有一天,我们几个小伙伴聚在一起，商量玩什么，这时，一个小伙伴突然大声地说“我家买了新足球!我们来玩吧!”小伙伴们都说好，我们在楼低下静静的等着他拿球，啊，把他等下来了，比赛马上开始，我心里暗暗说：“加油!”

比赛开始了，我带着球，忽然对方中锋把球劫走，我见势不好，我赶紧追了上去，我嗖的一下，“快如闪电”般的跑到他前面，把球带走了，我刚要转身向龙门踢时，对方前锋从我的胯下把球传给中锋，对方中锋接到球，十分得意，可是我们的中锋把球又带走了，他叫我向前跑，我跟着他跑到龙门前，这时，对方中锋和前锋赶了上来，来个二人夹击，中锋把球传给了我，现在关键就在我的脚上，要射门了，我用力一踢，谁知道，球没进，我的鞋倒进了。原来用力过猛，把鞋踢飞了，我眼睁睁地看着球被带走……

比赛快结束了，休息的时候，中锋先发言：“要加油了!现在是四比四，我我们团结一致，加油!”现任前锋说“恩，周锐标，你要把门守好，加油!”

发球了!双方都抢得激烈，这时，对方前锋把球抢到了，直奔我方龙门，他也不知道哪来的狠劲，我方两人都追不上，关键又是我了，我掌握着是输还是平，平总比输好吧。我准备好了，他出脚了!可是，球却又从我我的胯下溜走了……我们输了，可是并没有埋怨，也没有伤心，只有笑声洋溢在夕阳下的小区里……

this week i didn’t do many wonderful things.

i went to learn developing film with my classmates on july 1st. it was easy and we all got good marks.

on july 4th,i went to school to learn,because i will be a junior three student soon. we would have to learn some lessons in advance. the weather was very hot. but i didn’t feel that learning lessons was boring. some teachers are new. they are good i think,although they are all looked strict. and the lessons were not too bad.

this week was the beginning of this summer holiday,but it was really typical .

Let me tell you a little about my lifestyle.

I often eat fruit and vegetables. Apples and oranges are my favorites. I love junk food, too, and I eat it three or four times a week. I sleep less than seven hours ever day. I often feel sleepy. I brush my teeth once a day. I run in the morning, and play ping-pong after school. In my free time, I enjoy surfing the Internet. On weekends, I often go to the movies with my friends.

I think I’m kind of unhealthy. I shouldn’t eat too much junk food. I’ll try to have a balanced diet and sleep more. I should brush my teeth twice a day. I hope I can have a better lifestyle.

随着比赛结束的哨声响起，胜利的喜悦降临在每一个同学身上。比赛队员尖叫着冲进教室，在黑板上写下醒目的胜利比分，啦啦队拾起水壶，去滋润那已叫哑的嗓子。啊，我们的努力终于有了成果！

这成功的背后，有体育老师课上的辛勤的汗水，有课间争分夺秒的练习，有老师中午耐心的教导，有……几个月的认真准备换来了今天的成功。

到了决赛的那一刻，不光是队员们，作为旁观者的我们，也都是摩拳擦掌，跃跃欲试。队员们做了准备活动，讨论好最后对策；啦啦队使劲润着嗓子，为后面的“加油”热身；其他同学则忙着为球员们灌水壶，拿毛巾……“万事俱备，只欠东风”，精彩一幕即将上演。

比赛开始了，我们大喊“加油”。因光线强烈，我虽没看到进球，但我从其他人惊喜地欢声知道，我们班级投进了！大家都为第一个球欢呼、呐喊。前半场我们处于领先，可后来略为懈怠的我们，差点被对方的比分追上。急得我们大喊加油，有些谦分贝不够高的同学干脆拿起路障，当扩音器；那些替补队员，更是恨不得跳进去帮一把。后来，在经过一大段“呐喊、尖叫、加油”后，我们终于赢了！

这场比赛，不仅比球技、比运气，更多地比团结、比协作，“人心齐，泰山移。”我不经感叹，“体育，更是一种精神！”

It is a special day today. My mother sent one hundred basket of red bayberries(杨梅). I like to eat red bayberries. It tastes nice. When they arrived in Shanghai, they were still fresh. But most of them would be sent to my mother’s business friends. I chose the best basket of red bayberries to eat. I put the rest in my refrigerator. Red bayberry is my hometown’s special product. It is well-known in china. Many people like to eat it.

No sooner had the witer vacation begun than I returned to my native town. Of course I must make good use of it;.In the morning I reviewed my lessons and read newspapers or magazines. In the afternoon I played ball games with my friends or went fishing in the river. At night I watched television with my family. hardly had the clock on the wall struck ten when I went to bed.

There is no doubt that learning English is vital for us. On the one hand,

English has become an international language that people can communicate with

each other in many countries. On the other hand, if we learn English well, we

could get more chance of success.

However, it is well-known that there are many methods for us to learn

English well. There are some tips. First, we can study in a group to improve

learning efficiency. Second, we could listen to English songs and watch English

movies; this way is very suitable for student to improve their listening and

speaking abilities. Third, I have believed that a great deal of practice can

In a word, it is natural for us to learn English well by making efforts. If

今天我跟赵纯和赵鑫宇一起踢足球。

我们玩的是传球，我们先猜拳，是我赢了，所以我先发球，赵纯第二个赢，赵鑫宇。我把球来了个寒冰敛，想把足球传给赵纯，可是我踢得太用尽了，不小心把鞋子和足球都踢到了天上，然后落下来把赵纯砸的哭了，我连忙说： 对不起，我不是故意的。 然后把足球踢到了球篮，这一轮我赢了。下一轮是赵纯发球，赵纯想报复我，就来个火爆击，幸亏我身手敏捷，才躲过了，可是球进了球门，所以赵纯这盘也赢了。再下一盘就是赵鑫宇了，他也给我来了个飞叶弹，他的技术很厉害了，但我还是一下子就接住了，这盘他就输了。

最后我们来比谁赢了，我就跟赵纯猜拳，我出的是拳，赵纯出的是剪刀，所以我赢了。我就在这盘比赛中获胜了。

我站了一会儿。雨还在下，所以我得跑回家。

我回家后半小时雨就停了。不是没想过回去踢球，但是既然早走了，回去似乎也没什么意义，对不起大家。结果一个人在家看电视，感觉很孤独。

晚上，方林打电话来找我聊天，用我爸的手机接了。他在电话里说，今天下着雨踢足球，大家都很开心，觉得比平时更有趣，更享受。他还说我不该这么早走。他还说我心态不对，总是给自己一点“消极”心理的暗示。我想他是对的，所以我想了很久。

But the second day,people came into our forest. Many animals were caught. The people wanted to build house and parks in our forest. Many old trees were felled. And then suddenly,nothing was left standing.

I was so shocked and then I bursted out crying. I woke up at midnight. It was only a dream.

It’s the New Years Day today.I got up very early!I heard the bird singing in the trees.After breakfast,my mum,my father and I went to the local park.Everything was beautiful there,We saw many boats in the lake.Later on,we went to my grandfather’s home.

There are many trees and some flowers in the park.
