暑假非常的漫长，于是，我想制作一个属于我的暑假计划。

我的计划是：星期一~星期五每天8点准时起床，写两个小时的作业，玩三十分钟，看三十分钟电视，中午再睡一会儿午觉。星期六~星期日上午写一个小时的作业，再看一会儿电视，下午去妈妈给我报的课外班。   到了七月的时候，爸爸要从外地回来，和他的大学朋友去聚餐。于是，我们一家三口人准备到首都北京去旅游一个星期。因此，我一直在盼望着爸爸赶快回来，好带我去北京玩一圈。

到了八月的时候，妈妈准备给我报几个课外班。于是，我又要每天到课外班上课了，所以，我得赶快把暑假作业写完才行。

这就是我的暑假计划，在妈妈的监督下和自己的执行，我一定能够把这个暑假过得丰富而精彩。小朋友，你的暑假计划是什么呢？

哇!恐龙水上乐园果然名不虚传，只见那蓝蓝的池子，清清的水，还有一个比一个气派的水上运动设施，周围还有许多树木，它们昂首挺胸，不怕苦，不怕累，日日夜夜守卫着水上乐园。最特别的是水城上有个巨无霸水桶，当它装满水时就像天河破了一个洞，倾盆大雨瞬间一泻千里，朝我们扑面而来，把我们淋成了落汤鸡，让我们措手不及，真狼狈!

最惊险刺激的则是水上环形滑梯，它大约有二十多米高。堂哥乍一看就吓得魂飞魄散，望而止步。我和堂弟心惊胆战地走上去。当救生员推我下去的那一刻，我既兴奋又害怕。一进去滑梯，我的身体马上不听使唤了，一会儿旋转，一会儿直线下冲，周围毛骨悚然的尖叫声此起彼伏，一会儿就到达了下面的积水池。刚下去时，水流喷了我一脸，真滑稽!就这样我们很快度过了欢乐时光。

这次快乐之旅真让我回味无穷啊!

台湾景色优美，气候宜人，有“宝岛”的美誉，我一直想去台湾参观游玩。今年暑假，我终于有机会，跟随学校来到台湾。

在台湾的几天时间里，我们参观了精妙的故宫博物馆、有趣的可口可乐世界、如画的日月潭，……其中，十分令我难忘的是去台湾小学进行交流参观。

这天阳光明媚，同学们怀着愉悦的心情乘车来到位于彰化县的南郭国小。我们在学校里欣赏了精彩的抖空竹表演、小提琴合奏，让我们感受到了台湾小学生的才艺。我们一对一互赠了礼物，我送给对方一个带有中国特色的香包给他，还有一张贺卡，上面写有问候、祝福的话。那名同学送给我的是一只蓝色扯铃，扯铃也叫空竹。接着，我代表学校表演了葫芦丝独奏。我们还参观了他们的校园，学校设施齐全，开设了天文科等其他学校没有的课程。

还给我留下很深印象的是故宫博物馆。这里的件件物品都是精品。其中，“肉形石”是令我十分惊叹的。那块石头就像一块卤肉，是经人加工、雕刻才形成的。这块“肉”有拳头大小，“肉皮”呈淡棕色，上面的毛孔依稀可见。这“肉”有肥有瘦，十分生动、逼真。如果不告诉你那是块假肉，恐怕没人会怀疑这块石头。

台湾的环境很好，路面上见不到垃圾，空气十分新鲜，天是蓝的，地上种植了许许多多的绿色植被，人们也很热情、友好。

台湾不愧是“宝岛”，我会将这段记忆永远保留在心间。

1.进一步加强理论学习，更新教学理念，抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践，本学期要学习有关有效教学资料以及改进评价内容和评价方法的资料，努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2.进一步落实与深化教学常规，聚焦常态课堂，打造高效课堂。按计划上好公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点来实现高效课堂。同时，带领大家力求做到有效备课、有效上课、有效作业、有效培优补差，鼓励成员充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3.加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组本学期至少活动五次以上，时间固定，围绕主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高全组成员的业务水平和教育教学能力。

4.初三备考是重中之重，加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《中考说明》、《导引》和中考试卷分析材料，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读、写作和应试能力的训练，力争顺利打响中考第一仗，争创中考英语成绩新辉煌。

接着，我们来到了天涯海角，那里天气十分炎热，我们为了凉快凉快，就慢慢的走进大海。开始海水刚到膝盖，突然，来了一个大浪，把我们全身都打湿了。哎，打湿了就在水里接着玩一会儿吧。

