8月1号对我来说是一个重要的日子，因为我要去万达广场参加全国的轮滑比赛。

在路上，爸爸怕我太紧张，就给我讲了几个故事。可是，我依旧很紧张，害怕自己没有拿到理想的名次。

比赛快开始了，我和我的队友，一起来到比赛门口检录。进入赛场后，我心里越来越紧张。可是当抽卡片决定跑道的时候，我心里轻松了一些，因为我的运气真好，抽到了我认为的最好的一条跑道。

当我来到赛场的跑道上时，先深吸了两口气，慢慢地摆好姿势。只听裁判一吹口哨，我就用力往后一蹬，很快冲到了前面，我压住那一道，奋力地向前冲。哈哈，我是第一个冲到了终点，太好了!

可是正在我高兴的时候，爸爸告诉我规则可不是这样的，得看谁跑完刚才几圈用的时间最短。唉，我发现自己冲到第一的时候，就减慢了一些速度，完了，我可能拿不到理想的名次了。

不过，幸运的是我报了两场比赛，这才是第1场，所以第2场比赛我还有机会。

下午到了，第2场比赛也开始了。我摆好姿势，等着裁判一吹口哨，就迅速地蹬起了后腿，拼尽全力往前冲，再往前冲!

比赛结束后，我发现我自己取得了第7名的好成绩。真是太棒啦!

“比赛中很多时候感觉自己的球是打在了墙上，这说明对手实力真的很强，他心态比较好，之前也给马龙制造了很大的困难。自己来讲，上来有些紧，上届奥运会团体赛输了一分，这一次自己希望拼尽全力，无论碰到谁。”赛后张继科表示，落后时自己抱着拼死对手的心态，最终3-2逆转，为中国队拿下第一分。

“这次的困难比2012年多很多，但我在精神上对胜利的渴望更强。”张继科这样说道，他表示回到奥运村会马上进行放松治疗，希望腰伤不会出现反应影响决赛。
