回首遥望，一位选手博得了人们的鲜花与掌声，每个人都崇敬地望着她，评委也被她吸引了过去。

我低着头，走回家。

临近傍晚，我失望的踏进了大门。我洗了洗手，把目光投向了钢琴。刹那间，我似乎懂得了一个道理：真正的舞台在家中，我之所以失败，是因为我每天只弹二十分钟或三十分钟，而别人，练两个小时甚至三个小时。这是个很大的差距!

于是，我沉住气，稳心神，沉静地打开乐谱，弹起了老师布置的曲子。我心想：这次失败了，不代表下次继续失败。加油，你行的!我先用一只手弹，然后用双手弹，越弹越流利。我重拾了信心，心中的乌云一扫而过。

这次比赛失败，让我懂得了真正的舞台在家里，毕竟要想人前显贵，必定背后受罪。

I have a great news to inform here. Through long efforts, Beijing has been granted the right to host 2008 Olympic games. As a resident in Beijing, I feel quite excited and like to share with you my happiness.

This success means a lot more than a game to me. In the first place, this Games will definitely promote the development of our economy. According to a recent survey by some experts, this games will raise our GDP by about 3%, and offer about 10,000 jobs. Whats more, our culture will be widely recognized and accepted all over the world through the Games. People will come over from every corner of the world, and experience Chinese culture in every aspect. Besides, through the games, our living environment will be greatly improved. 寒假的一天

It was a very busy evening, I was doing my homework at my home. My father

was writing a composition in the study room. My mother was interested in

Shanghai opera. She was watching a Shanghai opera contest. The apartment was

very quiet. Suddenly the light went out. It was a blackout, but I liked it very

much. It came and I didnt have to do my homework. We went to the living room

very slowly.

After 5 minutes, we all sat in the sofa. It was a lucky, fortunate day. I

said that lets held a concert. My parents agreed with me. I took out some

candles and lighted up. We were singing, laughing and talking. We had a really

good time. But while I was singing, the light suddenly turned on. Oh, my God. My

father went back to his room went on writing.

My mother turned on the TV and said to me “Dear, do your homework!” I felt

very frustrated. I sat at the desk and thought I hated light. I hoped there

为了提高自己的英语水平， 把知识和实践结合，在朋友的介绍下，我来到了龙海学友教育补习机构，开始了我的执教之路。该学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业中学学培训机构，我的实习地点是福建漳州龙海市，这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。我的实践内容是教培训班的学生英语课程。由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。学校总负责人也为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——赵老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅!

My happy Spring Festival After the New Year’s Eve dinner with my family, we began to sit down in front of the TV, and enjoyed 2008 CCTV Spring Festival gala. At about ten o’clock, the black sky was lightened by lots of fireworks with colorful light and happy sound. We stop watching the CCTV 2008 CCTV Spring Festival gala, and began to climb up the balcony to see the beautiful fireworks view, and my father took some fireworks up, and we also began to play fireworks. What a beautiful night. Later, my cell phone was ringing all the time. I received lots of short messages from my friends and classmates. They all blessed me happy New Year. When I woke up in the first day of New Year, my father and mother gave two red packets to me, and blessed me that everything will go well on me. I thanked them, and accepted the red packets happily. I have been waiting for the day that I can get lots of red packets. This is my happiest time of the year. After lunch, both my family went to the park, the streets, and the shops or supermarkets. We took many photos in the park, and bought many things in the shops or supermarket.

I met my uncles and aunts, they all blessed us happy New Year and gave me red packets. I was too happy to count how many red packets I got. The following days, we visited my grandparents and some of relatives. We happily talk with them, and brought some presents to them, and also received some New Year presents. This was how did I spend my Spring Festival; I really enjoyed myself in Spring Festival.

I watched television late last night so I woke up late。 My mother asked me

to go to the market to buy some eggs for her。 When I played with a little dog on

the street， I dropped the eggs on the ground。 They were all broken。 My mother

was very angry with me when I went home。 I am very unhappy today。

Today I was at home lonely, due to my husband need to work overtime and no time to accompany me. I make my own way to leave SZ city to come to him, but unfortunately, my love lost his job and try to find a job in SZ city. Bad news for us, but we have no choice. We need to make money, I know it is hard for him to find a satisfactory job due to the overall economy situation is bad in 2012. But the New Year for 2013 is coming soon. We really hope that everything will be ok with us. I have to make meals by myself and just sit in front of computer. Since I have not showed my concerned to my friends for a long time, I made some phone calls to my friends and say hello to them. Happily, most of them are living a good life. I am a couch potato and crazy about the USA soap opera whose name is broken sisters. This series is very funny, so I will watch them as long as I am available. I really want to make some relaxation by listening to songs and watching funny series / movies. I guess I over use my eyes in the company, due to frequent overtime at the normal working days. My neck and my eyes feel terrible. I feel uneasy that I always dream a lot when I was asleep. The next morning when I woke up, oh, my god, I do not feel like doing anything at all, just feel headache. I hated to dream a lot in the sleeping time.

