I have rested for a week. I began to feel bored. So I went out with my

friends. They are my best friends in the middle school. We didn’t go to

someplace special. We just saw the other. We had lunch together. While we were

having lunch, we were still talking about the new school and new friends. Yes! A

year later, we have grown riper. And we learned much more things and got new

My dream school day starts at 8:30 a.m. It finishes at 4 p.m. so we would have a lot of time for after-school activities.

We have half an hour for lunch. We can eat anything and chat with each other. We can also listen to pop music in the hall. We eat an apple every day because it can keep us healthy.

We have Chinese Maths English and physics every day because they are useful and very important. We wear school uniforms on Monday.

央广网南京8月18日消息 据中国之声《全球华语广播网》报道，南京楼市当下最“一房难求 ”的区域，莫过于河西南部，这个区域内的楼盘始终保持“开盘即售罄”的状态。不过，近日，有媒体报道，河西新房又要集体推迟上市时间，这对一房难求的河西板块无疑是雪上加霜。

就在河西南部,有上千套住宅早已建成却寂寞地空置，这就是青奥村。从2011年33亿元拿地至今，青奥村的地价已经出现了火箭般的升值，但在青奥会结束后，却已经空置了两年。

据悉，南京青奥村6栋公寓楼约有1950套房子，面积70平方米到80平方米不等，青奥会过去两年了，这些房子一直空置着。今年4月，其中一栋楼出租给外商，其他房子依然空置，剩余的公寓如何利用?能否上市销售?记者联系了青奥村的上级主管部门，南京河西新城区开发建设指挥部。

负责建设青奥村的南京奥体建设开发有限责任公司的副总经理表示，青奥会结束后，他们对六栋楼进行了不同风格的装修。其中三栋可作为国际人才公寓出租，另外三栋将作为住宅销售。但是什么时候可以卖，卖多少钱不清楚，“因为租出来销售就牵扯到原有的一些装修要进行提升，目前所有的工作正在有序的进展之中。”

资深房地产评论员殷德华指出，青奥会房屋上市问题很复杂。“青奥村其实是公寓性质，并不完全是纯粹的住宅小区性质。因此即便上市也会面临着诸如学区、相关的配套等等问题。”

其实，从1924年巴黎奥运会上第一个奥运村的诞生，到1932年建设奥运村被正式写入奥林匹克宪章。在奥运村发展初期，其赛后利用的问题并没有引起人们的关注。进入20世纪90年代，国际奥委会对奥运设施的赛后利用特别加以关注，他们希望奥运会的举办不要对承办城市增加经济上的负担和财政损失，同时竭力主张奥运设施的建设要和赛后利用结合起来。

奥运村在奥运结束之后又将面临怎样的命运?

全球华语广播网韩国观察员南黎明介绍，首尔奥运村是被当做住宅进行上市销售的，但售价却非普通工薪阶层可以承担。

南黎明介绍，首尔奥运村位于首尔市江东区的遁村、梧琴洞一带，是为1988年第24届首尔奥运会而建造的。于1988年5月竣工，总建筑面积将近63万平米，共有122栋楼，近5600个套间。首尔奥运村在奥运会结束后就返还给了房主们，但是因为它的便利条件，至今房价仍然要比周围居住区高出2000-3000万韩元。一般靠工资过日子的工薪阶层要买这样的公寓应该非常困难。

再看美国，上个世纪80年代以来，在美国分别举办了洛杉矶奥运会和亚特兰大奥运会。华尔街多媒体记者赵冰晶称，美国的这两届奥运会并没有特地建造奥运村。先追溯到1996年的亚特兰大奥运会。亚特兰大是美国东南部最大的城市，CNN全球新闻网等大公司的总部所在地。1996年，亚特兰大着实借着奥运会取得了飞速发展。但它却出人意料地不建奥运村。而是借用了乔治亚理工学院的学生宿舍作为奥运村。奥运期间正值学生放假，政府对学生宿舍进行改造后用作奥运村，奥运会后又将宿舍归还给学校。这样做大大减低了奥运村的建设预算和后期运营风险。事实上，亚特兰大并不是第一个不建奥运村的城市。1984年洛杉矶奥运会，主办方也租借了加利福尼亚大学和南加利福尼亚大学的宿舍供运动员住宿。美国似乎并没有专门为奥运运动员们建立奥运村，不过洛杉矶申办的2024年奥运会的主席表示，将会建造10万套的平价住宅既能方便运动员，也会缓解洛杉矶的住房短缺。

聚焦加拿大。2010年冬奥会之后，温哥华市政府把奥运村的公寓分为三类，一类是商品房供出售，一类是出租房以市场价格出租，还有一类是社会福利房，在奥运会以后，把这些房子以非常低的价格出租给低收入人群。但是卖出去的大多是一些价格比较便宜的低端奥运公寓，而一些高端的、价格昂贵的奥运村公寓却迟迟无人问津。

最后看看澳大利亚。全球华语广播网澳大利亚观察员胡方表示，悉尼奥运村在正式启用前就已经销售一空。

据胡方介绍，悉尼奥运村的房子在悉尼奥运会之前就已经全部预售出去了。等到奥运会召开的时候，主办方采取回租的形式从业主手中又租下了这些房子。在奥运会期间，悉尼奥运村总共容纳了15000名运动员，而在奥运会召开之后，奥运村变成了4500人居住的幸福的家园。房价中位数大约在50万澳币，约合人民币330万元。这个价格在悉尼西部地区属于中等价位。

一些人表示，选择这个区域的房子有几方面原因，一是所谓的奥运出品，必属佳品;另外一个原因是如果买一个二手别墅，往往要今天去修水管，明天要抓白蚂蚁等，特别麻烦。2000年的悉尼新房，特别是整个社区的新房建造并不像中国国内那样热火朝天，而且澳大利亚几乎从来没有过几千人甚至上万人一起居住的超级大型社区，所以看到不错的新房，自然会选择这样的社区。

First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

world.

敌队呢，只是埋怨守门员胆小。敌队守门员则暗自庆幸没有被击中。

一小时后，我们满头大汗。但是我们以36分的成绩打败了只有18分的敌队，敌队现在还抱怨守门员呢!这是使我最快乐的体育课。

上星期五的下午,我睡过午觉,起来写了一会儿作业,听见外面有人叫我,原来是我的好朋友：王灿、高圣、陈杰、王圣、刘梅来叫我一起去踢足球。
