简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

充实的一天

今天是忙碌的，整整一个上午，都是在不断的听写英语、督促同学们学习中度过的，下课了，我就立刻找那些英语单词背不好的孩子听写，课上，便马不停蹄的批作业，并且时刻盯着宇，让她学习。我是喜欢和她一起学习的，感觉她是有那种学习的热情的，可以给我以感染力，又让我充满动力与激情。她也是听话的，只是稍微不仔细了一些，慢慢改正，应该是可以的。

让优秀坚持下去

中午批数学卷时，我分配给了几名学生，他们都欣然接受了，只有艾不想批，我对她说：“你不是答应老师可以做值日班长吗?为什么又不要做了?优秀是需要坚持的，今天优秀，明天就不了那算不上优秀。”艾似乎觉得有道理，便争着要批卷了。在我看来，艾是个心灵手巧、善于观察的小姑娘，只是有时候不太注意自己是在一个集体中，总做一些特立独行的事情，但这些并不影响她成为一个优秀的人，如果她能把这份优秀一直坚持下去，那真的是不可估量啊!

肩负一份责任

把机会让给他

下午上了一节令人震撼的语文公开课，不仅因为老师和同学们精彩的配合，更是因为那个多次发言的禹(同学们说他“外刚内萌”，感觉很有趣)。在这节课快要下课时，老师再次点到了他，但他并没有急于回答，而是说：“老师，我把这个机会让给我的同桌，因为他也总举手，可是一次机会也没有得到。”顿时，听课的老师们被禹的回答说笑了，包括安老师也包括我，这个笑绝对不是嘲笑，也不是搞笑，而是一种欣慰的笑，一种赞赏的笑。在大家都急于表现自己的时候，禹的这种友情、这种谦让，让所有人为他竖起大拇指，又怎能不令我感动呢?

I went to watch the movie Wolf warriors 2 today as I heard it was a big hit

in China. I am not the biggest fan of WuJing(the director and leading role of

the movie), but this movie he direct really impressed me. I have watched Wolf

Warrior which I would consider as a good movie, but II is way much better. It is

the first Chinese movie that is built on the context of African country and

actually shot in South Africa, bearing the risk of suffering the disturbance on

the set. The way the plot unfolds and the courage and patriotism is delivered to

its audience makes it more than a simple action movie. Love this movie and will

go for it a second time!

4月20日，我们一行十一人在教练的带领下，奔赴新乡市去参加2019河南省跆拳道运动队选拔赛，教练说这次选拔赛得到名次的个人和团体可以去参加全国的跆拳道比赛，心情好激动，暗暗下定决心，好好比赛，争取这个机会。

这次比赛是星期六出发去新乡参加比赛，星期天晚上才能回来，我便想到了星期天我还有一次游学骑行呢，但是这次跆拳道比赛是4年才一次的参赛机会，也是对我多年跆拳道训练的一次检验机会，所以很遗憾没能参加游学营活动，回来后看了游学营公众号，看到这次活动比以往更加丰富多彩，羡慕，遗憾之情难以言表，这可能就是书上说的那句，鱼与熊掌不可兼得吧……

4月20日，我们下午到达之后先熟悉了场地，然后再做了赛前训练……到了晚上，一想到明天要参加的比赛，有点小兴奋，过了好长时间才终于迷迷糊糊的睡着了……一觉醒来，想起今天的比赛，瞬间清醒，精神抖擞…Letsgo！

激动人心的大赛开始了，因为是全省选拔，参赛的队员很多，每一个人都是不容忽视的竞争对手，尽管我表面上看上去很镇定，内心还是有一点小慌，因为看到其他选手精彩的表演，感到真是天外有天，人外有人，强中更有强中手啊！

混双比赛，马上就要开始了，尽管前面的组打的很好，很强大，可我们依然很有信心战胜他，在台上，我们使出全身的力量，尽量是每一个功作都做到位，我觉得我俩配合的还是很默契的，本以为可以得到一个好成绩，可是结果呢，我们输了，而且输的很惨，竟然是全场倒数第一，这是什么情况？为什么我们输了？瞬间，我激动的心情坠入谷底……我们三组人只有两组进了决赛，那被淘汰的一组就是我这个组了，这时，我甚至特别想放弃比赛，想大哭一场……忽然间，我想到了正在参加骑行的小君子们，尽管我没能参加，可是我能感觉到他们的坚持不懈的精神，他们可能正在一步一步的攀爬登山，也可能正在骑行，上一个艰难的大坡，可是不管是登山还是爬坡，他们都能坚持，从不怕苦，从不叫累，虽然他们不在我身边，却传递给我精神鼓励，传递给我坚持不懈的奋斗意志，想到这里，就像是给我打了一针强心剂，是啊，修修君子，如栋如梁，经风历雨，始我少年！不经历风雨，怎能见彩虹？

团体赛开始了，我、王博康、鲁浩俞，经过几轮淘汰赛，杀进总决赛，经过了前二轮的比赛，我总结了一点经验，那就是调整好心态，振奋精神，我们使出浑身的力量，配合默契如一人，决赛中每一个动作都力求准确到位，干净利索，吼声如雷，拿出最好的状态，展现出自己最精彩的一面，最终，我们从一群战队中脱颖而出，我们胜利了，我们是冠军，这时的我已激动的说不出话来……我们终于取得参加全国跆赛的资格啦！

Qingming Festival, also known as Pure Brightness Festival or Tomb-sweeping Day, is one of the 24 segments of the Chinese calendar. It normally falls on the 4th or 5th of April, between spring plowing and summer weeding, and is a time to pay respects to ones ancestors and to tidy their gravesite. On this day, whole families, young and old, go to the gravesite of deceased family members to burn incense and perform a ritual offering while clearing away plant overgrowth from the gravesite.

Qingming Festival is when Chinese people visit the graves or burial grounds of their ancestors. Traditionally, people brought a whole rooster with them to the graves visited but the occasion has become less formal over time. The festival originated from Hanshi Day (寒食节, literally, Day with cold food only), a memorial day for Jie Zitui (介子推). Jie Zitui died in 636 BC in the Spring and Autumn Period. He was one of many followers of Duke Wen of Jin before he became a duke.

Once, during Wens 19 years of exile, they had no food and Jie prepared some meat soup for Wen. Wen enjoyed it a lot and wondered where Jie had obtained the soup. It turned out Jie had cut a piece of meat from his own thigh to make the soup. Wen was so moved he promised to reward him one day. However, Jie was not the type of person who sought rewards. Instead, he just wanted to help Wen to return to Jin to become king.

Once Wen became duke, Jie resigned and stayed away from him. Duke Wen rewarded the people who helped him in the decades, but for some reason he forgot to reward Jie, who by then had moved into the forest with his mother. Duke Wen went to the forest, but could not find Jie. Heeding suggestions from his officials, Duke Wen ordered men to set the forest on fire to force out Jie. However, Jie died in the fire. Feeling remorseful, Duke Wen ordered three days without fire to honour Jies memory. The county where Jie died is still called Jiexiu (介休, literally "the place Jie rests forever").

How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a

lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can

A wonderful day

Today is a wonderful day! In the morning, it is very fine! Then I climb the

mountain with family, the air on the mountain is very fresh, the flowers plants

Some people say， “Money is more important than time。” Some say， “We can buy

everything with money。” For some people， money is everything。 They think they
