张梦雪1991年2月6日出生于济南市，2004年进入济南市体校射击队进行训练，师从王红丽教练。济南市体校为张梦雪打下了坚实的基础，让她的射击之路就此开启。

说起自己练射击，张梦雪也觉得纯属“意外”。据她自己回忆，最开始练射击是因为陪一个小学同学去，结果自己被教练看中了。一 开始家人也很难作出决定是让张梦雪练射击还是继续在普通学校上学。两难之下，张梦雪决定先跟着体校练练，看一下自己是否是那块料，之后每个周末，她就去济南市体校训练。练了大约半年，张梦雪的进步迅猛，教练也认为张梦雪很有射击天赋，适合进入专业队。衡量再三，张梦雪的家人也征求她自己的意见，“既然我当时也挺想练，那就这么定了!”其实，当时张梦雪所在的学校不太想让她走，“因为那时我学习还挺好的。”但既然作出了选择，张梦雪决定要一往无前地走下去。

在济南市体校仅仅训练了两年，张梦雪就被山东省队看中，2006年省运会结束后，她被招入省队集训。三年后，张梦雪又参加了国家队青少年集训， 去卡塔尔参加了亚洲气枪锦标赛，获得了个人第三，团体冠军。2014年底，张梦雪通过选拔，一举打进了国家队。让人想不到的是，进入国家队仅仅一年，也就 是2015年，在名将郭文珺没有通过韩国世界杯资格赛的情况下，首次代表国家队出战世界杯赛事的张梦雪挺身而出，拿到银牌，帮中国队拿到了一个奥运会入场 券。2016年，张梦雪又连续在世界杯泰国站和德国站两次获得第三名。

据张梦雪自己介绍，中国射击队在两年里共进行了六轮的奥运会选拔赛，自己拿了前四场冠军，所以提前两轮确定入选里约奥运名单。

这是我们寒假的第三天。今天,我妈妈的公司有不少事情。所以我妈妈告诉我帮助她公司的经理，我的叔叔。我坐在我妈妈的办公室,帮她接电话。当我空闲的时候,我写我的家庭作业。虽然我也有很多时间做家庭作业,但我还是写了。因为在我妈妈的办公室,我无事可做。如果我什么都没做,我是在浪费我的时间和我的生命。我没办法做那么愚蠢的事。我们应该充分利用我们的时间。

My Happy Day

Last Sunday was my birthday .I forget it. In that morning .My two little sisters came to my home. when I opened the door. I saw a beautiful cake in front of me .I was surprised . Suddenly,Two little girls gave me a big kiss and said :"Happy birthday to our dear sister !"I was very happy that my sister remembered my birthday .

Then,we put 14candles on the cake and sang :"HappyBirthday to you"together .After that we cut the cake .

Finally we listenedtomusic and watched TV.I also played hide and seek with them. though we were very tired. Weaii very happy . What a nice day!

To tell you the truth, I dont like the Spring Festival at all. When I was

young I liked it very much,because I could had something tasty to eat during the

Spring Festival,and I could enjoy very wonderful TV programmes,too. I also could

had much free time during which I could did something I liked to do. I dont

like it now, there are many reasons.

Firstly, I cant have a good time during the Festival. Every New Years Eve

something unpleasant often happens. Once I quarreled with my second brother.

Secondly, I cant relax myself during the Festival. I have to do many

things, watch so many TV programmes, meet so many people,all these things make

me very tired.

Thirdly, spending one Spring Festival means that I become one year older. I

dont like to be old. I want to live longer and be young all the time.