我们还泡了温泉。这可不是一个一般的温泉，温泉里生活着一种可以在热水里生活的小鱼，它们能吃你脚上的皮屑，小鱼咬着我脚上的皮，痒痒的，特别好玩。

沙滩是我们的天堂。我们玩各种各样的游戏，比如堆沙丘，做沙球…。其中最有意思的是埋鞋子让别人找。别人找不出来，就让我找，最后连我自己找都找不着了，我感觉莫名其妙，我想：我自己都找不着，别人怎么找?那我就再埋一只让别人找吧!我想着想着就埋了一只，好家伙儿!我刚把第二只埋好，站了起来，结果和上一次的一模一样，把大家乐得哈哈大笑，我也搞不清楚是怎么回事。

最后一天，我们去了蜈支洲岛。它是一个岛屿嘛，当然要坐船去喽。那天风很大，把浪乱的老高老高，船从浪上过去时，会有一种失控的感觉，挺好玩的。

我们一共在三亚玩了六天，每一天我们都有特殊的乐趣，特殊的感受，使我开阔了眼界。这一次旅游，让我得到了充分的放松，使我以饱满的精神迎接新学期的到来。

终于选定好我要首先体验的项目——跳楼机。可等待的人很多，我只好居其后。随着时间一分分的流逝，这排队使我焦躁，真想赶快上去玩啊！终于，就该我玩了，可越站在前面，越听到正在玩的游客的尖叫声，我的心就越发的不踏实，甚至有想放弃排队跑出人群的冲动。可看到后面的人如此多，根本无法冲出，便打消了这个念头。轮到我了，从走上平台到做好所有安全措施，我的心在一颤一颤的抖动。忽然，机器开始上升了，最终升至最高点，我不知有多高，感觉像进入了平流层，脚下一片空虚，眼睛根本看不见地面，全身一阵冷汗。还没来得及反应，跳楼机就以光速向下俯冲，像在百米高空扔下一袋子石头，坐在上面的我只感觉失重，好像要飞起来似的，根本无法坐在椅子上。就在同时，我已到了地面。下来的我脸色惨白，好像已站立不住，眩晕打转，不知何处所归。现在回想起来，这次坐跳楼机的激励可真是惊险啊！简直无法忘怀。

放暑假了，我和爸爸妈妈一起去了广西防城港玩。防城港的大海可真漂亮，蓝蓝的天，白白的云，海上有打渔的小船，沙滩上还有有各种贝壳、海胆、螃蟹……

大海有一个特点，早上退潮，晚上涨潮。早上我就会在沙滩上捉螃蟹、摸螺，晚上我就在沙滩上游泳，好玩极了！

沙滩上满满的是小洞，一个小洞代表了一个小螃蟹的家。因为大的螃蟹不会被冲到沙滩上来，所以沙滩上满是小小的螃蟹，我一共捉了二十只螃蟹呢！但最后都放回了大海。

晚上我就和爸爸一起去沙滩上游泳，海浪一波又一波的冲上来，刚开始我很害怕，后来我就坐在海边让海浪给我免费按摩，可舒服了！

暑假虽然我还去了桂林、阳朔等地方，但我觉得最好玩的就是防城港！因为我爱大海，大海是包容，大海是妈妈！

这个不用电的空调，是在大自然的鬼斧神功下完成的，它是一个神奇的山洞，位于花垣县长乐乡跃马卡村，它有个神奇的名字，叫犀牛洞。

这一天，在老师的组织下，我们来到了犀牛洞风景区。刚到犀牛洞，映入眼帘的是青山绿水，荷花成片，阵阵晨风迎面扑来，给人一种心旷神怡的感觉。但我没有忘记此行的重要目的，就是进犀牛洞看看，因为早就听说里面的景更是美不胜收!

在老师的组织下，很快我们就准备进入犀牛洞了，我的心情既兴奋又有些紧张，记得来之前老师特意嘱咐我们多带件衣服，我想这大热天的，为什么还要多带衣服呢，想必这犀牛洞定有特别之处。这时，洞口的门开了，一阵寒风顿时迎面扑来，我不禁打了个寒颤，仿佛一下进入了冬天。跟随着大家的脚步，我走进洞口，真感觉到温度一下降了下来，简直比家里的空调还是凉快。

进洞之后，眼前马上呈现出无数色彩斑斓的美景，各种奇形怪状的钟乳石在五光十色的灯光下显得格外美丽动人。特别是那“龙口银牙”，它本来是一个大石头，中间不知怎么裂了一个缝，缝中一排排坚锐的“牙齿”滴着水，在灯光照耀下，显得有些吓人，但又有种说不出的美感。往里面走，就看到“象鼻山”了，这是令我印象最深刻的一处风景，那是一块大大的石头上，长出了一根长长的鼻子，活灵活现，太像大象的鼻子了，真想摸一摸，看它会不会喷出水来?

