My aunt went to Nanning to see me yesterday. I was very happy. She arrived

on friday niht. On Saturday, we went to the zoo, which has many interesting

things. There are lovely delphis, sealions, special birds, acrobatic show, and

so on. However, the most excited thing is the Roller Coaster, which is the thing

that I dream to play but dont dear. Having hesitated for a long time, I decided

to play once. In fact,I wasnt too afraid to play it. When we went out the zoo,

it was already six oclock. It was our dinner time. After dinner,I had to go

back to school. Its a wonderful day!

星期六上午，春光明媚。在中环百货门前广场上，我参加了由河南省轮滑协会主办的全省青少年轮滑大赛的300米速滑项目。

首先是参加比赛的一个大姐姐宣誓，接着是裁判员叔叔宣誓，接下来紧张的比赛就开始了。上午进行的是初赛，每组的前两名参加下午的复赛。第一组是年龄大一些的哥哥姐姐比赛，他们都是专业轮滑水平，看!他们的姿势多酷!

不过有一个小姐姐跑了一圈就退出比赛了，听妈妈说，她的妈妈鼓励她继续跑，可她说腿太累了，那个阿姨不停的给她讲，还一直都是笑着和她女儿说话，场面特别感人，后来那个小姐姐还说“没有机会了”挺可惜的!不过我想今后她一定会经常锻炼的。

我们那一组比赛开始了，当时爸爸只顾看我比赛，却忘了比赛中间给我拍照。这一张是我参加比赛准备起跑时的照片，动作还可以吧?哈哈!

我和其他三个小朋友你追我赶，很快滑完了300米的比赛。可惜我只取得了第三名，不能参加复赛了。不过程海老师鼓励我说今天来的目的是让同学们开开眼界，长长见识，名次不重要，以后还有机会，但我还是觉得有点遗憾!

I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know

我把加油的对象决定在黄队身上，他们其中有一个高高的，看上去技术不错，还有一个看上去蛮健壮的，虽然有些矮但是技术上应该也不错。“嘘——”一声口哨声吹响了，篮球赛里的每个人都被这声口哨声吹响了，每个球员都热血沸腾，他们心情格外激动，这次由红队发球，红队6号拿到球后，马上朝自己的篮球框那里猛攻，他左躲右闪，很快就闯进了黄队的“大本营”，紧接着就一个上篮有效加两分。到黄队攻了，黄队5号飞快地运着球跑了过去，“左传右传”，配合地非常好，可惜哄对方的太厉害了，没进被红队抢了过去，红队6号马上……红队就这样打响了上半场的第一炮。接着，大家下了篮球场，下面有些观众忙着给各个球员喝水，教练给他们安排战术，每个人都有一个详细的安排，大家休息好了，下半场也随之开始了。

我也逐渐发现了红队的优势和黄队的弱势，红队的优势是人数比较多，黄队的弱势则是人数比较少，红队这样跟黄队玩车轮战，黄队的体力不断减少，但他们仍然乐观而丝毫没有灰心的样子，并且竭尽全力地“血战到底”，黄队现在像沉睡的雄狮一样终于觉醒了，黄队5号和黄队8号作为黄队的主力，篮球技术理所当然是最好的，黄队5号“左攻右闪”，终于“闯”进了红队的“大本营”，一个勾手黄队终于如愿以偿地进了两分，红队也不再掩藏实力，红队六号踏着飞快的脚步，稳重地跑了过去，他慢慢地突破进了里面，做了个上篮的动作，黄队XXX号急忙一个盖帽，可惜红队6号上篮的动作只是个假动作，他马上传给了另一个红队主力——15号，15号依靠身体肥壮，强行撞了进去，一个上篮有效加两分。到黄队发球了，黄队终于热血沸腾了，终于发飙了。黄队5号那提高语调的声音出现了：“嘿，打不好就别打了。”大家一下子提高了警惕心，他说完这句话，防守变得更加严密，菜鸟也变成了高手，抢球更加积极，黄对5号自己也在奋战，他运球稳重而慢慢地跑到了三分线，瞄准，投！进了！黄队队员兴奋地欢呼起来了，Oh，Year！我不禁想到斗罗大陆的一句话：“不怕有神一样的对手，只怕有猪一样的队友。

”没想到这句话竟然在这里验证了，幸好黄队里面没有猪一样的队友，红队为了加快速度进球，想打黄队个措手不及，他就大力一扔，想传给另一个红队主力——红队15号。可惜他的梦想被黄队5好给打碎了，黄队5号矫健的身体跳了起来，不偏不倚地将球接住，迅速地跑到了红队那边的三分线，跳起来的时候红队6号来的刚刚好，他准备妄想一个盖帽，哈哈！红队6号上当了，黄队5号传给了黄队8号，黄队8号高高的身子让红队的“矮冬瓜”抢不到球，只能在那里跳来跳去，黄队8号已经等不及了，他瞄准篮筐一投，空心！黄队再次像开水一样沸腾了起来，他们两个主力太强了。我不禁想到一句话来描述黄队5号和黄队8号：东风吹，战鼓擂，我是高手我怕谁！红队也不是省油的灯，红队6号靠着精良的技术“横冲直撞”跑进了黄对的“重要地方”……最后，黄队凭着团结和精湛的技术取得了这场精彩的比赛。

傍晚，我回到了家想：这场比赛没有什么技术吗,全是靠团结合一点点好技术赢了。想到这里，我的脑海浮现出了我的战队的配合，谁防谁的问题了。
