2015年1月19日是我们寒假生活的开始，就在这一天，我们离开了生活了一个学期的学校，回到了分别了一个学期的家里。

不知不觉的，在家里又过了十二天的时间，在过小年的这一天，我们起了个早，因为今天我们要炒一些花生和瓜子还有爆米花。

上午，我和奶奶忙开了，奶奶负责炒，而我呢?便负责烧火，只见奶奶从一个小坛子里把一些黑色的沙子倒进烧热的锅中。一边倒以便将沙子用铲子炒着，等沙子炒热的时候奶奶在沙子里倒入了少量的铜油，然后将沙子又炒了一下，等沙子炒的有点冒烟的时候，奶奶用一只小碗装了一碗米花子放进去，然后迅速的翻炒着，大约几十秒钟以后第一锅爆米花就炒好了。炒好了之后的爆米花看上去颜色亮白，形状圆润且饱满，还有一股香味，看了就让人想吃。

接着，奶奶用和前面相同的方法炒完了所有的米花子。

接下来该炒花生了，奶奶将炒米花用的沙子过滤了一下，然后又倒回锅里，加入了一点铜油，等沙子炒热了之后，奶奶将花生倒进了锅里，用铲子翻炒着。我问奶奶：“奶奶,花生炒到什么程度才算炒好了呢?”奶奶告诉我说：“花生炒好了的话，外壳的颜色会发生变化，会由开始的白色变成黄色，或者拿出一节来剥开，看到皮呈鲜红色，能揉脱就好了。”

大约过了二十多分钟，花生炒好了。炒好后的花生颜色黄黄的，吃起来香香的。奶奶还告诉我,要想东西炒的好火侯最重要,无论炒什么。

炒好花生之后，剩下的就只有一样那就是瓜子了，奶奶将锅里的沙子乘出来让它冷却好，装回坛子中。然后把锅用水刷干净，等到锅烧热之后，奶奶将瓜子倒进了锅里，用铲子翻炒着。奶奶告诉我，炒瓜子和炒花生差不多，只要瓜子炒的饱满了，吃起来没有生的感觉就好了。

十多分钟之后，瓜子就炒好了。炒好后的瓜子看起来很饱满，吃起来也很香。

通过这次和奶奶炒花生瓜子的事，既让我增长了知识，又让我学到了技术，我难忘这件事!

高尔基曾经说过“书籍是人类进步的阶梯”在平时因为学习的忙碌而没有多余的时间看课外书。现在寒假已经来临，我们刚好可以利用这个时间看课外书。

“书中自有黄金屋，书中自有颜如玉”所以我决定利用这个假期多看看古今中外的名着。不但如此我还要巩固这个学期的知识点，预习下个学期的知识。希望下学期百尺竿头更进一步。为下一学期的学习打下基础。

在空余的时间完成老师和家长布置的作业，多看看新闻关心关心国家大事。在春节的时间不仅要观看春节联欢晚会，还要吃年夜饭，拜访亲友。

过完春节要将自己散漫的心收一收了，要开始把自己的心放在学习上，不能继续玩了。要把老师和学校布置的作业检查检查是否已经完成了。再把下一学期学习需要的资料和练习题都要准备好。

这就是我的寒假生活，我的寒假我做主。

In my dream

Last night ,I dreamed I became a very beautiful brid.I dreamed that I was in a forest. In tht forest,there were a lot of animals.Then,an old bird told us,"we have a very beautiful forest,we should therefore protect it from pollution."All the animals agreed with him.

But the second day,people came into our forest.Many animals were caught.The people wanted to build house and parks in our forest.Many old trees were felled.And then suddenly,nothing was left standing.

I was so shocked and then I bursted out crying.I woke up at midnight.It was only a dream.

二月五日 星期五 雨

在梦中

昨晚我梦见我变成一只非常漂亮的鸟.我梦见我在一座森林,森林里有很多动物.然后有一只老鸟告诉我们,"我们有一座非常美丽的森林,因此我们应该保护它,免受污染"所有的动物都赞成他.

但是第二天,人们进入我们的森林,许多动物被逮捕.这些人要在我们的森林地上建造房子和公园.许多年老的树木被砍下,然后,突然间,一切都被夷平了.

我很震惊,接着突然大哭起来.我在半夜醒来,原来只是个梦.

今年的寒假与以往相同，依旧忙于寒假作业、补习班，不过有一件事情却让我记忆深刻。

那是在前天去补习班的公交车上，向来对于车辆反感得我还未上车便开始觉得头痛难忍，所以，里所当然得，我坐到座位上之后便闭上了眼睛，耳朵里插上耳机，听着音乐，企图让自己忘掉这难受的感觉。

车经过了一次又一次的停站，出发，直至到那一站，原本狭窄的车道布满了拥挤的人群，我睁开双眼，望一望周边的人群，却赫然发现，离我不远处站着一个老奶奶。我不知道他是不是刚刚上来，或是已经站了许久，我的心里正做着激烈的挣扎，究竟是让还是不让?说起来也挺可笑的，一个已经上了四年级的学生还不懂得这点基本的道德吗?想必有点公德心的人都会说：“让。”

但是我不是那么好的一个小孩，况且头还这么痛。自己转念一想：“不是说是老幼病残孕可以座着吗，我晕车算不算?”想到这里，我不由得想敲自己一下，好白痴的想法。此时，车里得喇叭又想了起来，请为老人让座的声音又传了过来，尽管隔着欢快的音乐还是如此的清晰……

哎，到那时，自己还真想让座了，但当我准备开口请那位老人过来的时候，才发现，老人早已座下了，自己刚刚的思想斗争已经耗废了太多时间，老人早已经座下。我再次将目光投向老人那边，才发现站在老人身旁的年轻人脸上洋溢着喜悦，周围的人们也对他投已赞叹的目光，看到这，我的心似乎停顿了一下。也许，按照常理来说，我应该会脸红吧，可是，不知为何，我却没有感到羞愧，反倒有一丝自豪，好像是因为，有我这样不向上的人，也会有品德高尚的人来镇压而感到辛慰吧。

不过，我不喜欢这种自豪，因为，我是骄傲的人，我希望别人已我为自豪，所以，我明白了，下次的机会，我一定不会错过。车到站了……而此时我却明白了一个道理，似乎是比其他人晚了许久，但是，我感到满足，为自己的长大而感到满足。
