这时，王老师走进了教室：“同学们，知不知道你们的饭盒是谁放的呢?”“方雪莹!”大家异口同声地说。老师露出了赞许的微笑，“对，是方雪莹同学帮你们放好了饭盒，大家……”话音未落，已被同学们的掌声淹没了，一浪又接一浪……

The ways to keep healthy Everyone wants to live long, however, that just

depends on your bodys health. Do you know how to keep healthy? Id like to

offer you two ways: 1) Proper Dinners: Generally speaking, one should eat 3

times every day. But some students who get up late will ignore the breakfast,

which will do a very bad effect on their healty.

Anyway, some girls who would

prefer to be thin will avoid eating anything or only little during the meal

time. Both of the two ways are bad habits of dining. We shouldnt feel hungry or

full after dinners. Students are usually very busy with their homework, so

they cannot take time to do exercises or too lazy to do them. This is another

killer to health. We should at least take time to have P.E lessons or do morning

exercises everyday to keep health. All in all, Being in fitness is our goal,

its also the basic of all contributions and success.

Nowadays, working overtime is so common in many companies, especially in

foreign companies, private companies, and joint ventures. As far as I am

concerned, there are two main reasons of working overtime. For one thing, there

is indeed too much work to do.

If it is so, the boss should compensate staffs by

paying them as overtime salary or giving them vacations. For another, some

staffs are not suitable for their positions. In that case, the boss ought to

help them to improve their working efficiency. If they are still not qualified,

boss may change the positions for them, or to the worst, dismiss them. Thats

all what I think about working overtime.

I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during my summer vacation.They are both seventy years old and live in the country happily. Summer view of the countryside is very beautiful. I like fishing with my friends.

我们杭州的“钱江新城”里新造了一座超大的图书馆，里面的藏书应有尽有，只要办张借书证，就可以在那里免费阅览，被人称为“市民大书房”。

English is one of my best subjects and I started learning English when I was 10 years old. But at the very beginning, listening seemed a little difficult for me.

So I have been doing a lot of listening practice, such as listening to tapes, watching English TV programs.

And I found it really helped a lot. I enjoy singing English songs and I want to join an English club or find a pen pal from English-speaking countries.

I believe that nothing is impossible if you put your heart into it.

The new term is coming. I am so excited because in the new term, I will be

a Grade 8 student. In the new term, I will have some new teachers. As for me, I

want to make a difference in the new term, so I have made a plan for it.First,

my Chinese and English are the best and I will work hard to keep them good as

usual. But my math and physics are not as good as Chinese and English.

Therefore, I have to try my best to improve them. Except preview and finishing

homework, I have to review regularly to strengthen knowledge. Second, I will pay

more attention to news, so that I will read more newspapers and watch news

program. I dont want to be a student who just study only. Last, I will do

exercise twice a week. Badminton and table tennis are my favorites. All in all,

I look forward to my life in Grade 8.

What do you think the life in the future will be like?

Every family will have computers and robots. Computers will help us know a

lot all over the world. Robots will help us do most of the housework. They can

help us do some cleaning， cooking or washing. We can do some shopping and see a

doctor without going out. Students can study at home on computers. People will

live to be 200 years old because of the better medical care.

Our life will be better and better. For this， we should study hard. I

believe we’ll be able to do this.

当画家是我最大的理想。小时候我觉得画画非常好玩，拿起笔和纸时神气。我觉得绘画能让我静下心来，放眼看世界。我看到美丽的事物，情不自禁的拿起画笔把它描绘，放到收藏夹里，时不时地看一看。它就我追求理想过程中，在心灵收藏夹里收藏的美好的回忆。

My father is a tall man with a pair of glasses. Everyone says he is a kind-hearted man. He often helps his neighbours and some strangers whom he doesnt know at all. 爸爸热爱家庭，更注重事业，公司里的人都叫他“工作狂”。他把大部分时间都用于工作，为工作他常常废寝忘食。过度的劳累使他的健康状况欠佳。

爸爸闲暇时爱读书。他告诉我，读书很有趣。我渐渐地对读书产生了兴趣。我爱上了书，因为书对我帮助很大。

爸爸有个坏习惯——太爱吸烟。我不喜欢他抽烟。瞧，家里充满了烟味。我知道吸烟有害他的健康，对我和妈妈也有害无益。我建议他戒烟。我相信总有一天他会这么做的。

这就是我的爸爸，我为有这样的好爸爸而自豪。

Considered to be patriotic, democracy and science, some think is to emancipate the mind, continuous innovation, some think it is rational spirit, personality liberation, some think it is brave to explore, the pursuit of truth, some think it is worn out new revolution or change, some think it is thorough anti-imperialist and anti-feudal, and so on. These arguments are justified, in fact is linked to.

Patriotism is the source of the may fourth spirit, democracy and science is the core of the may fourth spirit, have the courage to explore, dare to innovation, emancipate the mind, the change is put forward and the way to achieve democracy and science, rational spirit, personality liberation, anti-imperialist and anti-feudal is content of democracy and science. And all these, the final purpose is to revitalize the Chinese nation. Therefore, the memory of the may fourth movement, carries forward the spirit of the May 4th, should combine these aspects, strive for the revitalization of the Chinese nation.

In a word, the may fourth spirit represents honest, progressive, positive, free, equal, creative, beautiful, kind, peace, love and mutual assistance, labor and pleasant, society as a whole continuum of happiness.

什么是五四精神呢?有的认为是爱国主义，有的认为是民主与科学，有的认为是解放思想、不断创新，有的认为是理性精神、个性解放，有的认为是勇于探索、追求真理，有的认为是破旧立新的革命或变革，有的认为是彻底的反帝反封建，等等。这些说法都是有道理的，事实上也是联系在一起的。

爱国主义是五四精神的泉源，民主与科学是五四精神的核心，勇于探索、敢于创新、解放思想、实行变革是民主与科学提出和实现的途径，理性精神、个性解放、反帝反封建是民主与科学的内容。而所有这些，最终目的都是为了振兴中华民族。因此，纪念五四运动，发扬五四精神，应该把这些方面结合起来，为振兴中华民族而努力奋斗。

总之，五四精神代表着诚实的,进步的,积极的,自由的,平等的,创造的,美的,善的,和平的,相爱互助的,劳动而愉快的,全社会幸福的统一体。
