Today we saw a movie at noon and in the afternoon. It’s name suggested that it was a horrific one, but it wasn’t horrific at all. We finished watching at 5:30pm, and walked to our dormitories when we got there, it was 6:00. we had our dinner as quickly as we could and then rushed to the classroom. I’ve never been in such a hurry! In the afternoon we acted. We watched to a short play for three times and the teacher asked us to act. 开幕式的前几项是各级领导的讲话，我觉得一点也没有意思。将近二十分钟后，终于到了我盼望已久的跳伞表演节目啦！第一个节目是国旗飘扬，只见五名运动员带着国旗和队旗，围绕着操场上空表演。然后是“金龙飞舞”，你知道吗，运动员身后的那条金龙有15米长呢。在“欢庆盛典”和“直隶彩虹”等高难度花样跳伞表演之后，七名女跳伞运动员头戴凤冠，身穿七彩霞衣从800米高空翩然而下，仿佛七仙女缓缓落入草坪，也将整场表演推向了高潮。

考拉小巫有字幕组的经历，我认为这可能是她英语突飞猛进的一个关键因素。她在做电影字幕，很多时候有听译，听译实际上我们平时的听写是差不多的，而且字幕是要见人的，所以从头到尾容不得一点马虎，可以说，考拉小巫在强迫自己一次一次做高强度听写+理解输出。而且在听译这么多电影的过程中，她一定大量有反复听同一电影的经历。所以，她被她嚼烂了的电影的量，甚至高过一部分人泛读的量。精听精读是提高技能的一个关键步骤，如果她精听的量超过了普通人精读的量，那么我们有理由相信，她至少在接收信息这一方面，有了很大的提高。

关于词汇量的论述

在这本书中，考拉小巫研究来研究去，最后发现影响阅读速度的第一大天敌还是词汇量的问题。她引用了一句话说：“GRE的单词是有用的，在美国读研究生的时候自然就知道了”。

今天上午，我和妈妈一起去包一中体育馆看世界中学生排球锦标赛。

我们去时比赛还没有开始，我当时很紧张，生怕我们中国队打不好。体育馆内进行着两场比赛，一场是女子组，另一场是男子组。九点比赛正式开始。中国台北女队的大姐姐很厉害，对局斯洛文尼亚队 ，两场都取得了胜利。

而中国男队对塞浦路斯，却失败了。

第一局中国男队发挥得不好，所以让塞浦路斯以25：20取得了胜利。第二局中国队先开始发挥得很好，领先塞浦路斯3分，我也和观众一起鼓掌。

很快塞浦路斯追了上来，和中国队打成了8平。观众当时很紧张，所以不停地为中国队加油。可是中国队拦网和扣球发挥得不好，失误较多。最后又以25：22输给了对方。

这次中国男队虽然没有获得胜利，但是，我还是为他们加油!因为他们尽力了。

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问我有理由迟到吗?最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。、
