二、日记的格式

英文日记通常由书端和正文两个部分组成。日记常以第一人称记下当天生活中的所见、所闻、所做或所想的事情。中、英文的日记三格式大致一样。英语日记的书端是专门写日记的日期、星期和天气的。左上角是日期(年、月、日)、星期。右上角写上当天的天气情况，如：Sunny，Fine，Rainy，Windy，Snowy，Cloudy等。

1、日期表达有多种形式。年、月、日都写时，通常以月、日、年为顺序，月份可以缩写，日和年用逗号隔开。例如：

三、日记的要求

而效率的高低评价，要在结果成功的基础上。如果是一部烧脑电影，看完后你也许根本不知所云。如果是重要的事情要用手机联系，或许会因为打错字、消息发错人显得你不靠谱从而错过某些机会。而零食的味道你又是否真的体会到了？几件事情同时做，每件事情都只花了几分之一的心思，每件事得到的也只有几分之一。谈何效率？

记流水账也有好处啊。初中时我的日记都是以“今天我……”开头，然后就是一些流水账。慢慢地你会在一些小事情上也能发表一些看法了。譬如你今天在菜里吃到一条虫，你大可以进行谩骂，然后在这个场景里你或许会看到旁边的好友，他的反应是怎样的？你对他的反应有什么看法么？他今天和你一起做了什么有趣的事情？然后再展开下一个场景。

你要是暂且还不“知”，写日记来记录你的“行”，别人的“行”，慢慢地参考对照，你就自然会“知”。

在你已经“知”了一些道理的基础上，写日记可以帮助你对一个事物做出检视，考虑每个环节，哪里有问题，哪里需要改 进，促进你对“行”做出修正，直至你得到结果。结果的好坏，你也可以在日记中进行衡量。也许在经历之后，你会对“好”与“坏”重新审视一遍，说不定还会发现“灰”。

One Sunday my mother (Mother) had (made) me take my little young brother to

a trip to the country. She bade me take good care of him.While we were walking

I have rested for 10 days.In these days,I felt very bored.I didnt know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do,I felt uncomfortable.I was ill because of the hot weather.I was tired,sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact,it didnt matter.I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature.So when I went out,the high temperature disagreed to me.Finally,I was ill.

天刚破晓，窗外阴沉沉的，一股股刺骨的寒风吹来，我披着加厚的羽绒大衣走进跆拳道馆，与队员集合一起前往狮山体育馆参加省级青少年跆拳道超级联赛（佛山站）。

车辆准时出发，灰蒙蒙的天空与刺眼的路灯安然自在，车内的队友也是悠然自得，静静地坐在车上闭目养神，我的心扑通扑通地跳动。这是我学习三年多跆拳道以来首次比赛，分别有品势与竞技。此刻的心情带点紧张，又十分地兴奋。我疑惑不已，结果会怎么样呢？

到达目的地，整个体育馆人声鼎拂，人头涌动，整个场暖烘烘的，驱走了我的寒气。我马上跟随着教练的指导开始热烈的热身训练，等待比赛时间。

第一场品势比赛，终于轮到我上场了。比赛前进行检录，我信心满满，昂首挺胸，跨步向前，站在一排严肃的裁判面前。品势是假设真实格斗，当对方攻击时反击的一种技法。为了迎接这场比赛，我们整个道馆的参赛人员长达一个多月的加强训练，这次我拿出手的是太极六章，招招拳拳我得心应手，最后一声吼响彻全场，收拳收脚回点。几位裁判冰山似的脸冷冷地板着，没有一点多余的起伏，我的心瞬间凉了下来，会不会很差呢？

品势结束，幸好还有下一场竞技比赛，我的自信心又回来了，机会是靠自己争取的。

我记得教练说竞技是通过使用各种跆拳道技术以战胜对方为目的，动作要快、狠、准，每一次踢脚必须击中对方的弱点才有取得分数。站在赛场的我看着场上比赛队员精彩的演出，他们的动作速度有时快得像风一样瞬间击倒对手，有时又像锤子似的重挫对手，我看得目瞪口呆，场上的参赛员真是高手中的高手，不知道自己等下遇到的对手实力如何，可别像眼前的高手，我可不想瞬间被K出局。

时间飞快，转眼间就是我的赛点，我参加的是男子儿童组32-35公斤级。同样先检录上场，场上的对手看起来强壮结实，眼神犀利，好像一把剑似的穿透我的全身，那一瞬间我打了一个冷颤。

