二、 加强常规教育

根据大班幼儿的兴趣和发展目标结合我们园务的工作教育教学计划，有计划有目地组织实施，开展丰富多彩的教育教学活动，合理利用，整合各方资源。充分发挥幼儿的主动性。注意每个幼儿身上的闪光点，对他们进行适当表扬，对于那些较好动的幼儿多为他们创造表现的机会，继续加强幼儿的常规培养。常规的好坏直接影响教学秩序，从而影响孩子的发展。通过晨间谈话、随机谈话、离园谈话，向幼儿讲清常规要求，并采用多种形式对幼儿进行训练、严格检查常规执行情况，逐步培养幼儿能自觉遵守各项规则。

三、 教育教学工作

(一)主动、乐意、礼貌地与人交谈，能根据语言交际环境的变化，调整自己说话的内容;

(二)能认真、有礼貌地倾听别人说话，掌握并理解其说话的内容;

(三)能用比较连贯、规范的语言清楚地表达自己想说的事;

四、保育工作

(二)细心呵护幼儿成长。在日常生活中精心照顾每一位幼儿，特别是体制较弱的孩子，做到勤隔汗，常换衣。

五、安全工作

我们始终都要把安全工作放在首要。加强日常生活中的安全管理，重视幼儿一日活动中各个环节的安全管理，保证幼儿一日过动不脱离老师的视线。在日常生活中穿插安全教育，加强幼儿的安全意识，帮助幼儿掌握一些自我保护的技能。提高自身的责任心，排除一切不安全的因素，让幼儿在安全的环境下健康成长。

当我闲得没事时，就总自己用微波炉做点东西吃。一天，爸爸看见我这样，说我长大恐怕是要当厨师了。我立刻把头摇得像拨浪鼓似的，说：“那不是我的理想，我长大想做IT(信息技术)行业。”

没错，自从五年前爸爸给我买来电脑后，我就一天天地熟悉它。到了去年，我已经和它结下了不解之缘。从那时候开始，我就想要在信息技术行业取得成就，为国家计算机事业做出贡献。

可是爸爸说我在这个行业中只能做“游戏测试员”，就是什么游戏新出来，总是先让我玩玩，报告游戏中有什么错误。我觉得他说的没有错，我最近一段时间老是玩游戏，那些FLASH之类的老也不用了。

最近几天，我萌生出了一个不好的想法：将我玩的那个网络游戏的服务器给黑了，将我的账号修改成最高级别。可是，我想了又想，这样做是不对的，而且被警察抓到也是不好的。而且当黑客也需要很高的电脑技术的。

成为IT行业的一员是我的理想，所以我要向这个目标前进，提高自己的电脑技术.

新的一学期开始了，我对自己的要求是：

1、继续坚持早到校，坚持早读。

2、上课一定要专心致志、认真听讲，积极发言，勤于思考，不说闲话，手不乱动；回家写作业一定要加快速度；还要写字认真，不胡写乱写；每天坚持阅读课外书，读好书。

3、无论做任何事情都要专一、专心，不能磨蹭。

4、要积极参加班集体的各种活动，要做力所能及的事情，关心、帮助同学，热爱集体，热爱劳动。

5、吃饭不挑食，要积极参加体育锻炼，每天坚跑步和跳绳。

6、在家要帮助爸爸妈妈做力所能及的家务。

Yesterday, I decided to go outside for picnic, but unfortunately, it

suddenly rained.I felt very disappointed, but I knew one thing: next time, when

I decide to do something, I should pay attention to the weather

forecast.Finally, I had to change my mind, and I had to stay at home all day

watching TV and reading books.I like sunny days very much, and I dont like

rainy days any more. But I know if there are no rainy days, there will be a lack

of water, and I know it is very terrible if there is not enough water.But I

still like sunny days because I like sunshine very much.

昨天我决定去野炊，不幸的是突然下雨了，我感到很失望。但我知道了一件事，下次当我决定做什么的时候，应该留意一下天气预报。最后，我不得不改变我的主意。整天呆在家里看电视和书。我很喜欢晴天，一点也不喜欢下雨天。但是我知道如果不下雨的话，我们就没有水，那很糟。但我仍然喜欢晴天，因为我非常喜欢阳光。

新的学期已经开始了。我们告别了初一生活，迎来了一个比较重要的时期—初二年级。在这个学年中，知识会更加有难度，并且也是个两极分化的时候。在这个学期中，我们可能要遇到各种各样的问题，也会经历一些坎坷，有时候在学习中，更会出现一些困难。所以在这个学期开始之前，我们要为自己制定一份新学期计划，来让这个学年度过的更加有调理，更加顺利。

首先，在学习方面要有好的学习方法，努力做到事半功倍，遇到问题一定不能视而不见，要积极去解决这些问题，平时在课前要做好预习的功课，课堂上也要认真听讲，认真思考，全身心的投入，课后要巩固今天所学到的知识。作业也一定要认真完成好，尽量少出现错误。在学习之余，也可以做一些练习题，让学到的知识变得更加牢固，因为熟能生巧，所以我们一定要注意平时的学习。

其次，是常规和纪律方面。好的习惯是生活中很必要的，所以我们在平时一定要注意常规方面的问题，从点滴做起，任何时候都要严格要求自己，并且时时刻刻遵从老师的要求。纪律是学习的前提，所以在每时每刻，都要遵守校规班规，不违纪。并且我相信自己一定会继续发扬自己的优点，也会努力改正自己在各方面的问题，在严格要求自己的情况下，也要提醒和帮助其他同学，一起让班级整体变得更加完美。

最后，要尽快适应初二的学习生活，做最好的自己。当然，我身为班干部，一定要处处为班级着想，多为班级建设作出贡献，也要为班级的一些事情出谋划策，尽自己的一份力。不能因为自己而给班级拖后腿，在班级中要积极担当责任，也要有责任心，把老师交给自己的任务落实好。身为团员，在平时，也要多听取同学和老师对自己提出的建议和意见，不断的提高和完善自己。

同时，希望在新的一个学期中，八3班在八年级中，学习成绩排名前列，在全校纪律方面、常规方面做一个佼佼者，在活动方面也可以获得更多的荣誉。做一个成绩优异，踏实而富有特色的班级。同学之间关系融洽，使班级整体更加有凝聚力。希望八3班在每一项活动和评比中，都会做的更加出色!
