星期五，天高气爽，云淡日丽，我的笑容也格外灿烂!因为，今天我们又要去看排球比赛。

第三节课下课后，我们早早地吃完饭，在优育办公室外等着送我们去少体校的车。没过多久，我们就坐上了大巴车。路上，我都在想：他们都来自哪里?他们厉害吗?我们会不会赢呢?这次我们看比赛应该会学到很多东西吧……想着想着，我们到达了目的地。

我们依次下了车，走进了比赛场地。陈老师让比赛的队员们互相对掂，然后练习发球。

过了会儿，只见裁判员大声说：“请行知实验小学和雅戈尔小学对决。”首先，是候悦发球，她用手掌敲球的那一瞬间，我们大声地喊着“好球。”她把球发到了对方的中间——那里没有球员站着，紧接着，是我们的鼓掌声，他们没接到球。我心里高兴地想：秦老师经常说，良好的开端是成功的一半。他们连第一个球都没接到，看来我们女排已经成功了一半!

第二局，我们是和庄桥小学的球员打。因为前面和雅戈尔小学打过，我们赢了，所以有点骄傲。这一轮，我们发球发得太重，多次出界，失了几分，不过没关系，因为我们女排的技术比她们好得多。我们一共打了三轮，第一轮我们赢了，第二轮输了，但第三轮还是赢了。

最后一局，和我们打的是溪口小学，虽然前面两局我们女排赢了，但我还是很担心，因为她们是羽毛球队的，扣球非常厉害，所以我们两轮都输了……

这次看比赛真有趣啊!不但学到了打球的技术，还学到许多道理。

奥运会已经开始好几天了，已经进行了很多比赛项目，我在其中也受到了感染。

今天晚上有一场举重比赛，而且比赛十分激烈，每一位参赛选手都不相上下，都没有选手失败过。比赛越来越激烈，可是，每次举重时的重量都会多了几斤，这给后面的选手都增加了不少的压力，后面的选手都一个接一个地失败。一位韩国选手前面都举得不错，但，第一次试举就受伤了，如果他放弃的话，他的成绩就会是零分。当我们看到他依然站在举重台上的时候，全场的观众给他报以热烈的掌声。他受了伤，能把杠铃举起来，有点天方夜谭，但他的精神值得我们学习。最终，由于重量太重，加上他的腿又受了伤，他还是没能把杠铃举起来，但排山倒海的掌声响了起来。

到我们中国队的队员——廖辉上场了，全场热烈欢呼鼓掌。结果，廖辉与一个法国选手不相上下，但是，廖晖这次在奥运会上的表现可谓一波三折，第一把试举，要了185公斤，但没有成功。第二把，他顶住压力成功地举起了185公斤!第三把，他又举起了190公斤，把总成绩提升到了348公斤，也锁定了这枚男子69公斤级的金牌。但是，那位韩国选手与廖辉不服输，不放弃的精神是值得我们学习的!

It was the second day of our winter holiday. I felt good. I felt I’m free. I had a lot of time to do things I like. My parents are in Beijing. So I live alone but I don’t feel lonely. But I didn’t do something special.
