要想自己能够全面发展，那么所有科目都应该认真学，锻炼好体质，多出去走走，看看展览，掌握好社会及自然知识，扩大知识面，提高自己综合素质。

再来谈谈参加集体活动方面吧。

正因为学习比较紧张，所以更应该注意张弛结合。在学习之余，我也要积极参加学校及班级组织各项集体活动。我准备参加手拉手互助活动，以彼之长，补己之短。与同学互相帮助，共同进步。作为一个班干部，我会组织一些有意义活动，学文明、讲礼貌、保护环境等辩论知识竞赛。让我们从小塑造一个良好品德，让班级体充满活力，创造良好班风。

The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the two most important holidays in the Chinese calendar (the other being the Chinese Lunar New Year), and is a legal holiday in several countries. I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food. We shouldnt eat junk food because it is bad for our health. Drink water and milk as often as possible. Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger.

Dont eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat. Dont spend too much time watching TV, DVDs and Videos or using computers. Its good to take more exercise such as basketball, bike riding , swimming and so on. Follow these and you can be healthy.
