本学期，我将结合学校工作计划和学校教学工作计划的要求，规范常规教学，提高教学质量，努力形成自己的教学特色。

一、总体思路

以努力提高教学质量为目标，以抓好教学常规工作，提高英语合格率为重点，采用任务型教学法，注重“学困生”的教育补差工作，形成良好的教学风气。

二、学生情况分析

经过一学期的学习，从上期期末成绩来看，七年级两个班的英语成绩比较理想。平均分82分。大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差，加上两极分化十分严重。

三、教材分析

《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

掌握本册书上的重点词汇、词组以及句型。通过本学期的学习，培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，有效提高学习效率，发展双基能力;培养听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力，达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展;通过了解世界，了解不同地区的人文风俗，学会理解和尊重异国文化，并使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人，能在小组活动中积极与他人合作，相互帮助，共同完成学习任务，尽情享受学习的乐趣。

五、教学措施

1、加强词汇教学，包括单词拼写、词义记忆，语言功能的训练。

词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期的期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。

2、每天背诵课文中的对话，培养语感。

3、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。

进行语法操练时，要坚持“四位一体”，即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题，联系语境，确定语法结构，明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用，又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。

4、进一步培养阅读能力和写作能力。

阅读和写作能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读和写作能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案;平常应该多写作文。

5、做好学困生转化和优秀生培养工作。

眨眼间，初中的三年只剩下最后一年了。时间真的好快啊！回忆这两年来的学习生涯，自己学到了不少知识，但是比起以后这只不过是皮毛而已。所以在初三我要很努力，很努力地学。

初三是初中三年最重要的一年，这一年我要加油！决定命运的时刻我是不会松懈的。初三上半学期我稳扎稳打，下半学期就“冲”，拼了。初三的学习一定很辛苦，作业会很多。面对初三的种种问题和困难，我会用一颗平常心去对待，去解决。但这颗平常心，不是说放松，而是“既然逃避不了这种辛苦，问题，困难，那就勇敢地去面对吧——”

My new deskmate is a boy of sixteen. His name is Zhang Gao. He is 1.8

In China, millions of soldiers are busy fighting against the floods. They are working very hard. Many of them have lost their lives in their attempt to save the villagers.

Though we cant help them to fight against floods, we should help them to rebuild their homeland. We can present them our pocketmoney and clothes. I believe most of the people will return to their homeland in the near future.

My holiday

I have a very cheerful holiday in “The National Day”. My parent and I went to Shanghai about nine days ago. We got there by plane, I think that shanghai must be a very big city, and there are a lot of tall buildings. First we went into the hotel named”chuang ye”. And we saw the tall big building “Shanghai TV Tower”, at nine in the evening, we got back to the hotel. The second day, we visited Zhouzhuang. 光阴似箭，日月如梭。转眼间，欢快的寒假时光已然结束，新的一学期已经到来。新学期应该有新的计划和新的打算，这样才能做出新的进步。

首先是对于成绩的提高。观察这次期末考试成绩，我的薄弱点主要是语文与物理这两个科目。我从小学起语文成绩就一直不理想，尽管我很想学好语文，但是成绩总是上不去。我总共总结出两个原因：

第一是语文学习不是很努力。通常我完成语文作业总是把它当一个任务来完成的，只要完成就好，并没有在乎质量的好坏。于是便导致了答作业里的阅读题时不认真，该分类的不分类等问题，读那些课外阅读时也没把文章读懂，没有积累答阅读题的经验，从而致使考试时答题不完整，偏题等失误。

第二便是积累不够。我从小学到初中读过很多的中外名著，从《西游记》到《荒野的呼唤》，几乎每一本我都读过两三遍。但是现在记叙文，散文等依然是我的弱项。为什么会这样?因为我每次读书只关注故事的情节与人物的命运与行为，根本不会去关注书里的好词好句，更不会说拿一个本子去积累它们、记住它们，所以我在写作文时就不会运用它们，导致写出来的文章语句生疏，枯燥乏味，经常偏题，而且想表达的意思要么表达得不完整，要么表达得不通顺，致使作文出现写得既无形又无神，主题不明确等问题。

至于物理成绩的提升，主要在于多练，今年物理卷子的所有题我都会做，可偏偏错就是错在这些题上，主要原因就是训练少了，导致一道选择题都要想好久，而且想出来还是一个错误答案，但只要多训练，这种基础题都只要几秒钟就能想出答案而且是正确答案。

再者就是关于娱乐时间的控制。上个学期我对于娱乐时间的控制做的还行，这学期还要加强。要做到基本不玩游戏，偶尔看一下电视才行，并且挤出来的时间也不是闲着的，而是要多多阅读课外书籍，做做课外练习才行。

最后是对于课堂纪律的要求。要做到上课认真听讲才行，不能开小差。并且上课不能讨论题目等。

In the morning, it is very fine! Then I climb the mountain with family, the

the winter holidawe are looking forward to idrawing near. the past holidaybrought me manwonderful memories. in 2008 the snow in nanjing waquite heavcovering the whole world with a white sheet. seeing the beautiful view mfriendand i went out to plawith snow happily. we had a snowball fight made several snowmen and took manbeautiful photos. the experience iso fantastic that i can never forget about it.
