今年二月份在韩国平昌举办的冬奥会是我期待已久的。在开幕式的时候，我和弟弟就兴奋得在沙发上跳来跳去。当中国队穿着整齐的运动服，高举国旗走过来时，我的心中突然涌起一种自豪感，那是我们的队伍，我要为他们加油！

接下来的几天，只要有时间，我们全家都会围坐在电视机前，观看各种雪上项目和冰上项目的比赛，体会速度和激情。但我最喜欢的，其实是混双的自由滑项目，因为自由滑比赛不仅是比赛，还特别具有观赏性，漂亮极了。给我印象最深刻的是那场混双自由滑的决赛。

比赛刚开始，我就被运动员们的舞姿吸引住了。他们一会儿旋转，一会儿起跳，就像翩翩起舞的蝴蝶。美国的一对选手给我留下很深印象。女选手梳着十分利落的短发，动作非常灵活有力，像个小男孩；男选手优雅帅气，动作十分潇洒。特别是他们两个一个黑皮肤，一个白皮肤，配合在一起还很有趣。比赛下来，他们得到了很高的分数。我不禁为中国选手捏一把汗。

德国选手出场了。他们配合十分默契，动作干净利索，起跳时无比轻盈，落地时稳稳当当，最后，以零失误完成了表演，分数还达到了第一名。表演结束时，他们向赛场致谢，还感动地哭了，看来，他们也对自己的表现很满意。我想，他们之所以这么完美，是因为他们互相信任，而且配合了很多年，十分默契；他们在舞台上非常放松，当然也很专注；多年的练习也让他们具备了很多技巧。无疑他们得到了全场最高分。我的心里更紧张了，不禁设想起来：中国人会跳成什么样呢？

终于，中国选手韩聪和隋文静迈着轻盈的步伐上场了。上一场比赛他们俩配合得很不错，不知道这一场怎么样，我都有点不敢看了。优美的音乐响起来，他们时而充满热情，时而动作优美，抛跳、旋转、配合都很完美，我都陶醉了。突然，隋文静一个踉跄，手撑了一下地！“完了！”我大声喊，沮丧！尽管接下来再没出现一个失误，可比分，还是落下了。

接下来还有一对选手，他们比赛过程中，我和弟弟一直喊着“摔倒！摔倒！”可外国选手还是完美完成了比赛。最后，中国选手取得了银牌。

尽管冬奥会比赛结束已经有一段时间了，但是那场比赛还是仿佛刚刚结束。我体会到了比赛的美好和残酷，也为自己最后的急躁而羞愧。因为比赛应该是友谊第一，比赛第二的。我期待四年后北京的冬奥会。

这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢?唉下午要去请教高人了。

评委的话音刚落，我就忐忑的走上了舞台，心想：完了，这次钢琴比赛别人弹得多好，我虽从初赛好不容易才挤进了复赛，但以其他人的实力，我输定了!果然，我弹完后，稀稀拉拉、寥寥无几的掌声响起，台下的人有些窃窃私语，有些掩面偷笑，好像在嘲笑我。结果，等评委宣布成绩时，我才86分，丢死人了!肯定是倒数“前十名”。

我不禁想起以前的情景：有人来家做客，我才弹了几个音，就获得了掌声和鲜花，当然，那只是家人的鼓励罢了;以前在西餐厅弹了一首曲子，就拿了一杯饮料，其实那里很少有人弹钢琴，我给它活动了一下“筋骨”。总之，那时的我觉得生活处处是成功。但这次比赛呢?我以失败告终了。

回首遥望，一位选手博得了人们的鲜花与掌声，每个人都崇敬地望着她，评委也被她吸引了过去。

我低着头，走回家。

临近傍晚，我失望的踏进了大门。我洗了洗手，把目光投向了钢琴。刹那间，我似乎懂得了一个道理：真正的舞台在家中，我之所以失败，是因为我每天只弹二十分钟或三十分钟，而别人，练两个小时甚至三个小时。这是个很大的差距!

于是，我沉住气，稳心神，沉静地打开乐谱，弹起了老师布置的曲子。我心想：这次失败了，不代表下次继续失败。加油，你行的!我先用一只手弹，然后用双手弹，越弹越流利。我重拾了信心，心中的乌云一扫而过。

这次比赛失败，让我懂得了真正的舞台在家里，毕竟要想人前显贵，必定背后受罪。

参加市赛的早上，我和妈妈坐车到了目的地。当时，太阳特别大，天特别热，而且人山人海。我们到了之后赶紧报到，接着就排队去比赛了。因为我是最后一个，等了好久才轮到我，裁判先让我抽图，准备看图说话，再自我介绍。我觉得自己前两个环节表现得挺好的，最后是回答问题，这个环节有点难，四个题中我只答出两个。紧接着裁判宣布结果，我心想：肯定有我！肯定有我！结果，真的有我！我拿了市赛一等奖，进入了省赛。

省赛的准备过程是非常艰难的，又是背台词，又是准备自我介绍，还有模拟考试。仅仅是看图说话环节，一训练就是一上午……

终于迎来了省赛。我怀着紧张的心情走进赛场，里面很安静，选手们都在努力地背词，我也不甘示弱。自我介绍环节，我们都做得非常好，看图说话环节就比较惨了，得知成绩后，我的心情非常低落，爸爸妈妈安慰我，要我别泄气，要我在下午最后一个环节加油，还特意给我复习了几遍演讲内容，我的心情又明朗起来。下午的比赛开始了，轮到我上场了，我站在台上，信心十足地完成了演讲，最后的分数还不错哦！

我的2017年“希望之星”英语风采大赛结束了，虽然我没有踏上国赛舞台，但是我虽败犹荣！这个过程中，我见识到了那些高手们的厉害！我一定要好好学习英语！我一定会回来的！明年再战！

I have rested for a week. I began to feel bored. So I went out with my

friends. They are my best friends in the middle school. We didn’t go to

someplace special. We just saw the other. We had lunch together. While we were

having lunch, we were still talking about the new school and new friends.

It was the first day of our winter vacation. All of us were very happy. Why? Because we have one months to do things we love to do. We are free. Although we have some homework. But we can finish them in several days. And the rest time we can make good use of. My god! We have been very tired after hard studying.
