原以为那里的海洋公园和上海差不多，可没想到，一看到地图，我就为此倾心，想尽快去享受那刺激的万物。拿着门票，进了海洋公园的大门，我拽着伙伴的手向越矿飞车跑去，正准备上去体验一下越矿的感觉，可一走到排队的人流中，我就后悔了。原因是什么呢?原因是从越矿飞车上走下来的人，都一个劲地说，“我以后再也不玩了!”“我后悔死了!”唉，理所当然，我掉头就跑，当然也少不了伙伴们亲切的“嘲”。算了，去下一个地点。走着走着，我们来到了海盗船。这次，不由分说，我们不约而同地跑上海盗船，等待着紧张时刻的来临。“丁铃铃——”，海盗船开始左右摇动，一开始，它很慢，像婴儿的摇篮;后来，它越摇越高，好像直达“天际”。虽然我们还是有点怕，但毕竟我们经历了，经历了这次“危险”。

好久以前，就听说了金文泰这所名校。今日，能参观，并与其学生交流，真是我莫大的荣幸啊!走进金文泰中学，首先映入我眼帘的不是一幢幢高大的教学楼，不是一株株排列整齐的花草树木，而是一个个热情的老师与学生。在他们的带领下，我们参观了金文泰中学的各个活动教室，还知道了金文泰中学的历史，并让我们学到了很多从未了解到的知识。接下来，就是两校的才艺表演了。原以为我们已经准备得非常充分，甚至到了无人可及的地步，可看了他们金文泰中学学生的表演，才知道我们和他们相差好多好多。他们的能力好强，他们的表演好自然。这是我对他们的第一印象。他们是一支朝气澎湃的乐队，4个男生组成了一个活力四射的团队。看，那个贝司手，表演时是如此的动情，全身心的投入，带来了美妙动人的旋律;瞧，好一个帅气的电吉他手，弹拨吉他的动作是多么娴熟而又连贯，他的演奏热情似火，让人忘我;在看那个架子鼓手，鼓点清楚而激昂，只看到鼓捶在他的手中上下飞舞，敲击出青春的活力和热情。是谁唱出如此动人的歌声?他们的主唱更是出色。动听的旋律通过麦克风的传播，飞入了我们每个人的心中，令我们如痴如醉。呵，听，他们的声音，他们的活力，他们的青春，自然而又出色的表演。最后，我们依依不舍地离开了金文泰中学。可是，那里的一花一草，一树一木，一人一事却牢牢地埋在了我们的脑海里……

在香港的第3天，我们乘坐了那里的地铁，那里的环境给人一种井井有条的舒适，虽然是有人打扫，但是没有行人的配合是不够的。走进地铁，展现在眼前的是一副温馨的场面：虽然车上人很多，但是大家都很好的相处。并且对于一些需要帮助的乘客，还有许多人会热情的让座，帮助，这是上海这座同样是国际的大都市所缺乏的。人们上下地铁的秩序井然有序，先下后上，人们也会自觉地让出一条道，这样不仅避免了不必要的摩擦，也减少了拥挤，节约了时间。唉，作为一个上海人，真是为之而可悲啊!

时间老人走的好快啊!一眨眼，5天就过去了。还没来得及好好回味一下这几天的美味，便要乘飞机会上海了。坐在飞机上，望着离我越来越远的维多利亚海港，望着离我越来越近的上海，一股莫名的激动涌上心头……

这次暑假香港之旅，让我感受到，香港真的是东方之珠，我爱她的繁华，爱她的文明，爱她的美丽，真是一座迷人璀璨的城市。

小学五年级的最后一个暑假，我们和表姐一家一起去嵊泗玩。

我们去的时候乘的是大轮船，相比回去时乘的快艇，速度可慢多了，差不多要三个小时。这么长的时间里，我和表姐把轮船兜了个遍，轮船四周全是大海，还是黄色的有些浑浊的大海。我在想:这样的海水，能游泳吗?到了嵊泗，我还是很失望，这里没有我们上海繁华，各种建筑也很普通。不过，我很快就就发现了一个有趣的现象:这里的人都很会做生意。我们还没完全走出码头呢，就有不少人走过来问:要不要乘出租车，要不要住家庭旅馆?这两样我们早已在淘宝网上预订了，推销的人马上又走到我们后面去向别人推销。

