比赛刚开始，我就被运动员们的舞姿吸引住了。他们一会儿旋转，一会儿起跳，就像翩翩起舞的蝴蝶。美国的一对选手给我留下很深印象。女选手梳着十分利落的短发，动作非常灵活有力，像个小男孩；男选手优雅帅气，动作十分潇洒。特别是他们两个一个黑皮肤，一个白皮肤，配合在一起还很有趣。比赛下来，他们得到了很高的分数。我不禁为中国选手捏一把汗。

德国选手出场了。他们配合十分默契，动作干净利索，起跳时无比轻盈，落地时稳稳当当，最后，以零失误完成了表演，分数还达到了第一名。表演结束时，他们向赛场致谢，还感动地哭了，看来，他们也对自己的表现很满意。我想，他们之所以这么完美，是因为他们互相信任，而且配合了很多年，十分默契；他们在舞台上非常放松，当然也很专注；多年的练习也让他们具备了很多技巧。无疑他们得到了全场最高分。我的心里更紧张了，不禁设想起来：中国人会跳成什么样呢？

终于，中国选手韩聪和隋文静迈着轻盈的步伐上场了。上一场比赛他们俩配合得很不错，不知道这一场怎么样，我都有点不敢看了。优美的音乐响起来，他们时而充满热情，时而动作优美，抛跳、旋转、配合都很完美，我都陶醉了。突然，隋文静一个踉跄，手撑了一下地！“完了！”我大声喊，沮丧！尽管接下来再没出现一个失误，可比分，还是落下了。

接下来还有一对选手，他们比赛过程中，我和弟弟一直喊着“摔倒！摔倒！”可外国选手还是完美完成了比赛。最后，中国选手取得了银牌。

尽管冬奥会比赛结束已经有一段时间了，但是那场比赛还是仿佛刚刚结束。我体会到了比赛的美好和残酷，也为自己最后的急躁而羞愧。因为比赛应该是友谊第一，比赛第二的。我期待四年后北京的冬奥会。

天助我也!周老师在家长群里发送了“魔方六面体还原”视频，我如获至宝，迫不及待地打开链接，开始依着上面的步骤学了起来。起初还好，大概花了两个小时，我就学会了前五步，也就是在回周围的第二层和最上层的“十”字，经过几遍练习，我能在极短的时间内搞定。可到了第六步——顶面角块归位时，卡壳了。尽管视频放了一遍又一遍，就是听得一头雾水，刚把这边摆弄好，那边又出了岔子，把我搞得焦头烂额，抓耳挠肋，恨不得生呑活剥了它。唉，学魔方怎么比登天还难呐!我对天长叹。

妈妈在一边心疼地说道：“休息一下了吧，你一学就是5个多小时了。”奶奶也唤我去吃晚饭了，我心不在焉地吃了几口，连平日里最爱吃的菜都一动不动，又把自己关在房间里开始钻研起来。看来，我太痴迷了，我与魔方杠上了，我不信打败不了它。我一边看视频，一边做笔记，一边记公式，一边拧魔方……不知不觉，已到了半夜，眼皮开始打架了，我不得不放下魔方去睡觉了。

第二天，天刚露出鱼肚白，我就醒了，奶奶笑着说我半夜三更说着梦话：什么远切回回接孩子放学……我还以为你发烧在说胡话呢。我苦笑一声，又躲进房间，继续与魔方较上劲。有时，我离成功只差一步之遥了，却又被我打乱了，只得从头于来;有时我也想过放弃，但一想，这也许是对我的考验呢，胜利就在前方向我招手呢，又咬咬牙挺住了。

功夫不负有心人，终于，在经过三天三夜的不懈努力，魔方终于在我手中乖乖败下阵来。“耶，我会六面还原啰!”我的声音惊动爸爸妈妈，他们急切地要求我露一手，只听“啪啪”，我迅速翻转着魔方，90秒，完工。直看得爸爸傻了眼，惊的合不拢嘴，连向来严肃的妈妈也直竖起大拇指不住地夸赞我。包含幸福的泪珠从我脸上流过，热乎乎的。

魔方对我来说就似困难，你弱它就强，你强它就弱。只要坚信自己能成功，执着追求，就能迎来胜利……

在星期一的下午在学校举行了3年级排球比赛，当时的情景可以用宋丹丹的一句话概括：“那场面，那情景，那真是锣鼓喧天鞭炮齐鸣，红旗招展人山人海啊!”

第一场比赛开始了，是我们班对四班，要猜拳决定谁先发球，要开始发球了，打球的人和看球的人都同样紧张，取得先机很重要，4班发球，后来我们赢了。

第二场比赛开始了，是和二班打，二班和我们班一直是劲敌，要开始猜拳了，他们班赢，比赛开始，二班发球，只见二班的发球手奋力一击把球发过来，我们队也不甘示弱，张智航往上一打，田鹏钰马上蹦起来扣球，二班张智威往上打了一下，李嘉政一个扣球，二班一阵欢呼，我们班的人都为参赛人员加油呐喊，后来我们班输了，准备第三场比赛。第三场比赛开始了，是我们班对五班，五班打败了二班，二班打败了我们，跟五班打按理论是打不败的，唉，怨天尤命吧。第一回合，我们班奋力攻击，可都被五班化解了，班上的观众都疯狂的呐喊着：“603班加油，603班必胜。”而我则撕心裂肺的喊着，可第一盘还是输了，第二局，我们班奋起反抗，大家配合得就像一个人似的，终于，第二盘我们赢了，该第三局了贾老师使出了激将法，那就是今天如果打赢了今天晚上就没作业，我们全班一听，士气大增，球员仿佛变得力大无穷，啦啦队奋力嘶喊，这时，赛点来了，双方都是17分，再赢一分就能获胜了，真是千钧一发啊，该我们发球了，此时两班的人都很紧张，我想唐琛茗和田鹏钰一等最紧张，大家都屏住呼吸，等待结果，唐琛茗奋力一击，五班的人没接住，我们班赢了，全班一阵欢呼，有人兴奋得用力捶胸，有的人大叫，有的一把抱住参赛队员，后来我们兴奋的回了班。

