Today is Wednesday. It’s the third day of the summer camp. The weather isn’t very good. It reined all the time, and the wind blowed strongly. So I don’t feel happy. I caught a cold today

In this morning，I felt very uncomfortable when i wake up,after i got up，i

sneezed continuously,so i realized that i had caught a cold.Then i went to the

clinic nearby my home to see the doctor, the doctor prescribed some cold

medicine for me and told me to drink lots of hot water. After taking the pills i

8月1号对我来说是一个重要的日子，因为我要去万达广场参加全国的轮滑比赛。

在路上，爸爸怕我太紧张，就给我讲了几个故事。可是，我依旧很紧张，害怕自己没有拿到理想的名次。

比赛快开始了，我和我的队友，一起来到比赛门口检录。进入赛场后，我心里越来越紧张。可是当抽卡片决定跑道的时候，我心里轻松了一些，因为我的运气真好，抽到了我认为的最好的一条跑道。

当我来到赛场的跑道上时，先深吸了两口气，慢慢地摆好姿势。只听裁判一吹口哨，我就用力往后一蹬，很快冲到了前面，我压住那一道，奋力地向前冲。哈哈，我是第一个冲到了终点，太好了!

可是正在我高兴的时候，爸爸告诉我规则可不是这样的，得看谁跑完刚才几圈用的时间最短。唉，我发现自己冲到第一的时候，就减慢了一些速度，完了，我可能拿不到理想的名次了。

不过，幸运的是我报了两场比赛，这才是第1场，所以第2场比赛我还有机会。

下午，明媚的阳光洒满了校园。操场上人声鼎沸，七年级男子排球赛就要开始了!

比赛开始了，我们班——3(3)班对战3(4)班。第一个球来了，队员们紧张起来，但听到啦啦队的加油声，队员们轻松的地接住了球，扣球“一分”我们欢呼到。接着，一分，两分，三分……我们班的队员拿的轻松又容易，到第五分时，对手们也不甘示弱，终于小宇宙爆发了，奋力直追，一分，两分……眼看就要追平比分了，我急得就像热锅上的蚂蚁团团转，就在这时，我班队员不甘示弱，一个扣球，哈!哈!又赢了一分。第一场比赛结束了我们班18比5大比分赢了比赛，队员们高兴得手舞足蹈。

可是，因为和3(4)班对决时，队员们耗损了大量的体力，所以和3(2)班对决时，几个球都没过网，这时队员们开始发急了，慢慢的配合不好了，二传手怨主攻老扣不死球，主攻怨副攻球老发不过网。你怨他，他怨你，结果这场球以12比18输了。刚才还兴高采烈的队员们一下子，就像霜打的茄子——蔫了。“灰心有什么用，站起来，我们相信你们一定行。”啦啦队员们大声喊到。

最后一场比赛，队员们又重新树立信心，开始和7(5)班的对决。我们班发球，球过界，白白丢了一分，可是队员们并没有相互埋怨，而是把鼓励的眼神送给队友。接下来的比赛更加精彩，拉拉队员们也更加用力的为队员们加油鼓劲。对手们首先把球掂到我队二传手里，只见我队二传手又把球轻轻往前一掂，紧接着，前排的一位队员猛地跳起来把球一扣，球就像飞速降落的流星落到了对手的手里，由于球太猛没有人能接住，我们班连连得分。在最后关键一球时，对方一位选手虽然很果断地想把球掂过来，但是哈!哈!太好了球没过网!我们班又以18比15赢了比赛。