洞里真是太冷了，还没走到一半，我就感觉自己仿佛被关在冰箱里了，好在我听了老师的话，多带了件衣服，现在起了重要的作用——让我穿着它，继续往前欣赏。同行的人们，指指点点，这里看看，那里碰碰，有说有笑。一会儿，我们又到了“趵突泉”，三个大大的喷涌出来的“泡泡”，让我感觉到特别的惊奇。还有“神笔垂挂”，仿佛一支大笔立在洞中，让我立刻想到了神笔马良，这个美丽的犀牛洞，不会是神笔马良画下来的吧?这时，听到有人说：“快看，真像!真像!”真像什么呢?好奇心驱使我赶紧走过去，一看，那个钟乳石的造型真像主席啊，难怪好多人往里面丢纸币，以求健康平安，祈求幸福。这真是让我大开眼界。

一路上，还看到了很多美景。这些美景之所以能一直保留下来，我想可能是与这洞的气候有关，因为冷，所以不那么容易风化，所以能凝固成各种各样的造型。这不用电的空调犀牛洞，让我深深佩服大自然这个设计师把犀牛洞设计千姿百态、如此美丽。

游览完犀牛洞，我的心被深深的震撼。由犀牛洞，我想到了祖国的大好河山。我想说，我爱犀牛洞，也更爱祖国这片土地了。

First, I will tell you about our foreign teachers, they are Shrina and Rebecca. They are friendly and beautiful. They are students at Oxford University.

We talked about many things: famous people, subjects in England, different jobs, our deal days, western star signs, what can we say in a restaurant and so on.

We know lots of things, like what the difference is between “chef” and “cook”, all the parts of the body…

We tried to write a letter to Principal Zhang. We made a play and we drew our own comics and tried to sell it. We gave some other students English lessons, we taught them about Chinese Dragon, Chinese Martial Arts and the Olympics.

Every afternoon, we played exciting games: Chinese Whispers, Tongue Twisters, Wheelbarrow, egg and spoon, three legs…

On the last day, we had a good time. We made black tea. We put tea bags, some milk and lots of water in to a big bowl, and then we stirred the tea until it became red and dark. Oh, it tasted good! Later, we used eggs, flour and milk to make many pancakes. To cook them is very interesting. When we finished it, the pancakes looked round and nice. We put some jam on it. How delicious! I won’t ever forget it.

The summer Camp is a really good chance for me. I know the local things in England. I learned a lot and like English more. I also know better ways to learn English well.

I hope one day I can see you in England.

Time is fleeting, as we all know. In the twinkling of an eye, the summer

vacation has passed most of the time. Its quite interesting to recall, because

in the days before that, there were some little things that I didnt notice,

在盐湖，我还体验上最原始的人工采盐方法。我把采盐的大“勺子”放进盐湖里，再把大“勺子”用力地拉起来，一大“勺”沉甸甸的盐便被捞了上来。调皮的我用袋子装满了一袋子的盐。这里的盐呈现出微微的青色，被称为大青盐。大青盐个个晶大质纯，口感醇香，是上等的食用盐。我一路走一路玩，“啪——”粗心大意的我一不小心滑入湖水中，我顿时成了“落盐鸡”。

二、学生情况分析

三、教材分析

《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

掌握本册书上的重点词汇、词组以及句型。通过本学期的学习，培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，有效提高学习效率，发展双基能力;培养听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力，达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展;通过了解世界，了解不同地区的人文风俗，学会理解和尊重异国文化，并使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人，能在小组活动中积极与他人合作，相互帮助，共同完成学习任务，尽情享受学习的乐趣。

五、教学措施

1、加强词汇教学，包括单词拼写、词义记忆，语言功能的训练。

词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期的期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。

3、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。

进行语法操练时，要坚持“四位一体”，即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题，联系语境，确定语法结构，明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用，又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。

4、进一步培养阅读能力和写作能力。

阅读和写作能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读和写作能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案;平常应该多写作文。

5、做好学困生转化和优秀生培养工作。