比赛开始，对手迅速左脚斜踢打到我的头，我躲也躲不及，对方得分；比赛继续，我才开始找对手的弱点，迎面给对方一脚，不料对手右脚又迅速往我身上一脚，对方又得一分……我被对手左一脚右一脚的踢在身上头上，各个重要部位，护具下的我似乎整个人懵了，只听到场上传来教练嗡嗡的加油声，场上的观众好像开始模糊不清，未等我清醒过来，我成了输家，大比分的落差惨淡地挂在眼前。

一个多月的努力白废了，站在赛场，我瞬间成狮子眼里的小绵羊，输得那么彻底。我落下了伤心难过的泪水，旁边同来的队员妈妈，一位好心阿姨暖心地跑过来安慰我：“小帅哥，不要哭了，失败是成功之母，只要下次再努力肯定能赢的！”可困在自己世界的我，偷偷躲到角落继续抱头痛哭流涕，完成控制不住自己。后来爸爸妈妈来了，泪干的我无力地站在他们面前，并告知了比赛结果。他们似乎并未在意，反而一会儿笑脸相迎，一会儿好言相劝，一会儿暖心拥抱，鼓励我向前看。我依然伤心难过，一副包青天似的黑脸，比黑炭还黑，对体育馆所有人与事，似乎漠不关心，完成沉溺在自己失败的世界无法自拔。

事后，我知道一场半场的输赢不是最终的结果，我们道馆获得省级“团体比赛第二名”，而我也获得所参加级别的第五名，道馆举行了隆重的颁奖仪式，电视台也来录像了，全道馆进行了热热闹闹的颁奖活动，现场还有出色的跆拳道劈板与品势表演，精彩纷呈，我所有的阴霾一走而空，似乎也明白了一些道理。

对输赢过于武断只会让自己困在黑暗的世界失去自我，反而忽略了身边的美好。跆拳道精神之百折不屈，只要努力，永远也不会白费！

风，呼啸，空气冷冽，不远处，有些人正忙碌着，这个地方是我待会要比赛轮滑的场地。

乌云密布，看起来就快要下雨了，正当我这么想时，雨滴滴答答的落下，却浇不熄我对这场比赛的兴奋，因为我热爱着轮滑，所以当我可以比赛时，我都会把握住每一个机会，这一次，我也要拿个好成绩!

但是，老天爷给了我机会，也给了我一个强劲的对手。雨渐渐的停了，比赛也恢复正常，可是这时的我，并不知道有个很大的挑战在等着我，我若无其事的进场准备，接着，我站到了起跑线，裁判一声“哔!”我用尽权力冲刺，却有一个人，比我还要快，我努力的追，却还是难以望其项背，冲过了终点线。

下场后，我哭了，眼泪像刚刚的雨一样，一滴一滴的落下，我好恨自己为什么追不到前面的那个人，我好恨自己为什么那么努力了却还是输，眼泪不停的流，等到我情绪发泄完之后，我才终于平静下来，等待名次的公布。

终于，我听到了我的名次，第四名和第三名，我很高兴，因为我从来没有那么好的成绩过，秒数也进步很多，所以，虽然我没有得到第一名，可是，只要我有进步，就是我在学轮滑的过程中最美好的事了!

To end our special news bulletin, said the voice of the television announcer, were going over to the macaroni fields of Calabria. Macaroni has been grown in this area for over six hundred years. The whole village has been working day and night gathering and threshing this years crop before the September rains.

On the right, you can see Mrs. Brabante herself. She has been helping her husband for thirty years now. Mrs. Brabante is talking to the manager of the local factory where the crop is processed. This last scene shows you what will happen at the end of the harvest: the famous Calabrian macaroni-eating competition! Signor Fratelli, the present champion, has won it every year since 1991. 我一天的学习生活 My School Day

I get up at six in the morning. Then I wash my face and brush my teeth.

After a quick breakfast, I go to school in my mothers car. It takes us more

than half an hour to get there.

我早晨六点起床，然后我洗脸、刷牙。匆匆吃完早饭，我坐妈妈的车上学。我们要用半个多小时才能到达学校。

We have four hour classes in the morning. I have lunch at my grandparents,

because their home is nearer to my school.

After two classes in the afternoon, school is over. Then we clean our

classroom.

I get home at about half past five. We have dinner at seven. After dinner I

do my homework. If I finish my homework early, I can watch TV for half an hour.

I go to bed at half past nine or ten.