Today, my parents were not at home, they had something to deal with, so

they left me alone. I was so happy because I could be in charge in my own house,

it made me feel like I was a grow-up. I wanted to give my parents a surprise, so

I planned to clean the house. It was not easy to do the house chores, first, I

swept the floor and took notice of every corner. And then I rearranged the

messed things. I just wanted to make sure the room would be very clean at first

sign. When my parents went home, they couldnt believe what I had done, they

第二场比赛开始了，我和弟弟开始抢球。我又抢到了球，我回头看看弟弟追不上我，我得意了一会儿。突然，弟弟用闪电般速度追上了我，从我手中抢走了球。我醒过神来时，弟弟已经快到进球了，我一心想追，可来不及了。弟弟一脚就把球踢进了球门。我想：没事，现在是平局，还有最后一局呢。最后一局开始了，弟弟疾跑抢到了球之后，我一个神龙摆尾把弟弟脚中的球抢了过来，弟弟又把球抢了回去，我们这样抢来抢去，最后我一个铲球，球就跑到我的手中，等我快要进球时，弟弟竟然不追了，在那大笑起来，我疑惑不解，等我进球时我恍然大悟。原来是我紧张跑错了球门。

I decide to do a good girl

Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not very healthy so I decide

to do housework for her more frequently. Thus she will feel happy and become

better. Suddenly, an idea hit me that it’s terrible to grow old becuase you have

to worry about both your health and others’ opinions. Once again, I make a

In my opinion, the movie “ the pursuit of happyness “ is a meaningful film,

the hero of the movie is an active man. Though his life was very hard, his wife

left because of the situation of their family.His work was also unfortunate. He

never gave up and still work hard.Then he took care of his little son. He is

going after happiness all the time, so his life is running . Time is very

importmant to him, he must finish his task on time , or he wouldnt live a

我们这组17个同学分在了西安市第75中学，校车将我们送到目的地已快10点了。先是大家一起将行李被褥搬到宿舍，幸好有个男同胞寇斌帮了不少忙。我跟舍友晓迪富贵儿一直都在一起，也住在了同一个宿舍，心里深感安慰。老大去了陕重子弟中学，刘敏考研复习，朱自主实习去了公司，小晴子也是自己联系了学校。

看到校园里一张张或天真稚嫩或玩世不恭的面庞，让人不禁想到当年的自己。其实老成也不一定是装的，到了某个年龄的人自然而然就有了些许俯视的姿态，但绝非傲慢。

之前听去郊区农村实习回来的朋友诉说条件的艰苦，再看看这里，很知足了。校园很干净，还有塑胶操场，其实这所学校能评上西安市重点肯定有一定的基础的。除了住宿，有些狭窄，我睡上铺，简直上不去也下不来，很费劲；而且还发现宿舍没有装暖气，对那些住校生们可真是个很好的锻炼，梅花香自苦寒来嘛！

一切安顿停当，我们学校过来的主任、指导老师及实习生们和75中的校长、各主任一起来了简短的座谈会，给我们讲了实习期间的安排以及对学校环境的介绍，都很热心。然后教务主任就要了份实习生名单要当场给我们分配班级，有些出乎我们指导老师的意料，因为既有高中也有初中，指导老师本想根据我们个人的能力分配。我的名字在第二个写，当念我代初一2班时，失落的很；他突然又顿了顿“哦这个是班长啊，那分到高中组吧，高一1班。”我心里真乐开花儿了，我很是想教高中，也踏实了，否则我真一天天过的抑郁呢！

还给我们分了间办公室，是个暂不用的化学实验室，进去有股淡淡的化学药品的气味，但很宽敞。那个主任很细心，还让我去后勤领了饮水机和纯净水。

上午我代班级的班主任没来，下午课前我自己去找了。在1班教室门口，我跟班主任简单介绍了下，她就说那也跟同学们见见吧，我有些矜持走了进去，同学们之前应有所耳闻，给了我很热烈的掌声，问我姓什么教什么，看着下面期待好奇的那些脸庞我笑着一一答复。开场有些活跃我之前准备的几句漂亮的台词都没用上，还是自然些好呢！这样更真实也更容易接近。

然后去了高一组办公室跟班主任沟通，班主任办公桌对面碰巧就是英语老师的办公

桌，我们一起聊了聊。这两位老师都中年人看样子很有经验的样子，又是一阵窃喜，这样我能学到很多宝贵经验了，他们对我很热心。我主动找班主任要了份学生名单，手抄了份，这样先对名字有个大概印象再对号入座会更容易些。很佩服我的日语老师了，给我们教了两三天就都能叫出我们全班的名字很是厉害。

下午第二节就是英语，我去听课，做了听课记录。

我们系主任让我和晓迪负责我们实习期间的事务。因此我们提前拟好的各项纪律制度，然后大家召集在一起开会。会后各自去吃饭，收拾东西。

在这里跟在学校实在没法比，尤其是时间观念。现在的中学生确实挺辛苦的，我也将跟他们一起遵守作息时间，共同度过这一个半月了。

希望我和我的学生们建立融洽的师生关系。