我们乘上预订好的出租车，阿姨问司机到我们住的东海小渔村车费是多少，司机阿姨马上回答。我们都觉得在这种地方这点车费挺贵的。司机阿姨连忙解释说:“我们这里就夏天有很多人来旅游，其他时间游客很少。所以这个车费就是这样，是统一价哦，每辆都[)这些钱。”司机阿姨把车开得飞快，她说现在的生意很好，把我们送到了还要再去接客人。

我们很快就到了要住的家庭旅馆，老板娘很热情地招待我们。她的家很干净，去二楼住的房间还要换上干净的拖鞋，让我们大家一下子就对这个旅馆有了好感。老板娘说这个旅馆已经住过很多人了，是啊，要不是她在淘宝网上介绍得那么详细，还有博客上发表了好几位游客的住后感想，我妈妈才不会从那么多的房间里挑中了它。

在嵊泗的三天里，我们去大海里游泳、很早起来看日出，还乘小船去老鼠岛钓鱼，和船老大一起在海上撒网捕鱼，活动内容丰富多采。回家前，老板娘拿出帮我们预订好的快艇票说，幸亏订得早，否则就买不到了。她一再叮嘱我们再看看有没有忘拿东西，真是一位很热情、周到的老板娘。

在等快艇回家的时候，我回头再看了一眼这个并不怎么美丽的小岛。这儿虽然不繁华，但这儿却住着很多聪明的人，他们有着很强的经商头脑，再加上自己的勤劳能干，依靠一片并不怎么漂亮的大海，仅仅靠一个夏天赚的钱就能舒舒服服地过上一年!

考试过后，爸爸带我们全家出去旅游，目的地是焦作的青龙峡。听到这个名字我感到特别好奇，是不是也像书上写的那么美呢?一路上我不停的向爸爸问这问那，可爸爸就一句话，到了你就知道了，谜底不告诉我。看来还是自己沿途观景吧。

沿途走了大约40公里才到青龙峡，然后我们搭乘公交进山。景点非常多，这里气候独特、山清水秀、环境优美，是大自然赐予人类的一处天然“氧吧”，是原始生态旅游的去处。青龙峡是一

其中印象最深的是爬山，本来要过索道的，可那些叔叔说爬吧，估计没多远，就当是锻炼孩子们的，可没想到这一爬就走了10多里的山路，崎岖不平，每人拄着一个拐杖，刚开始我还没感觉到多

这样我们相互搀扶，走了将近3个小时终于来到停车场，当时也不顾地面脏，我直接躺那儿休息了，哈哈，现在想起来都可笑，当时我看见妈妈的腿直打颤。

今年的暑假，我们全家人一起来到我们祖国的首都——北京旅游。

俗话说得好：“不到长城非好汉。”我们这次旅行的第一站就是八达岭长城。

在一路上想象着长城的雄伟壮丽，我兴奋极了，虽说我人在车上，可我的心早已飞到了长城。关于长城的故事，我听说了许多，也在课本上学了许多，可从没亲眼看见过，这次终于如愿以偿了。

不知过了多久，忽然一声喊叫才把我的心灵换回来：“看啊!长城。”我猛地一下从座位上跳起来，向窗外望去，果真是雄伟的长城，憧憬已久的长城!我突然感觉自己在燃烧，全身的血液都沸腾起来。

遥望远方，长城前不见头后不见尾，顺着山脊一直延伸到天边。长城两侧一片翠绿，显得庄重美丽。广场上的汽车向甲虫一样，聚集在一起，房屋、行人都小了许多。长城上，中外游客形成一股人流，不断掀起层层人狼，涌进远方……

长城显得那样沉静、那样庄严。他像一条蜿蜒的巨龙卧在连绵起伏的崇山峻岭上。当时我的心情也受长城的熏陶变得如此沉静。

我随着“人浪”登上长城。我的脚一部部落在那坚实的城转上，想着古代人劳动的情景;我的手一次次触摸到那凹凸不平的条石，内心是如此的感谢，感谢那些古代劳动者的劳动;我的眼睛一次次看到那苍凉而稳重的灰色，我的心里不由自主的一次又一次感到震撼。那饱经风霜的条石、城砖，布满了或深或浅的痕迹，似乎再向人诉说着长城辉煌的历史，让我去深深的体会、细细的感受……

短暂而别有深意的的一天，就这样渡过。我心满意足，因为我领略了古代劳动人的心血，我觉得今天是我的暑假生活中最丰富的一天。