Sometimes I feel ashamed for my poor oral English. So many girls in our department can speak fluent English and absolutely do not have difficulty in communicating with foreign guys. I envy of them and I just too lazy to make some useful effort for spoken English. All the mangers in our company are proficiency in written and spoken English and all of them are from HK. Maybe I should learn something from them.

I need to work 5 days per week, after two days rest. Every time when I back to office on Monday, just feel verysleepy. Somehow I have the same feeling every Monday. I just call it black Monday. Because I have to back to normal and resume to work. I have not written something in English to record my daily life for couple of weeks. I think I need to make it up once I am available. No matter how busy I am, my strong interested in learning English will never stop. I think I‘d better go to bed early tonight, in order to avoid laziness for work tomorrow.

The English summer camp begins today.We were all excited today.

When we got on the bus in the morning,our guide miss Guo reminded us to

take care of ourseues.She also asked us to introduce ourselves and after that,we

got known with each other.

How time flies!After only on hour,we got to Zhejiang University.The

university is pretty,beautiful and large.The Teaching buildings and student’s

building are very new.I couldn’t wait to go into the student’s building.The

condition of the flat is good.The air conditioner is prepared for us.The

headteacher has a strong mind,no matter how hot it was,he still helped us to

solve the problems.

In the afternoon,we had our first class.Mrs Zheng asked us 10 questions,and

we answered them.

After having dinner,my friend and I went to the supermarket to buy some

fruit.

What do you think the life in the future will be like?

In the future there will be computers in our homes. Computers will help us

to know a lot over the world. We will be able to talk by e-mail. Scientists will

make many robots. Robots can help us to do some cleaning, do some cooking or do

some washing. We can do some shopping and see a doctor without going out of our

homes.

The life in the future will be good. For this, we will study hard. I

我和教练、同学们坐车来到一所无比宽大的中学。我们去到了体育馆里，静静地等待着比赛。

“请白带同学到后台等候。”突然，广播响了。教练告诉我们准备上台了，一定要尽力，要用力。说完，教练叫我们排队去后台等候。

到达后台，教练就走了，工作人员叫我们坐下。刚坐下，我的心就开始跳得比火箭还要快，紧张的心情爆发了，身体一直在抖。

突然，工作人员叫我们坐到比赛场所的后面第二排，我的心跳动得更快了。看到旁边人山人海，我的头上就冒出来一滴滴冷汗，身上的鸡皮疙瘩掉满一地。

过了一会，工作人员又叫我们再往前坐一排，我的身体已经不由自主地定在那里，眼睛眨都不眨一下。

又过了几分钟，工作人员便叫我们站起来，看见另一组领了奖后，我们迈着沉重而紧张的步伐走上了比赛区域。

到达比赛区域后，我先敬礼，然后做好准备。领导说开始后，我便开始了。不过我的速度很慢，没什么力气，最后要喊出来的那一声，我喊得很小声，我并没有勇敢起来。不过，出乎我意料之中的事发生了，我和一位同学一起赢了，在我旁边的同学被淘汰了。

到第二轮了，我变得勇敢起来。我先敬礼，然后做好准备，领导说开始了，我便像教练说的那样一个口令两个动作，但口令不需要说出来。在心里默默地数，到最后一个动作了，我以自己最大的声音喊了出来，领导说收，我便做回准备的动作，然后立正，最后敬礼。

接下来，就轮到领奖了，我心想：不要淘汰我啊，我不要当第二名。

领导先叫被淘汰的两位同学过来，她们一位站在最后，一位站在倒数第二。轮到最重要的时候了，领导把我放在第一位，另一位在第二位，此时，我的心情无比快乐。因为我得了冠军。

这次的比赛是我第一次参加的比赛，我在这当中学会了勇敢。得了第一名，我希望我下次的比赛还能取得这样优异的成绩。
